We rested with my husband at the hotel for 10 days in early August. We joined my friend from Germany, who bought a tour to this particular hotel, so I had no choice of another hotel))). We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., we were politely asked to wait, as the room was not ready yet. The reception staff at the Emra Hotel is friendly, professional, and tries to speak Russian. Thank you, Emra. The wait was not long! We were settled in a nice room on the 5th floor, the view from the balcony is beautiful, the furniture is normal, the plumbing in the shower is all in working order, towels, paper, liquid soap - everything is available. During the rest, cleaning was carried out, sometimes at our request, sometimes without reminders. The hotel is perfectly located! The sea is 5 minutes away. There is a bar on the beach. It contains all alcoholic drinks (except beer) and non-alcoholic. I would like to mention the bartender at the beach bar, a very pleasant and courteous guy. We did not use the hotel sun beds, but spent all our time at sea. The best beach from the Aria Hotel, which is freely available to us, is simply magnificent. You can also go to the wild beach. We swam on all the beaches of the coast! The food is decent, the meat dish is one, usually quite edible (chicken, quail, fish, nuggets ...)Watermelon is very tasty and there is always a lot! Decent white wine and beer. If there were any questions or complaints during my stay at the hotel, I turned to one of the owners of the hotel, who is always open to communication. Osman always promptly responded to all requests and comments. Osman, thank you!The pool is quite clean and large. We used the services of Ali's massage therapist with a friend, went for a massage. I liked that Ali has an individual approach to each client. Thank you, Ali! There is animation in the hotel. Animator Dima speaks Russian. It was fun for us because we danced to any music. Our Turkish dances are unforgettable! Thank you, Dima! The staff is all friendly, the guys in the hotel bar have a separate greeting. In general, we are satisfied with the rest, the mood was amazing, the hotel staff contributed to this. The hotel still has something to work on, a hotel with potential and I wish it development and prosperity! Thank you all!

I was passing through, staying overnight, a creepy place, I should have been wary even at the sight of the doors, but for some reason this did not stop me. Avoid this place!

Сейчас данный отель имеет название ISO & ASI Hotel. Немного о самом отеле: номер отремонтирован, есть кондиционер, TV, удобства в номере, фен. НО, в номере, за 11 дней пребывания, убирали только один раз и то только в душевой комнате. Мусор выносили 1 раз в три дня! Полотенца не меняли вообще! На подушках спать невозможно, так как она просто вся комьями. Соответственно, постельное бельё не менялось в течении всего времени пребывания. Шведский стол...здесь очень всё печальненько : выбор блюд минимален, в какие-то дни не было ни фруктов, ни мясных блюд, из баров исчезал весь сок. Кухня единообразная и очень скудная. Если Вас не пугают такого рода сложности, то можно отдыхать в этом отеле. Море с песчаным пляжем расположен вблизи отеля, переход в подземке и сразу пляж, кстати на пляже имеется бар от отеля, так что это очень удобно. Внутренняя инфраструктура отеля приличная. Бассейн, горки, жезлонги, зонты,-все содержится на должном уровне, частенько. Вот только не понятно, половина помещений, таких как детский клуб, закрытый бассейн, спортзал, ещё не функционирует. Но это видимо ещё всё впереди. Зато каждый вечер проходит анимация. Интернет через Wi-Fi, возможна только в близи ресепшена, что не очень удобно. Вывод: сам отель хорош, но ему не хватает грамотного подхода к организации. Отелю желаю развития, а тем, кто прочёл мой отзыв, настоятельно рекомендую обдумать о заселении в данный отель.
