I rested alone at the end of October. Overall, positive impressions.
A small but well-maintained area. The staff is hospitable and friendly. The food is very monotonous, you will not stay hungry, but do not expect culinary delights. (I would not go here with the children, they would starve) the rooms are quite clean, but the linen has not been changed in 6 days. There was also a problem with the air conditioning in the room - it barely worked and did not cool at all. (I went to the reception, it got a little better, but in the summer it would definitely be hard to stay in the room)
There was karaoke from the animation every day, the contingent at the time of my trip was 50+, so I learned the whole chanson))
The pool is cold but clean. In summer, the heat is quite normal.
The beach is shared with the Armas hotel, the sand is dirty, the entrance to the sea is good, there are sun beds.
There are only soft drinks at the beach bar.
I didn't have high expectations from the hotel. The sun and the sea are the main request, so it was great for me.
Immediately after my departure, the hotel was closed for renovation, so perhaps it will be better after the renovation.

Hello everyone We had a rest with our family at this hotel on 13.07-25.07. The hotel is a solid four in a heavenly place!
And now in order:
The territory of the hotel is sooooo small. A small building with 6 residential floors + ground floor reception, lobby and restaurant + ground floor spa, baths, massage (towels are also provided there). 2 elevators. One pool in the shade of trees with two ordinary slides. The restaurant is also tiny (about this separately below). Bars, a playground... that's it!! You won't walk around much, but there are few people in the hotel itself. Mostly Russians and Turks. There are also cats on the territory – well-groomed, cute and everyone loves them here)
The rooms are clean, the furniture is good, out of the ordinary: the room had a rain shower and a tea station. I would also like to say thank you for the fact that absolutely all rooms face one side, that is, on the territory of the hotel and the beautiful forest! It is almost impossible to get a bad view (only if you are accommodated with a view of the restaurant).
The Internet is a sore point for many hotels in Turkey, but everything is great here!! Catches all over the territory (except the beach, of course), even in the room. Catches perfectly!
The beach and the road to it... oh, that's where someone is. We really liked everything! The beach is really NOT deserted. But what would you like to get if it's one beach for THREE hotels? There are still enough sun beds and tables. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, the rest of the beach is a mixture of pebbles and sand. The beach is not completely clean (cigarette butts, cups, etc. are lying around), the water when ... it happens to be straight blue and transparent, and it happens (usually in the evening) that even close to the shore the bottom is not visible and any garbage floats on the surface…Those who don't swim well are out of luck: here the entry into the sea is VERY sharp, 3-5 meters and you are no longer standing, so these 3-5 meters near the shore are just TEEMING with people, but then there is almost no one, swim yourself calmly. + all the hotels nearby are expensive fives. There is almost no one there, you can safely swim on their beaches. Our neighbors, gural premier, also have a pier and a pontoon. Of course, no one will let you in from the shore, but if you climb out of the water, they won't say a word) be sure to take a mask with you! Lots of fish! all sorts of different Roads to the beach are really along a pleasant shady alley, it takes +-10 minutes.
Animation. It's (almost) the same thing every day: water polo, darts, volleyball, mini disco, there seemed to be some shows for adults in the evenings, we heard karaoke very often, but we never went there ourselves. A great animator girl works for children, smiling, active)
There is a place to walk in the evening: a bazaar with clothes, sweets, decorations, excursions, etc. already begins 5 minutes from the hotel... Migros is 20 minutes from the hotel, there is another supermarket 15 minutes from the hotel. We've seen a couple of restaurants too.
Well, now let's move on to the most unpleasant thing: nutrition. This is the very hotel from which you can come to lose weight🤣 The restaurant is sooooooo small. Food is constantly running out, but they don't have time to take out a new one, so if, for example, you come to dinner 45 minutes before the end, then the questions "where is it? Will there be a new portion of it? and will they take out anything else?" they can easily tell you "finish"))) They don't fry any meat on the street, they don't make pancakes in the morning either, you can get to an omelet, but rarely ... in general, what they cook is delicious, but the food is monotonous and there is not enough of it ( (you won't stay hungry, at least they cook French fries for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner. in multiple portions😂). Ice cream is also delicious)
for drinks: sprite, fanta, cola, water, tea, coffee – everything is there. from the unusual – they make ice coffee, lemonade (just really only lemon and water), and slush (ice drink is also called)(this cannot be explained, it must be tried))
There are only drinks on the beach.
Of the excursions, we went on an extreme safari from ginza travel. We just really liked it! And we also dived from the blue world diving center (on the way to the beach you will definitely see these guys). Very cool, we highly recommend that if you dive, then only with them!
In general, we were very happy with our vacation! All the disadvantages of the hotel are overshadowed by the paradise in which it is located) and, by the way, it is clear that the owner and all the staff are trying, which means the hotel will grow and improve. thank you!

At the moment we are staying at this hotel from 18.08 to 28.08. It is small but cozy, surrounded by a pine grove.
1. The territory of the hotel is green and small, creates an atmosphere of comfort.
2. The standard room is normal — not fashionable, but not to say that it is completely bad.
3. We share the beach with the neighboring Kaplan hotel, which has 5 stars, a lot of people, we go to the neighboring beach))
4. The restaurant requires serious improvements and a good chef. The cleanliness of the plates and appliances leaves much to be desired, they are always dirty, the choice of dishes is extremely meager. In general, the restaurant is a BIG disadvantage, and I don't understand why the hotel management doesn't change anything, since everyone's reviews of the restaurant are bad.
5. It is also unpleasant that smoking is allowed in the restaurant. It is small, and it is quite uncomfortable to breathe cigarette smoke from neighboring tables.
It would be better to separate zones or set aside special places for smokers, because sitting in smoke during breakfast, lunch or dinner is extremely unpleasant, especially if you do not smoke.
6. For the second day in a row there is no water, NO!! After returning from the beach, the second day, there is no water. All evening we walked with salty skin from the sea.
I understand that this is a 4-star hotel, but water must be available at all times, and the plates must be washed.
The impression of a holiday is saved only by nature, the beach and the sea. I hope that the hotel will pay attention to its shortcomings and improve the quality of services.

Well, I can say that the hotel is for a very budget holiday.
When I read the reviews, I hoped for the best, but not in this hotel.
Let's start with the check-in, we arrived at 22:30, no one even offered water, we found the night soup ourselves. They gave out cards, changed three rooms, because the air conditioners in the rooms simply did not work. Until 01:00, we watched the rooms with a 4-year-old child. The refrigerators are not working properly either.
The food is meager, on the 3rd day you walk around with an empty plate because you don't know what to take. Sour pasta was served once for the hot meal, I found the manager and fed him with them, half of the hotel children how can you serve this. Chicken backbone is given and legs if you're lucky, there's no variety. Even watermelon and melon are all made from fruits, then apples are put on, but not every day. There's not even any fried eggs for breakfast, just an omelette made from some kind of cooked goo. It's honestly our first time in such a place, yes, the price was 160 for two, but be kind enough to match the 4.
The sea is one plus of all this horror, but there is a drinks booth on the beach and there is not even beer, you had to go and hide the bracelets to the Armas bar, they are fed snacks there, and you feel flawed.
Cleaning is simply not in this hotel, no one cleaned for 4 days until she came and yelled, there is no toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo are one poured into the dispenser. Towels are not changed until you ask.
The hammam does not work, only the sauna and everything in Turkey does not work. The hammam is a shame to you. In general, this hotel is no longer naked. The best flight was, without delays and queues, Aeroflot beauties. And here's a plus, a clean pool, the cleaner does a good job and vacuums and cleans every morning. It seems that the hotel has been renovated, everything is new, you can say, but there is no gloss, there is simply no person who would keep an eye on it all. There is no decent owner, the toilets are dirty, there is no paper, they do not take out the garbage. In short, do not come here, we tried to relax, but all these factors really interfered.

Now, actually, the "hotel" itself. The word "cleaning" is not known to anyone here. The food is monotonously tasteless. From the abundance of chicken in all kinds, you can crow by the end of the vacation. The chefs are especially good at tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
The bar is a song of songs! In order to get a dose of alcohol, you need to threaten the manager with complaints, take him out by his tie from behind the counter and demand. Then maybe for a while there will be something other than smelly red wine. I remind you that the hotel operates on an all-inclusive system. Maybe it was turned on for someone, but rather everything was turned off for us. Including electricity for one of the days.

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday on a limited budget. we were with my daughter for 9 years in the very from 29.06 to 08.07. Clean spacious room, excellent pool and slides, very close to the sea, there were enough sun beds. The food is normal, we always found a delicious cooked turkey or chicken, lots of fruits, vegetables.
It has always been delicious and satisfying for us! The only thing I was missing was coffee beans. a separate 5 points for the service! Great team) I recommend the hotel!

The worst hotel I've ever seen.
After reading the reviews about the heated pool and a variety of food (turkey, lamb, beef), I would like to ask...."Have you been here at all?" I am resting at the hotel at the moment from 26.07-09.08 There is no normal food in this hotel at all. There is no variety in nutrition here!!! For lunch, for dinner there is one chicken, sometimes there is a small, bony, over-dried grilled fish. Side dishes: pasta spirals and spaghetti, fries, sometimes mashed potatoes, zucchini and eggplant, peas with corn. And it's every day. Sometimes carrots are fried, it is not possible to eat. That's it!!!! There is no sweet table. A pair of chymose-colored cakes. There is a biscuit that somehow looks like a sweet. There are no typical Turkish sweets (it is expensive for a hotel). Breakfast: boiled eggs, cheese and sausage. We quarreled with the cook so that at least we could start frying fried eggs for the children. With a fight ... but at least they started frying. The children are hungry, I hear this from my parents more than once. There are many families from Russia who are shocked by such food. There are many Turkish families for whom such a food format is normal. That's what the hotel is focused on. The concept of the hotel does not include cooking pancakes and tortillas. As in other hotels of the same category. This is the official response of the hotel. It gets to the point that for breakfast vegetables only tomatoes and lettuce leaves, or only cucumbers and lettuce leaves. Food is the fattest minus of the hotel. The savings are complete. This applies not only to the food, but also to the staff. They do not work professionally, bartenders often do not know how to make a cocktail. Yes, they are trying, there are no complaints here, it is obvious. The territory is being cleaned. The rooms are poorly cleaned, they may not be cleaned for several days.

But they still caught rotovirus, I lay around for a day, then my wife for a day, my daughter got around. There is enough shade in the trees, so it is easier to tolerate the heat, the road to the beach is also shady. The food is primitive and not very diverse, there was no meat, mostly chicken, but you can eat. The beach is small with plywood tents in which only water is provided, umbrellas and sun beds are free, in principle, they did not fight for places. You can drink alcohol in the hotel bar, but I don't really drink, I can't fully appreciate it, there is whiskey, beer, wine, cocktails are made. Wi-Fi is available on site and is free. Of course, animation for children would be more interesting, it was the same every day, for adults in general, it's so rotten for me. But in general, for people who do not expect super service and ass licking from a cheap hotel, it is quite normal.

The food is just TERRIBLE. We were very disappointed, first of all, in nutrition, and we also picked up the intestines when we left. From fruits watermelon, apples, orange, grapefruit.Peaches were given 1 time. Of the meat, the turkey was only constantly and once the chicken.Of the fish, there is only 1 variant similar to saury. Lunch and dinner were given the same thing. If you come not at the beginning, but closer to the middle or end of the meal, you may not get it, just close it and take what's left.The whole hotel was almost outraged about the food. The alcohol bar is very conditional, it was just poured from under the floor into plastic cups. The beer was good in principle.
The rooms were cleaned every other day and then for show, the bed was made and washed at the entrance, the cleaning was more for show. The air conditioners in the rooms work every other time, they moved into the first room, it does not work, they said a master would come in 4 days and look, as a result, they moved into another one there every other time but worked, a week later the air conditioner was not repaired in the first room, other tenants fought with them like we did earlier, some on the top floor had a ceiling leak although it wasn't raining. Animators are one name, there was basically no entertainment other than music. One of the positive aspects is that the sea is nearby, that's all. Rested from October 5 to October 11, 2023. The rooms in the hotel are dirty like the hotel itself, they do not clean the word at all. The food is very poor, what was served during the day was served with a different sauce the next day. There was no animation, the slides did not work, there were also no declared snacks between lunch and dinner. The beach is not cleaned. And on October 10, we were stunned that this hotel was closing, as a result, we and all the guests were taken to another hotel, without explaining the reasons.

The hotel is for tourists who go for the sake of the warm sea. For a break in this hotel, I recommend to stock up on a first aid kit for poisoning and roto virus. The ALL-INCLUSIVE power system is questionable. But the SEA is the biggest plus for relaxation in this hotel and the pine view from the balconies of the rooms.

Until it was closed for a long time and then we rested in other hotels. Now the damage has been opened after repair.
