We had a rest in August. I liked the area, the sea, a nice room on the 1st floor with a large balcony. Polite staff. What I didn't like was smoking by the pool, where there are slides, there is no baby food, meals are only for three, although I am not a picky person. Very tasty bread and pastries. I did not like the rudeness of the hotel guide, insulting Russian tourists, intimidation towards my compatriots. The cost of excursions is doubled. It's better not to take it from him.

Excellent hotel, varied cuisine, cozy green area, beautiful sea and beach, good entertainment programs. We were with our family in August 2019, the children really liked it. Nice quiet hotel for family holidays.

A great hotel for families with children. At the expense of cuisine and variety for 3+, but you will not stay hungry. Everything is compensated by the entertainment program and of course the sea itself). The hotel is not for fans of pompous, I would say for those who appreciate the beauty of the nature of Abkhazia. The territory is all green in the trees, a large garden of lemons, oranges, figs, grapes......
