Very nice hotel, cozy, with excellent and unobtrusive service! We had a rest from 31.12.2024 to 07.01.2025. Always fresh food, a good selection of dishes. Daily room cleaning. There is an indoor swimming pool and 2 saunas. The territory is gorgeous, we always enjoyed walking! There is a beautiful promenade next to the hotel. Leisure time is very well organized. Live music at lunch, daily evening concerts. I especially liked the kids' club, the children said goodbye with tears, they did not want to leave. Two wonderful animators, Emel and Busra, came up with some crafts every day, painted, sculpted. A mini disco for children was also organized. In general, a good family hotel. I recommend. We will definitely come again! ❤️

The best hotel we 've ever been to.A very large, well-maintained, beautiful territory. A large number of recreation areas, various tables, benches, cozy corners. There are many trees and shrubs . The staff speaks excellent Russian . Restaurants, cafes. Thoughtful placement of places where you can have a snack if you are late for any meal, or did not want to go. It's just a fabulous place, like in a museum.In the evening, the whole area is illuminated (my mother is 81 years old, the child's delight), dinner on the outdoor area (we were in October). Everything is very tasty, you can find dishes for any preference.
