The hotel is a fairy tale!!! I would give 10 stars!! There is everything that your heart desires! There are carpets all around, huge chandeliers and mirrors of them so many!!! Food drinks fruits ice cream are just magically cooked!!! There is something new on the menu every day. A separate admiration from me for the sweets that I adore. There are 20 kinds of them every day as soon as they come up with it all!!! I was shocked!!! Spa hammam saunas swimming pool are also very cool!! The beach and the territory are generally a separate topic, it's just something!!!! The staff is all nice and helpful, so it pleases. In general, I have a score of 10!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!! And I 'll come back more than once !!!

We had a vacation with my husband in April 2923. The room is beautiful, sea view. The room area is large. A beautiful area with numerous places to relax. But.... There were a number of points that did not correlate with the rating of this hotel in any way. 1. Dogs on the beach. In the morning, I saw how much excrement was removed from the beach by the staff. Somehow it became uncomfortable to walk on such sand. 2. Chemical treatment was carried out in the next room. At the same time, there was no preliminary information about this. The smell on the floor was strong. I'm allergic. The room has not been used all day. In the evening, they refused to replace the room with another one, citing the lack of available rooms. And only after the hotel employee made sure that there was a smell in the room and I could only breathe on the balcony, the room was "mercifully" replaced at 22 o'clock without any apologies. 3. The absence of a shower cabin in the room. The presence of only a bathtub. My husband has a hip replacement. Lifting your legs is quite difficult. When asked about the possibility of checking into a room with a shower cabin, they refused. They said that only with a bathroom. In general, all the beauty of the hotel and the territory was blocked by these moments.

Nice big hotel. Observation decks on the sea, private beach, direct access to the sea from the pool, several pools, for every taste. The food is delicious, and a shared dinner with a buffet table, and you can even go to the restaurant on the menu, for free. Coffee time with dessert opens in the afternoon. It is very convenient for those with children, and just to drink coffee and tea, relax. They are not arrogant cats running around the territory, which is a huge plus for me. If you are eating with an older person, consider the size of the hotel, you need to choose comfortable rooms, by the way, the rooms are very cozy. I liked the hotel and the staff very much. There is practically no territory, except for the territory of the path from the buildings to the restaurants / pools / sea. The pools are small. The beach is very, very small. There is no sand on the beach, small pebbles with shells, on which it is unpleasant to walk barefoot. The hotel is actually for adults with minimal needs. I do not recommend families with children who want a comfortable, pleasant stay!!!

We were at this hotel at the end of March. There is nothing to compare it with, since it was my first time in Turkey. I liked everything. A big plus is that it was not the season, there were few people, it was quiet and calm. The hotel itself is very cozy and clean. We had an all-inclusive program, and it's super. We first came to Turkey in January. We are very lucky to be at the Club Hotel Sera!!! The best vacation ever! There aren't many people, it's quiet and peaceful. There is no animation and parties at this time of the year, the rest is more suitable for age couples. The food is excellent, the food is very beautiful, meat is plentiful. The last two days a forum was held at the hotel, local representatives of the tour business stopped by, the food became even cooler (shrimp, lamb on ribs, etc.). A chic spa, price-quality matches. I had a gorgeous massage therapist Anis, special thanks to her for her professionalism, fixed my sore back. Cleaning is daily, the bar was replenished, Wi-Fi is free, and worked in the room.. The staff is all friendly and try very hard to make the guests feel good. I don't understand bad reviews, they are written by competitors, or "strange" people who, instead of relaxing, are engaged in "inspecting hotels". For those who are annoyed by animals, then you are not here. The hotel has a large number of cats, dogs and turtles, they are just cool! There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, you can get to the center (buses 8, 9, 10 go to the Mark Antalya shopping center), the fare is 8 lira. You can buy a train card around the corner of the hotel (..telecom) one for two, the card is refillable, only the driver needs to be told that there are two of you on the same card. And of course I would like to note the special atmosphere of the Ottoman interior, which does not press, but creates a mood. In general, the domashny hotel! We will definitely come again! A wonderful hotel. Gorgeous reception, lobby. We had a room in the elegant building, a large beautiful room, richly, the bed was changed and the room was cleaned every day. 😊Beautiful territory. The first coastal, sandy beach👍👍
The food is varied: lamb, beef, turkey, chickens, fish, mussels, squid, lula, kebabs, pastries. The main thing is very friendly staff everywhere!

Hello, to all lovers of holidays in Turkey. We went to this hotel three times since 2020, the hotel is not new, but pampezny with an application for "Luhari". *** THERE WAS ONCE *** arrived for the fourth time on October 21, 2023, we are resting here now, what can I say the hotel has always left pleasant memories of active and diverse in cultural and aesthetic terms. Now all the past memories are melting before our eyes. 1. The check-in is disgusting (we flew at night, came to the reception every hour, only promised about an early accommodation, settled closer and 14:00 and you can't argue, even though regular guests) 2. The kitchen and food are flying to level 4* (the same thing every day, no themes, no serving, no variety) 3. Alcohol is now only Turktechspirtprom (everyone drinks and gets stupid) if you eat here, it's better to take it with you now. 4. The beach is dirty, there is a permanent puddle at the entrance, a swamp is formed that you cannot pass by, water flows from the shower and a hose for washing your feet. In the Ala kart restaurant, now langoustines with our mashed potatoes (mashed potatoes) and cabbage salad (vitamin) are of course all possible, but then call it the "Ala Kart Dining Room". Of the advantages, there was a cheerful and sincere company of animators, the staff are very efficient and pleasant young people, grandma on gozleme cakes, Murat Apsu concerts, and the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea. I write objectively, I do not impose my opinion on anyone, it's up to you to go here or not. We are unlikely to gather ourselves yet. And the price tag is not small paid for such a holiday.

Well, what can I say. Personally, I'm thrilled. I've never been to Turkey before and in more expensive hotels, but this is the best place I've been! Beautiful territory, delicious drinks that are served very aesthetically pleasing, a large selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All known types of coffee are also available - you just need to remember the opening hours of the bars (one system closes, the other opens). For me, one minus is that you can't drink coffee before 7 a.m., and the last bar closes at exactly 24.00. A separate bonus is a swimming pool with sea water and sun beds.
The room was cleaned every day (even without tips), the room in the Club building is very beautiful, the eyes do not get tired of mirrors and the expensive-rich style. Everything is very well chosen.
There is an unobtrusive vanilla scent throughout the hotel. Very tasty alyakart. especially Sushi, Mongolian and Mexican (you can sign up for everything every seven days) there is also Italian, which is also delicious, but just delicious)) The beach is not big. there are enough sun beds, you need to take up early at the pools if you want to lie right by the water. The cabins at the red pool are free, they can be occupied early in the morning (if the resourceful do not do this from the night). there is a separate bar with champagne-based cocktails, Turkish sweets and just sweets separately. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is simple, but everything you need to eat is vegetables, meat, fish, snacks, sweets, and fruits. There is a table for proper nutrition - everything is steamed.
It should be noted that there are a lot of cats and kittens in the hotel, a lot of dogs on the beach (cleans up after them) but sometimes in the morning you can find traces of vital activity.
Planes fly overhead and often, it didn't bother me personally.
Modern gym, beautiful spa area.
The conclusion is that I will have the opportunity to go again, although I am not in the habit of going to the same hotel.

I just arrived from vacation. The impressions are still fresh. I really want to go back!!! The staff is very polite. The animators ARE GREAT!!! The guys create a positive attitude and a special atmosphere. Very cute girls are actively engaged with children. The waiters are infinitely helpful and very friendly. There are funny guys working at the pool bar, it's easy and pleasant to communicate with them.
The beautiful and well-maintained territory of the hotel. The food is good.

The hotel is old in a "strange" style, expensive/rich. Well, maybe it's a matter of taste. The territory seems to be large, but the whole area is stagnant, with only passages. I'll start with the arrival: we got from the airport in just 20 minutes. I'll tell you right away the hotel rooms are tired, cleaning every day. We had time for breakfast, the breakfasts are very decent, a lot of cheeses, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, rice, boiled eggs, they give you omelets with different fillers, pancakes, a lot of sweets. Coffee from the coffee machine is decent.
After breakfast, we were immediately settled into rooms, there were three families and, at the request, they settled all next to each other on the same floor.
The service of waiters in restaurants, bars is on top, everyone is trying to run, fuss.
The staff is smiling, they will always help if any issue is solved.
There is a lot of food of course- a varied menu.
There are many bars where they make delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. There is also a champagne bar for lovers of this drink. Ice cream by the hour.
We were at the end of October and the Ala Kart restaurants were closed. The animation is not intrusive, you could hear aqua aerobics. There were shows and concerts in the evenings. In the Lobby of the hotel they always played the piano, which was very pleasant. The territory is large, there are many locations. There are a lot of dogs and cats on the territory. There were no flies, midges and mosquitoes. The atmosphere was good. In principle, you can't walk outside the territories like in Kemer. A couple of stores and that's it. There is a bus stop nearby and many buses run, you can get to the old town and to the shopping center and to the waterfall. I didn't have enough delicious food and a good beach. The beach is very small, a place in the shade should be occupied from early morning. I came around 8 and everything was busy. The territory itself is built like a maze, it is not particularly convenient to wander in the heat. And everywhere there are huge clay pots with stones, plants and all sorts of stuff, which makes it heavy and cluttered.
I was at the Olympus restaurant, the food is not restaurant food, I do not recommend it.

Rested here 2 years ago, but still a pleasant experience! It's a 15-minute drive from the airport!!! Separately, a children's beach, chic a la carte, a bunch of all sorts of cafes on the territory. The chic interiors of the former casino. If not for such a jump in prices, they would have returned again. Of the minuses, we did not turn on the air conditioner in June, it was central and there were not so many guests, maybe they saved, but they didn't care about our requests and the fact that we woke up in the morning in a sweat.
