The sun beds are 90% old and sagging, it is simply impossible to lie down. I have not seen a worse five yet. I don't recommend it
We stayed at this hotel from September 28th to October 5th, 2021 the hotel is quite nice, friendly staff, well-groomed territory. There is enough food, there is always a choice, but the rooms on the ground floors are something... It was very cold at night, we slept in a suit, asked for a blanket, and brought a thin blanket. The room is damp and the terrible smell of sewage is unbearable. Cleaning for three, the floors are simply wiped, but if you ask for everything, they will be cleaned.. The sea is good, the entrance is only very dangerous, the waves are often deep, children should not be left unattended. We attended a massage at the hotel, the guys are well done, very friendly, took the course while resting, the masseuse Wayan, does her job perfectly, my back came to life, thank her for that! Mohamed is an excellent receptionist, always in white, will not miss a single client, will always ask how you feel. Excellent service, but toothbrushes, shampoos and shower caps are not provided. And regarding washing small children, it is difficult, because there is no shower head on the hose, there is only a stationary, overhead shower. 6. The rooms are located mainly in villas (bungalows) - not the most comfortable and comfortable...tired for a long time, but everything is clean. Room cleaning is good and every day, linen change too, some figures made of towels (although we left a small bucket every day).
7. The food is very diverse. Everyone had enough of everything. Both in the main restaurant and in various bars (we liked the Green bar and Sultan cafe). There are always various fish and meat, vegetables and fruits, local sweets (a whole fruit department) and various drinks.

we arrived there on July 11, 2022. Very friendly staff, many speak Russian and are very well treated, always if something is not clear, you can come up and explain everything in detail, the main building of course already requires repair, but it's still beautiful, but it's worth going inside the hotel it's just gorgeous, a lot of greenery, pomegranates and tangerines grow. The room was very clean, often cleaned, the balcony just had an incredibly beautiful view. Very tasty homemade cuisine, which pleased me personally very much, if you are hungry ahead of time, you can always have a snack on the territory of the hotel there are open cafes in different places where you can eat pastries, pizza, burgers for free ... If you are hungry at night, you can go up to the second floor in the dining room and eat, there is a Water park on the territory of the hotel, children's swimming pools and 2 adults, the first one next to the main building and the gym where they sell burgers and make very tasty tortillas with stuffing, the second one next to the dining room, the pools are very clean and well-groomed, of course you need to take sun beds in the morning so as not to sit in the sun, Next to the second pool there is an outdoor cafe where they make pizza for free, more next to the pool there is a bar where you can take any drink, for me the coolest thing is of course your beach in the hotels the sea is very clean, there are a lot of sun beds, there are also 2 bars near the beach where you can take drinks and in the second buy tropical cocktails or fruits, you can also buy gazebos on the pier for a fee it's very beautiful there 😻 the view is awesome, next to each gazebo there is a descent into the sea 🌊 in the evening the show begins 🎤 on the stage and after it the disco dance floor is of course small, well, it's still great, you can also order a hookah and take drinks at the bar well, there is one flaw there is a queue apparently not enough staff… By the way, if you forgot to buy something there, right at the hotel there is a small market where you can buy an air mattress, flip-flops, etc. ... They also offer excursions and water activities, but this is all your choice, There is also a spa area 🧖♀️ There you will be taken to a hammam and after it you will get a wonderful massage. After the massage, you can relax on a sunbed with a mask and tea, I really liked it there. Quite a lot of vegetation, huge palm trees, tangerines, pomegranates, olives, lots of flowers and shrubs + gardeners for a well-groomed territory. The rooms are mostly in bungalows, it's worth looking at the photos of the hotel to understand everything, how and where everything is located. If you do not want to go far to the sea and to restaurants, bars, take a bungalow, and $ 10 will help you solve this issue, checked personally. There is a water park, there is a tubing descent from the slides, but there are only 3 of them!!!For a bunch of people, the staff does not solve this problem in any way. The pools are normal, large and clean, but this was the least of my interests on a sea vacation. The reception is closed. The furniture and everything around needs to be repaired. WiFi is great throughout for free, including the beach. A cool blue macaw in a cage at the reception.
2.Rooms in bungalows 203,207. Tolerable. Not new, but not to say that the tubs, soap, shampoo, conditioner were all there. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Mini bar - drinking water and mineral water, replenished every day. TV- there are Russian channels. The air conditioner only works!!! with the balcony door closed, which is correct and logical. In early October (the first 10 days) it was cool on the ground floor at night, we took blankets at the reception. There were slippers-there were no dressing gowns.
3. Animation as in many hotels, nothing special, possibly related to the pandemic. But the show is every day, just like a children's disco. Mario is great, like the main presenter, I don't remember the name. There was karaoke, bingo, and a disco by the pool. The DJ is cool.
4. The food is really boring, everything is super cheap, absolutely not for 5*, and even 4* is a stretch... I would say 3 is solid. I didn't like the word at all. Everything is monotonous. There are absolutely no seafood, peaches, nectarines, and many other things that are in a normal plate. Alcohol is disgusting, beer is normal. Tortillas on the beach are normal. We haven't been to the Green Bar - there's nothing to say. The dishes are always dirty, as well as the appliances, there are not enough places for dinner if you come at 19.30-20.00. There is an eternal queue at the bars, 20 people each, looking at all this, you don't want to stand, and you don't have to stop drinking for long. There are not enough staff, the cleaning in the restaurant is disgusting.
5.The beach, entering the sea immediately deep, with small children definitely not here, pebbles. There are not enough sunbeds already at 7 a.m. everything is occupied. Like herrings in a jar. No distancing. The beach is small. The pier is good, but everything is already patched up.
6. There is a bazaar near the hotel, with souvenirs and other goods. You can walk around, wiggle your nose, sellers are not intrusive. Good pharmacies.
7. The guide from coral travel, I forgot the name, such an impudent woman, dyed yellow, completely sucks, a liar, a liar, rude. He's trying to sell you a train for shopping in the most miserable shops, where everything is three ways, don't waste your time, send it through the woods.
8. There is another DISASTER in a red skirt near the restaurant: curly-haired, either Kazakh, or Kyrgyz... The same thing is zero competence, only show-offs. At the entrance to the restaurant, she found fault with every second person she personally disliked about the appearance!!! Although not one of the girls did not pass in the same swimsuit!!! Everything is decent in beach tunics. Well, apparently she could demonstrate her importance only in this way. In general, to remove it and the impression would be much better from the hotel.
In conclusion... This is 100% not 5 ⭐... And perhaps earlier this hotel was at a different level of service, judging by the reviews, but now it's definitely not worth going, for its price you can find much more interesting and high-quality options, definitely.

We were at this hotel in mid-September 2021 with my wife and friends, a married couple. Without children. My wife and I have been to this hotel for the second time and recommended it to friends. A friend's wife has her own travel agency, Euro-Asia. While on vacation, she kept her blog about this hotel. In general, I liked everything very much, except for the weather on the first day of arrival. Then everything returned to normal. There were no problems with the placement. At first we were accommodated in the main building, but then, at the request, without any additional payments, we were moved to a bungalow closer to the sea (No. 414). My wife and I, as vacationers at this hotel repeatedly, were served a table with wine and fruits, given souvenirs of the Nena club, bracelets of a different color, etc. (a trifle, but nice). I like the huge green, well-groomed territory, living conditions (a large building and bungalows standing on both sides of the alley leading to the sea), restaurants, swimming pools, adult and children's water parks. There is a separate play area and a private pool for children. There were no serious complaints about nutrition, if you don't act up. We especially liked their coffee, brewed in front of us in the Turks and donuts, which were sold by tourists to "snatch"! Free Wi-Fi is working well throughout the territory. There were always enough sun beds both on the beach and near the pools! The beach is sandy and pebbly, with a relatively good entry into the sea. There is a pier with gazebos, from which many swam separately. Good animation: in the afternoon darz, bocha. volleyball, water aerobics, water polo, etc. In the evening, some kind of show in their amphitheater. The staff is very polite and courteous! PS. We are currently monitoring prices (something is very "biting" compared to last year) and we want, if possible, to go to THIS hotel again! 1. Rooms. Upon check-in, we wanted to change our 2 rooms to one family room or bungalow. There are basically no bungalows in the hotel, and only 4 people can fit in a family room – this is the maximum. As a result, we lived in standard rooms. There are 2 beds in the room (double and single), my daughter fell out of bed on the first night and then slept across. I am used to the fact that in hotel rooms of even a lower category (than the 5* stated here) there is an information card: where to call, where and when to eat, spa services, fitness center services – in these rooms there is not even just a reception room or a medical center, well, at least put a piece of paper. There is only a "tropical" shower in the bathroom, it is extremely uncomfortable with a child. There are no toothbrushes, no shaving kit, no hair conditioner – nothing. Three cotton swabs are all. There are slippers, there are no bathrobes. There was an extra pillow and two blankets in my room, there is no sister in the room. My sister's air conditioner didn't work well for me. With the same 18 °C set, the temperature in the rooms was different. Mosquitoes are a huge problem! Until they bought a raptor, all children and adults were bitten! (they didn't find a raptor in the shops near the hotel, they bought it at the mall). Room cleaning is a separate epic. They tried to clean my sister's room at 9:00 while her husband was sleeping, and they came to me at 13 or 14 just when my daughter was having a nap. The rooms were not cleaned every day. That is, if you refuse to clean today, it is not a fact that they will come to you tomorrow. The key to the room is one, regardless of how many people live in it, and the card from which the electricity works is soldered to the key!
2. Territory. At first, it seems that the territory is rather big, but there is absolutely nowhere to go! There is a "central" alley and all branches from it to the buildings and everything in fact. Everything is very tight, small against each other. The cleaning is bad. One day, there was broken glass at the children's pool, the floor was swept, the pool was not cleaned – as a result, the girl our children were playing with cut her leg. The tiles by the pool are slippery, how many times have we seen both children and adults fall. We rested mainly at the relaxation pool and in the water park, because the speakers were working very loudly at the main pool, and it was very noisy. Plus, there was the only bar where they gave something other than beer, it wasn't very cool with children there. The playground is trash. Half of it is broken, dirt – apparently they don't clean it at all. We didn't go to the kids' club at all – we were afraid. The beach is not sand! this is the biggest deception. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it is very difficult to enter the water without slippers! The depth was very sharp, the children were not allowed to get away with it. When we were there, a man was stung by a jellyfish, judging by the burned side, it was big, but maybe it was already an allergy.
3. Nutrition. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner were served in the main and only restaurant. You can have a snack in the bars at the pools, but there are only French fries (I can't say anything very tasty), burgers (bun, cutlet, tomato circle, lettuce leaf), pizza, unripe fruits. from 16:00 to 18:00, you could only get an analogue of our donuts, for which there was a terrible queue all the time. The restaurant is very stuffy indoors without air conditioning! and you can only sit on the veranda in the morning for breakfast and in the evening when the heat subsides. The wild number of flies is monstrous, it is very unpleasant. the food is 50-50 something is very tasty (tongue, fries, fish, local "meatballs", cheese, greens) something is simply inedible. I came across a rotten salad. We tried to take baked meat – everything is over-dried. The chicken has never been cooked deliciously, even stewed. I don't understand how you can ruin it, but it's a fact. There is a children's table with food for kids, they took soup there: chicken broth, with green peas and carrots – the daughter ate a spoon and refused – it was hellish salty, it was simply impossible. And in the main adult menu, soups are mashed or tomato, our children don't really eat them. Alcohol. The beer is not bad, although I am completely indifferent to it, everything else is locally produced, I tried cocktails a couple of times – I was not impressed. The son-in-law bought whiskey at the bar for 18 euros for 100 grams of Red Label. Cocktails from the category of "famous" (mahito, etc.) from 6 euros per glass, I decided to do without)). You can't find anything for children, neither you can find normal fruits, nor ice cream
4. Separately, I would like to describe the situation with the reception desk. Upon check-in, my son-in-law ordered a safe (yes, it is paid at this hotel), and paid for it, i.e. he gave the money and received a receipt. But we didn't notice that the receipt said "credit". And when checking out, the cost of the safe was withdrawn from him once again! Of course, no proceedings helped, it says "credit" – please pay.
5. A bag of dutik perfume disappeared from my sister's room. We noticed it was already late, we remembered on the bus on the way to the airport, but there was definitely nothing left in the room! Not a single package. A bag of perfume from duty was on the floor, near the bed, perhaps the cleaner decided that it was garbage, or maybe not. Yes, it's our own fault that we didn't pay attention in time, but the fact remains: the package was there, the package was gone.
6. The work of guides. We booked the tour through a company in Moscow, the welcoming operator Coral Travel. On the bus, a very friendly guide told us in a nutshell how and what would happen, and that we would receive basic information from the hotel guide. So our hotel guide Naila, or as she is signed in the whatsapp, Nelia spoiled her sister's mood on the very first morning. Boorish behavior of the guide: *** statements; absolute unwillingness to answer questions; instead of the necessary organizational information, excursions are immediately sold; when asked to help install the application, the answer is "I don't owe you anything"; outright lies about the fact that there is nothing around the hotel, neither a pharmacy (I counted three of them) nor a store (there is also one) – the sister left the meeting after an hour and a half angry, having not received the information she needed. An hour later, after the meeting was over, the sister returned and still asked her questions, but the guide answered as if she was doing us a favor. After complaining to our Moscow travel agency, Naila got in touch and sent voice messages that the information had been provided, and she decided not to take into account that the complaint was about her attitude and behavior. In general, the work of Coral Travel guides leaves much to be desired. On the way back, the guide on the bus was supposed to take us to the CIP counter, since we had a fast track, but when she reached this booth, she started babbling that she had no time and was being waited for, as a result, she shoved our vouchers to a service employee and ran away. With this attitude and work, everyone continues to regularly hint at tea. Don't just hint, speak openly.
7. Fast track. It was supposed to be quick and without much nerves. But this is not so, it all started with the above-described episode with the guide, who left us at the booth with representatives of the service. The CIP lounges service is a mess. A queue in which there is no order, they are trying to drag someone without a queue, they simply do not pay attention to someone, employees work slowly, chaos reigns in the registration area. I think if we had just gone to the check-in desks, we would have managed much faster. If you can't handle the flow, don't sell so many of these fast tracks. Enter the limit, the CIP lounges area is non-rubber anyway, there are not enough places for such a wild number of people. We quickly passed only passport control and baggage inspection. That's it. The rest is long, dreary, with nerves.
8. The big plus of the whole trip is that the guys are photographers, positive, humorous, and bargain well. The photo shoot was a great success.

I never would have thought that 5k are so different! We always rested at 5 o'clock, but in Belek, and always left happy! The buffet has one name, there is nothing to eat, the food is terrible, and there is no choice at all.. all the appliances are dirty, glasses and mugs had to be washed with boiling water, tablecloths do not change at all!! I have a question, what can I feed a child here???? Turkey has always been famous for its pastries and sweets... there were the same rolls and raw dough ... only oak apples and oranges from fruits!!! Alcohol, ice cream, and a safe are paid... what the fuck is a 5k???? There was dirt all around, no wonder everyone had intestinal pain!!! Think many times before going to this hotel!!!! The air conditioners don't work, it's stuffy everywhere, flies. Torn towels are hung in the rooms, the floors are not washed at all!!! For the first time since our vacation, we counted the days to get away from this horror!! The ticket was bought very quickly, and we chose from what was on these days of departure. The entrance to the sea is not convenient, it is immediately deep and you need to force yourself out of it, otherwise the waves are knocked down, the beach is all in cigarette butts, nothing is cleaned. 07/23/22 my family and I were relaxing by the Relax pool and my 4-year-old daughter severely cut her leg on broken glass in the CHILDREN's pool, a lot of blood , tears and severe fright. While they were carrying the child to the doctor, they informed the reception (they didn't even look up at us). After visiting the doctor, she came up again and said about the broken glass, they replied that they would send a person to clean the pools. We stayed by the pool for another 30 minutes, so no one showed up. Everyone present was told not to let the children in.

I didn't like everything from the reception to the beach, including the pool, room and meals. The hotel is barely 3 stars high. Someone writes that there is a bungalow here, it's funny. There are ordinary houses like dorms here! The rooms are dirty, it turns out they are cleaned every other day (and this is in a five-star hotel). There are no kettles, glasses in the rooms, not to mention coffee and tea. The shower is dirty, what two large bottles are there, probably gel and shampoo (it is impossible to identify). It's useless to talk about problems at the reception, they smile sweetly, they don't understand Russian well and everything remains the same, even tips don't help! The dining room is stuffy, the air conditioners can't cope, the flies are overpowered. It is impossible to drink cocktails in bars, they do not know how to make them at all. In general, a la Bishkek. The owners wish to move the hotel to three stars and not deceive customers. Or revise the concept, monitor the staff and invest in staff training. There are no entertainment programs in the hotel, it is very boring here. We stayed at this hotel with a child in July 2021....the hotel is clearly not 5, in terms of service, comfort, and food...The hotel is on 3...the room itself is large and nice, but what was not pleasantly surprised was that there is a paid safe in the room, there is no tea service in the room, there is also no cooler with hot water in the hotel building...after contacting the reception, a kettle was brought, the tea leaves had to be humiliated to ask for several bags each time, mainly in the lobby bar at the reception, the mini-bar in the room is bad, except for a bottle of plain water (with and without gas), there is nothing else in it and did not appear...there are no snacks, nuts, chips, fruits in the mini-bar in the room, or in the cafe on site, in one cafe the Greenbar was given only watermelons and that's it....There was no ice cream in any cafe on site....but the most unpleasant surprise was caused by the fact that the hotel is 5*...there is nothing to wash the body with...there was no shower gel in the room (there were no bathrobes, shower caps, shoe spoons), we contacted the reception 4 times, then the hotel guide, the hotel employee working with Russian-speaking clients....uselessly...at first they said that there would be shower gel, then they were surprised the next day that it still hadn't been brought, then that it was over...And then...it was reported that the concept of the 5* hotel....shower gel is not provided...and that's for that kind of money...not a small amount of money...it was very unpleasant, from this we concluded that the hotel does not care what impression the customers will have and they are not interested in having customers come to them....completely ignoring the request...this is even taking into account that....that neither I nor the child drink alcohol paid for on the tour, and I believe that the hotel could find at least a small bottle of shower gel...the food in the hotel is not tasty, meager, monotonous, there is practically no healthy food, except for fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers...everything else is either in terribly abundant oil (which is in all dishes), either dry or overcooked, there is little fruit...mostly either watermelons or melons, and not always ripe apples...there were cherries several times, they quickly ran out, there was no ice cream for dinner for the first seven days at all...then factory production appeared, once I had to ask the kitchen staff to bring at least something from the food without the terrible oil....they brought boiled chicken drumstick, there is practically nothing for breakfast..there was no cottage cheese, yogurt, and an omelet was made for breakfast at the hotel, although it was not an omelet, but fried eggs on both sides, and again in copious amounts of oil...It was not possible to eat...It's over though...those who do not follow their regrowth healthy diet will not starve in the department....the confectionery was not very tasty and monotonous....The territory of the hotel is very small, there is no place to walk...there is no hot steam bath, the pier is not safe...the boards are not processed, and are not covered...splinters on the legs are provided, not pleasantly surprised by the fact that the guests are divided into segregation....sun beds and gazebos are paid on the pier...30 euros....the entrance to the sea is not good, large stones, it hurts my legs, and immediately from the shore there is a cliff and depth ...
In general...apart from these nuances, the sea is very good, the water is pleasant...but this is probably not the merit of the hotel...in terms of service, comfort and not a small price paid for the tour, in 12 days...The hotel is clearly not a 5*...and most likely no more than 3 *....the price is unreasonably high....which left an unpleasant aftertaste and a feeling of deception...Moreover, it is not the first time that we have rested in Turkey, always in 5* hotels and there is something to compare it with...therefore, it is for such money...I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone....well, the rest is a matter of taste and desire for everyone....
We stayed at this hotel from July 17 to 28, 2021, we had been to Turkey 4 times before and this is one of the best hotels in terms of food. For dinner, meat of various kinds was given daily, plus poultry meat always, several dishes of differently prepared fish, on one of the days, for example, they gave a tongue, on another day they gave Crayfish! There were no crayfish in any grill in Turkey, plus grilled fish, meat and vegetables. Everything is prepared very well, all the staff speaks and understands Russian, ice cream was given in different packages and daily. Lots of fruits, tea, coffee and drinks at the bar around the clock. Good Animation, Antonio especially liked the fire show, there is an animator for kids during the day, and the guys entertain adults during the day too. One day they brought a huge trampoline to the main pool and organized competitions for adults and children. Of the minuses, I can note the outdated room stock, the hotel could use a renovation, if you find fault, but at the same time everything you need is there. The air conditioning was not turned on in the restaurant and it was plus 37 outside, it was hot... The room was cleaned daily. Many thanks to the hotel for complete relaxation and a great stay! I recommend it to everyone, especially families with children, it's just paradise for children.
We visited this hotel back in 2014 with two small children, we were in Turkey before and after this hotel (only 8 times, always in 5*), but this hotel was remembered the most, it is the best! Animation for 5+, good food, excellent territory, water park, unobtrusive staff, marina, beach, playground, good gym, hookah in the evening, ... had a great rest! of the cons, I remember the bulls on the beach (this is a question for a redneck party), now we have a third child of 1.3 years old and adult children of 11 and 12, I think to return to this hotel. I really liked the hotel, but we were in a pandemic, masks were required in the dining room and if you forgot, they do not give out at the entrance, but force you to go to the reception, and this is extremely exhausting in the heat, because the territory is huge. We lived in the main building and everything was great. There were enough sun beds for everyone, but apparently due to not 100% occupancy, again due to the pandemic. They were fed, entertained 100%, which was amazing, playgrounds on the territory of the hotel and on the seashore, children 1+ were in the shade and in action. We spent part of the day in the children's pool. With children only there.
We rested from 17.10 to 26.10, we liked everything. The food is excellent trout, meat, turkey, tongue, crayfish, which people complain about. Cleaning every day (clean up after yourself, then employees will have more time). Sauna, massage, slides, whatever you want. The shower in the room is a cubicle. The sea and the weather are great, there is nothing positive about the hotel:
- meager food that practically does not change, no seafood or delicacies in 12 days
- constant queues, staff can't cope
- dirty dishes, glasses in bars were often dirty or broken
- the rooms are old, in need of repair, in some places there is a broken, shabby skirting board, etc

- of the drinks in the bar, only beer is normal
- they only give one key to a family room for 4 people, it surprised us in general…
You can list a lot of negative things, but the worst thing is that they all ended up in a hospital and ivs for a child and adults. As the Turkish doctor said, they contracted a viral infection, we do not exclude that because of dirty dishes, cutlery, from which it was often difficult even to wipe the food with a napkin. For the money we paid, we had a much better vacation in Turkey. We do not recommend the hotel.

There were often trout and crayfish. A huge amount of sweets: cakes, pastries, puddings, etc. Alaskan restaurants have already been closed- the end of the season. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, and even larger. Only on the territory so far to the beach, so far to the restaurant, so far to the spa and on the slides to the water park you go at least 5 km it turned out)). By the way: in Belek at 5 * last year, alcohol was quite decent. We will not go to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it. For this money, you can relax a lot better!
