Everything is fine! The hotel is large, the food is delicious, the only drawback is the paid bar near the amphitheater. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot, but you can also take the bus that runs every hour. The sea is warm, the only thing we got into the period when there were waves, you can't swim much😂 There is a bar on the beach, which is good news. The disadvantage is that the tortillas do not give more than one in one hand.

I liked it! We went together with my son. Thanks to Furkan at the reception, he gave us a wonderful room without any extra charges, better than we booked. The animation guys - Aisana, Kerem and Shivel entertained, the son participated in all the activities 👍 The food is excellent, besides the restaurant there are many more things, they did not have time to try everything in 6 days. The beach is almost empty, it is not yet the season, but still the bar is open, you can also eat.Mostly Europeans, pensioners, many families with children, there were practically no Russians, the staff was friendly, we liked everything, we will come again 🌸 The price was very pleasant, so there are no disadvantages for such a cost at all!

Nice family hotel. I'll even say it's great. Positive. The food is simply gorgeous, everything is delicious, the variety is huge, for every taste. All alcohol is not diluted. They pour it almost around the clock.
The territory of the hotel is huge, green, everything is clean, cleaned every minute. We lived in building B. This is the mountain itself. On the 5th floor. You go up to the 4th floor by elevator, and then to the 5th floor by a circular staircase. We wanted to change the room, but in other rooms there are stairs directly in the room to the bedroom.
The animation is just on top. Acrobats, dancing, fire shows. I am completely delighted 👍🏻
There are 3 pools. The main one is the biggest, there is constant movement, animators make a fuss every minute. It's fun, but you get tired quickly. There is also a pool with slides, a children's club and children's water activities. We preferred the relaxation pool near our building. Calm down, there are few people. A real relaxation for relaxation, without music, but with a bar.
Minuses. Sea. Beach. Rocks and cobblestones. During our entire vacation, there has never been a calm sea on our beach, it is always stormy. Nearby beaches, the sea is calm. Shuttle, the sea is far away, the schedule is not convenient.
The most important and the biggest disadvantage, because of which we will not return to this hotel, is the mountains, slides, or rather everything is downhill, stairs. We've never run up so many stairs in our lives. There is nowhere to go around the hotel at all.

They were in May 2023. Very good service, the staff is always where they are needed. The food is at a high level. It is varied and very tasty. You can eat around the clock. There are always buffets or a canteen/restaurant in one or another part of the hotel. The territory is large enough to hang out only on it. Because the hotel stands on a hill, the entire territory almost consists of steps. It's probably not very convenient with strollers. It was fine for us, but on the first day my legs were tired))) There are 3 outdoor pools, slides, a fitness club, a playground, an amphitheater with daily performances.
There is a shuttle service to the beach (5 minutes drive), we often walked (15 minutes) even with children - it's fine. The beach is clean, small and large pebbles + sand. In general, the beach and the hotel are constantly cleaned.
The center of Alanya is 15 minutes away by hotel bus (1 euro). The only and biggest disadvantage is that some of the buildings are located next to the disco area. If you get there, it's better to go hang out before 12 o'clock at night than try to fall asleep in the room. But that was the only downside for us. Everything else is 10/10.

The hotel is super, a huge territory, all amenities, good buildings and rooms, great food, lots of entertainment for children and adults. A great beach, the sea is clean, entering the water without stones and boulders. The only minus is that they take a bus (shuttle) from the hotel to the sea, it goes every 30 minutes or 15 minutes on foot and you are there, although you will have to go back all the time uphill)))

We stayed at the hotel in June 2022
We arrived late at night, we were given a family room for three, I am a husband and son.
The room had two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In the middle there is a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a TV, a safe, air conditioning everywhere. Access to the balcony from the bedrooms and the hall!
Kitchen area, tea, kettle, refrigerator!
A shower stall, soap dishes were given out every day.
The safe is free, internet is only available in the lobby. But they bought it for a week.
The room was in the building, which is the farthest. It's a long walk, but we're used to it.
We had our own private pool for three buildings, there were few people in it.... Clean and comfortable and its own pool bar.
In addition, there are two swimming pools on the territory, one with slides.
There is a children's club and a playground.
The food was delicious, ice cream of 12 types all day, waffles with fillers, gozlime tortillas.
You can lick your fingers.
Delicious and sweet watermelons, there were strawberries a couple of times.
Meat, chicken, and food were always enough for everyone. There are few queues.

I want to leave a review about the hotel "Club Paradiso". This is a European hotel, but there are Russians here too. We rested here for the fifth time this summer. A hotel with a nice green area. There is a place to walk, sit, admire the vegetation. There is a shuttle service to the sea, but it is not far to walk. The beach is comfortable, always clean and well maintained. The food at the hotel is varied. A lot of meat, cooked in different ways. There is a diet table. Fruits are always there. The drinks are decent. In the lobby and by the main pool, the bartenders make delicious cocktails. Animation: the guys are great, they entertain people all day, both at the hotel and on the beach, they come up with different things to make it fun and interesting. And in the evenings, every day, there are various shows in the amphitheater. A children's disco, too, is held every day. There is a kids club for children. There are several water slides near the main pool where you can grab a dose of adrenaline. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Everyone is always smiling. The rooms are great, they are cleaned every day. This hotel welcomes guests as friends. At least, this is exactly the attitude towards us here. We always feel very comfortable here. And also, it is important that the hotel has a manager for working with guests - Polina. She is a very wonderful, kind and responsive girl. The guest will answer any question. Professionally solve any problem that tourists have. . You can easily sit with her and talk about everything. Overall, the hotel makes a very pleasant impression. It is with great pleasure that we will come there again, because this is a WONDERFUL HOTEL!!!

We rested at the end of October. Lucky with the weather. Excellent staff, changed the room at our request, because it was noisy, and we were with a child. They changed and did not stint, the room is huge, clean, the repair is old, but everything is quite cozy. The food is fine, breakfast and lunch are not particularly varied, but the dinner is expanse) great shows. Yes, it's noisy, but if you don't listen to the bass music from the room, but come and see, you begin to get into the spirit of Turkey. We had a rest in June 2023. I liked the hotel. The attitude and service is good. We drove from the airport for 3.5 hours, after 6 o'clock the plane was a little heavy. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, checked in immediately without any additional charges. The room is very nice- in block A there are two rooms and a living room, a huge loggia with a table and chairs and with access from the room and the living room, the second room has its own loggia. In the living room there is a sofa, 2 armchairs, a table and a coffee table, 2 cupboards, a refrigerator, a kitchen counter with a kettle, cups, glasses, tea and coffee. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, gels, shampoos, lump soap.Everything is decent. Towels were changed and cleaned every day. At the reception, I had to ask for a clothes dryer and a mosquito net for the window -they did it within a day. Here we have a toilet brush only at the end of the rest))) It's a long way to go to the building and everything is up stairs and uphill, but it's even good-the training is good. And what gorgeous views... It's worth it! The pool was next to the building. There are 3 pools in total, one with slides, an interesting water path for children. Great food, varied and delicious, including on the beach. After lunch, you can also have a snack with delicious ice cream, waffles, potatoes with fillers, pizza is baked near the main pool. There is a bus to the beach, but we walked for 15-20 minutes. And we went back by bus. If you walk, then you need to go down the hill to the road, turn left and walk to the crossing (there is a good pharmacy on the way). The passage is eerie made of bare concrete and inconspicuous at first, at the exit of the passage there is an inconspicuous arrow indicating the direction to the beach. Having risen from the passage, you go around it, in the general cemetery should be on the right hand. and after 3 minutes you are on the beach. It was not crowded, there was only one more beach nearby, there is a pier with sun beds, there were always enough sun beds. By the way, there are really problems with the Internet in the hotel, very weak and only in one place. There is a sale of tours "at Roma" near the hotel, it really has much cheaper tours. There is free Internet and the owner allows you to use it. We called the parrot Roma, if someone is there, please call it the same and say hello, the owner will understand))) We bought a SIM card with the Internet from the hotel guide (but I do not advise it, we were deceived and blocked the SIM card in half.It is better to buy from the operator right away. You can also go to the local market in the city (1st), but you don't have to go -they don't bargain much and everything is expensive. There is also a Migros next to the market, and there is another one near the beach-it takes 15 minutes to walk from the beach, but the road is interesting, cross the road from the beach and turn right. I liked the rest! I recommend. We were treated well, although we asked for a lot of things, but we asked with a smile) Smile and you will be happy) The hotel is multinational, there were Europeans, and Turks, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, etc. Everyone was communicating normally.

The hotel is located on a hill, the territory is quite large, but there are no places for walking as such. For a family of 4 people, we took a Superior room, two-room, large, with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything exactly corresponded to the photo. We arrived at night and checked in right away. There are many buildings in the hotel, we were lucky, Building G was close to all the main activities. There are few Russians in the hotel, mostly European and Turks, we were a little tense at first, but quickly forgot about this. The hotel was originally designed for Germans. The animation takes place in three languages: English, Turkish, Russian. Every day there are games by the pool, shows in the evening, discos, karaoke. The animation team is incendiary, half Russians, half Guineans. The decision maker speaks Russian poorly or pretends that we didn't have any special problems, English helps out. There's a lot of food, but I can't say it's delicious. there is a lot of meat, almost no fish or inedible, no seafood. You won't stay hungry, but you won't get much pleasure either. All day you can eat something somewhere besides the dining room, waffles, tortillas, burgers, ice cream, etc. Even at night there is a snack bar. All cocktails are free, but they are prepared differently in different bars, it was felt that some have a minimum of alcohol, beer is normal. There are good slides in the pool, you can't get the children out of there. There is a shuttle service to the plaza every hour, but you can walk in 15 minutes, it's hard to get back to the hill. The beach itself is not very big, there are sandstones, but there is a cool pier with sun beds, a shower, from there there is a descent into the sea, expanse for those who like to jump. We haven't been to the SPA or gym. I recommend the hotel, the price / quality is definitely met. I'm shooting a star for the food and the long drive to Alanya.

We rested at this hotel in August 2023. Impressions from the rest are negative, they were in Turkey for the first time and the impression was not the best, there is definitely no desire to return. Maybe of course it was necessary to give money for better conditions and a room before settling in. The reception staff is far from being oriented towards vacationers, a special attitude towards Russian tourists, regardless of which country they live in, the guys were from Germany, but the fact that they are Russian-speaking pig-like is a minus for them. With any appeal, ignore at best, as a last resort, you are wasting my time .... Rooms without accessories, there is no elementary shampoo, slippers are a luxury, this hotel was advised by the tour operator that the rooms and meals are many times better than those hotels that are on the first coast. The rooms are not cleaned even before check–in, the pillowcases are dirty, there are 2 towels for 4 residents. The food is meager from 7 days, only one day there was a decent menu. Al Kart restaurant accepted the order of trout by appointment, served perch, the food is even better in the general restaurant, but here it feels like everyone is being taken home, and something more budget is being served on the table (they won't understand anyway).... On the territory of dirty dishes lies for several days. As for the beach, there is nothing to do with small children there, the entrance is sharp, deep, the neighborhood of the beach with the cemetery was most striking, I did not expect this from the Turks, so believers and the beach with alcohol, half-naked tourists next to the cemetery ..... the animation in the hotel is good, the territory is large and green, the staff on the territory is responsive, except for the reception.

Good evening! We stayed at this hotel last year. We really liked the hotel, a very beautiful hotel, delicious food, cool animation by the pool and by the sea. The guys are very groovy, responsive and funny. The attitude towards Russians is very good. We were lucky, instead of the usual standard room, we got a great two-room room with two balconies, next to it there was a separate pool for three buildings. The room is gorgeous. The only small disadvantage is that the sea is far away, but the bus goes, we adjusted to the bus schedule, it did not bother us.

We had a family vacation in August 2023.
The floors in the room are unwashed upon arrival, there are no slippers, bathrobe, towels for all vacationers in the room, as well as soap accessories.

Hello! We are currently resting at your hotel. We're flying home tomorrow. We really liked the hotel, it was delicious and satisfying and a lot, we always found what we liked, I ate a lot of fruits, although I rarely eat them at home. When we arrived, we found out that it was too far and we were a little upset, but then it didn't bother us, it wasn't your fault, but you made up for this disadvantage with others. We are delighted with the animation both by the pool and by the sea. Nurik, Alpha, Katya, Polina, Seva are all well done. I especially remember the Anaconda. They try very hard, cheer up and want to be celebrated and thanked. The food is gorgeous, delicious, well-fed, we had enough of everything, we always found what we like. The staff is responsive, polite, always help, answer questions. They joke, it's impossible not to smile, it's uplifting. There were a few exceptions, but I will not focus on them, these are small things. Cool pools, but we swam there a little when we came from the sea. The territory is large, green, it's nice to walk, we admired it. The rooms are just super, we had the usual standard for two, and we were settled into a family suite in building A, there are 3 rooms (adult, children's and living room). This building is located on a mountain and it's hard to walk in the heat, but when you enter the room, this minus is not so noticeable. There are stones at sea, we brought corals with us and everything is super. Russian Russians were vacationing in Side many years ago, in a 5 star hotel, but we still had a sediment, not a very good attitude towards Russians, although Russians mostly rested there (Russians were taken to another hotel, foreigners were settled, returned to this hotel the room was not cleaned, brought by the end of lunch, there was no place sit down, all the dishes were dirty on the tables, there were leftovers). Only one girl spoke Russian at the reception, she did not work every day and when there were questions, no one could solve them. There was a lot of sediment and I didn't want to go to Turkey. We had a rest this week.
The hotel has a lot of greenery, they try to keep the territory clean.
The staff is friendly. There is always a Russian- and English-speaking staff at the reception. Keep in mind that most of the tourists are Turks (as it seemed to us).
The only thing is that there are a lot of smokers around. As we understand it, this is the norm here in most places.
Regular evening concentres for guests… The music doesn't stop until 12 a.m. This can be a problem for those who like to go to bed earlier. Discos are very loud!
You won't stay hungry. The food is good. After lunch, there are distribution points for ice cream, waffles, and local fast food with tortillas.
There are also shops with souvenirs and necessary things on site. The prices are the same with the city, plus/minus.
There was a spacious room with two rooms, a hall, a combined bathroom and a balcony. The cleaning is normal. The only thing was that there were no slippers with bathrobes, brushes and toothpaste in the room. A kettle with tea and coffee, as well as a bottle of water, were present.
The rooms have an electronic scoreboard on which you can choose whether or not you need cleaning. Very convenient. No one will start breaking in without your desire.
In our room, the door to the balcony was not closed, as well as the refrigerator door. We did not deal with this, because we did not use the refrigerator and came to the room only to wash and sleep.
The airport is about 1.5- 2 hours from the hotel. We were lucky – it was a holiday weekend (as we were told), so there were practically no traffic jams. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the center of Alanya by bus No. 1 from the stop on the highway next to the hotel (D 400).
The sea is 10 minutes away on foot (as already mentioned, you need to go down to the highway and go through the underpass to the right, but this will not be the beach of the hotel). The beach of the hotel is to the right – behind the cemetery. Yes, don't worry, this is normal in Turkey. However, there is a shuttle service directly to the beach every 30 minutes (runs until about 6 p.m.). There is a bar on the beach and, sometime after 13, a snack restaurant opens. I didn't like that there were some stone slabs in the sea. I hit them with my feet twice (the slabs are mostly in front of the beach bar). However, at the depth where the kids swim, it is relatively clean. The beach is sandy and pebbly.
We went to the pool only once – for the sake of slides for a child. We are not fans of splashing around among a bunch of people in chlorinated water when the Mediterranean Sea is not far away.
P.S.: they write about queues below. Yes. But if you read reviews for other hotels during this period (and I looked through them before choosing a hotel), it becomes clear that this is the case everywhere now. Plus, I repeat, the Eid al-Adha holidays.

The vacation was planned on 05/31/2021, however, due to the cancellation of flights to Turkey, the tour was postponed to 10/20.21. The hotel is excellent, the staff and especially the animators are very open to guests. Almost all Russian speakers. I think there are no disadvantages. The distance from the sea and the city when choosing a hotel should be taken into account by the tourist himself, it is wrong to present this to the hotel as a minus. The bus to the sea and to Alanya runs according to the schedule. Tours are better and cheaper to buy at the Tours from Roma boutique near the hotel. The prices compared to the guides are pleasing. If you also present a bottle of vodka to Roma (Rashid), you will receive an additional discount. We are very happy with our vacation. If you want a new program from animators every day, excellent varied food, a good sea with a pebble beach, cleanliness and beauty from the reception to the room, then you are here. I do not know if I will return here because I never come to the same hotel twice, but if I decided to do so, I would certainly return to Paradiso. I advise everyone!!!

Let's start with the road, we got to the hotel in 3.5 hours (we knew about it when choosing a hotel), we were lucky that there was a slightly Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception that day. They brought us to our building A, helped us to drag our suitcases, the room was on the last 4th floor, but as it turns out there are two rooms in one door (one on the fourth and our other on the fifth floor, that is, + the stairs are steep)We were shocked.The room is not big but cozy + it is a very large balcony with a gorgeous view. We were given a map of the territory, and we figured it out for the 3rd day.

To be honest, we were not pleasantly shocked on the first day, since the main restaurants were open at night in other hotels and there were Russian-speaking staff. A bus runs from the hotel to the center of Alanya for $ 1. The hotel is clearly not 5, it is a good 4. The hotel is German-Turkish, the Russians are rather disdainful. On the plus side, it is relatively quiet on the territory, except for construction sites nearby, a lot of greenery, a good pier on the beach. Upon check-in, they were given a "kennel", they tried to get an additional payment for a family room - 250 euros. After some punctuation, they were given a room in the same bungalow, but one floor above. There seems to be a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat - the quality leaves much to be desired. The meat is dry and tasteless. Watermelons can still be selected, and melons are not ripe at all. Waffles, snacks, potatoes - it doesn't taste good at all. In a word, everything that is given is more or less edible, but no more. The road to the beach is a complete nightmare: construction sites, a highway, a cemetery. You can still walk there, but it will be very difficult for children and the elderly to get back. The bus goes once an hour, there is a lunch break, the last one leaves at 6 o'clock, which is very early: you can still lie on the sea, but the way back to the hotel will seem like hell. The beach is normal, there are a lot of free sunbeds. The pier is great, there is even a shower on the pier. I also liked the relaxation pool, there are few people, it's quiet. In general, I do not advise you to go here, it is absolutely not worth your money.

Good day to all! Just returned from vacation, with fresh emotions, I decided to write a review. We stayed at this hotel from 10/22/2021 to 10/29/2022.
I will say right away that I liked everything❤. From the moment of arrival at 11:00, we were checked in at 14:00, as expected. The room is spacious, clean, hot shower and toilet are all standard. 2 rooms + a balcony, there were 3 of us, there is a lot of space! The food is just super for 5+,, there is no limit to abundance, I haven't had time to try everything in a week... There are a lot of bars, everything is fine with different drinks, we don't drink alcohol, I can't say anything... But judging by the satisfied faces of the drinkers, this is also a complete order!
The pools are a little cool, I think because of the late autumn, the water slides are quite good enough to ride and get a dose of adrenaline, there are simple descents with a "cheesecake".
There is also an excellent fitness room with modern fitness equipment and equipment, a stereo system with Bluetooth, you can work out to your favorite music!
As for active entertainment, there is also a complete order, table tennis, mini golf, lawn tennis, billiards, beach volleyball, big street chess.
The highlight of the hotel is the animation team (Seva, Keita, Nurik, Katya, Polina), the energy and charge of these guys is very energizing and uplifting. It's never been so much fun anywhere else. There are various entertainment games throughout the day, both on site and on the beach. Every evening except Sunday, there is an evening show in the amphitheater, first for children, then for adults. Each time they left under great impression with a storm of positive emotions.
I definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay, but I didn't want to leave.

We vacationed with a family of three at the Paradiso Club in August 2021. The hotel is great, just great!!! Instead of a two-room room, they gave a three-room room, pleasantly surprised on the very first day. To say that the food is excellent is to say nothing, it's just super, wow!!! Thanks a lot to the chefs!!! The hotel employs professionals in their field..with them, the rest and mood are amazing. They do not let you get bored, entertainment for every taste and age. The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful and well maintained. It's always clean. The beach is great, the entry into the sea is good, the corals were not useful to us. There were always enough sun beds. The only disadvantage is that the Internet is free only in the lobby, and our room was at the very top, in the last building, which is not very convenient. But we will not remove the star for this, because these are small things compared to the huge advantages in everything.

The chefs are great, everything is delicious and varied, they did not stay hungry (there is a high probability of overeating). Animators Seva, Nuri, Alexander and "Oh my God" (I never remembered his name) did not let the smart guys get bored, they always kept in good shape. It's been 2 weeks since our best seven days of vacation, the emotions have already subsided, so I'll write a calm review. A review of the best hotel visited by us for more than 10 years of travel experience in Turkey.
Well, in order.
Gazipasa airport does not accept planes yet, I do not know the reason, but this is the biggest disadvantage of our trip, not the hotel, but the trip.
Previously, my children and I always went to Side, because it was very close to the airport and the road took a little over an hour. This time, since Alanya is far away, we drove for more than 3 hours, and the incident is that the drivers do not know the location of the HOTEL. Here he is literally driving on the navigator, and still does not know how to get to it, and back when the rest was over, I myself had to show the way to the hotels where we had to pick up tourists.
In general, the transfer was unusual for the first time.
We got to the hotel at 18-30. Of course, they settled right away and gave the SUPERIOIR in building D, number 1843. Guys, this is just a wonderful huge room. This is not even a room, but a two-room apartment: a studio room with two sofas, cupboards, two armchairs, a table, a TV, a refrigerator, a kitchen set, and even an electric stove.
The bathroom is all in marble and equipped with a shower cabin.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, armchair. True, there is no split system in the bedroom, but it did not bother, because the cooling from the hall was excellent.
The room was on the top floor and the view from the balcony was simply fantastic - the sea, the rock of Alanya, snow-white clouds over the mountains....We will miss this picture very much.
The territory is large and very beautiful, on 35,000 square meters, they fit everything that is possible. There is so much space that not all vacationers know about the relaxation pool, it is located at the very top of the hill, and there is just a GORGEOUS view from there. I myself only found a fitness club on the last day, it's worth it! All simulators are new and modern. (I really haven't tried any :))))
You can talk a lot about food, but I'll try to keep it short. Sometimes they write "you will not stay hungry", friends here "you will not be able not to overeat :))". Everything is so delicious that I want to try a little more. In general, we arrived home rounder than we left :). In general, you can eat at Paradiso around the clock. We just didn't eat on the beach, because the sons always wanted to be more on the slides than in the hotel. At the hotel, you can sign up for A la carte restaurants, fish and barbecue 1 time for free. Of course, everything is insanely delicious, the food is very decent.
The hotel has written a lot about guest-communication, Anya. He is really a very responsive person, he will help with any problem.
The bartenders are handsome, they make great cocktails.
The beach at the hotel is located at a distance of about 800 meters, there is a bus, according to the schedule, every half hour, if everyone has not left the beach, another microautubus is served. But our fellow citizens, out of habit, try to wake everyone up and take a seat, they won't have time!
The beach is gorgeous, earlier in the past years, judging by the reviews, there were slabs under water. A lot of work has been done this year. There are no slabs, the pier is gorgeous. The beach itself is pebbly, delicate legs will not be very comfortable. The sea is super, there was no calm for all the days, and my sons and I rode the waves.
Let's go back to the hotel. There are 4 main pools. The water is very comfortable, the PH factor is comfortable. A couple of times there were cases of inappropriate behavior of guests in the water, both adults and children, to put it simply - they did not keep what they had to, and the service at the hotel reacted with lightning speed, the pools were immediately blocked for maintenance and cleaning. Excellent slides have been built for children, the children's activity zone itself is very touching, all kinds of sprinklers, water tunnels, an overturning bucket. In general, my wife chose the hotel herself, and when I saw photos of these zones, and this is really the best of all the children's zones that we saw, I immediately agreed and did not look for something else.
Animation. This is by far the best team. This is the heart of the hotel. The guys have a day off on Sunday, and it seems that the hotel is empty. Guys, Sasha, Seva, KATYA, Polina, Alpha, you are the best, thank you for the unforgettable emotions. Evening programs deserve special attention, because professional artists come, and each show is bright, colorful and memorable.
Well, probably a lot of letters, I'm tired of my writing :). I'll wrap it up. In this hotel we met many new friends: Yulki, greetings from Volgograd, Maxim (Big), Marina, Fuat, I hope to see you again someday!
During our stay, Eid al-Adha overtook us, of course, this is something, but this holiday would have been better without us :).
They say that you want to return to the hotel, no. I want to stay in this hotel forever!

It would be possible to give an excellent rating if it did not overshadow the settlement of guests at the reception. The hotel was half full, it was obvious. Upon arrival, you will be "politely" offered the most uncomfortable room from the "standard" category. I had a wish not to have the first floor, but to move into the first one with a narrow window and a balcony on the ground, explaining that all rooms are occupied. Come on! When checking into the hotel 50%, are all rooms occupied? I began to communicate with vacationers, 80% of the respondents had the same problems when checking in, i.e. for an additional fee they are offered a room of the same category as they were, but taking into account the wishes. It's a shame, knowing that there are available rooms in your category, you either have to pay extra or beg (I didn't pay in principle), but they moved anyway. Otherwise, everything is fine! The food is varied, someone writes that vacationers did not eat anything sweeter than cabbage if they are satisfied with the food in this hotel. I'm sorry, if in the evening at least 5-6 types of hot meat dishes, tuna steak, seafood, awesome pastries, salads, cheeses, fruits, etc. are bullshit for you, then the advice is one, choose a hotel of a different price category. The animation guys are trying hard, some numbers need to be worked on- flat jokes, and so all the smart guys! The general team spirit, positive and positive energy comes from the entire animation team, thanks a lot to them for this, no one will be left without attention. Special thanks to the kitchen, everything is delicious!!! Maintenance staff, no complaints, linen change every day. It is interesting to watch how they bend in front of the "Germans", but it was rather amusing. The overall score is 4, because of the "corruption" at check-in, I'm taking off the ball.

I want to write a review. I rarely do this, but I can't help but write about this wonderful hotel, which has no disadvantages. There are a couple of flaws.
I'll start from the beginning
1) there was a night flight. We were driven to the hotel for 3.5 hours. Of these, about 2 hours were spent only on the road to Alanya. The rest of the hour and a half took people to the hotels. I was brought in last. This is the only negative.
2) check-in. The card from the room was given immediately. I had a room in one of the farthest buildings-Building D. Absolutely everything was explained at the reception. A car took me and my suitcases to the building. But for some reason there is no return after the vacation. Well, that's fine. I didn't break down and reached it myself. Due to the fact that the descent is very steep and, as it turned out, slippery, I almost fell. The sneakers were sliding down this slope. Be careful.
3) the number. The room itself was great: the bed is large with a good mattress, the toilet has everything you need (gel, shampoo, cotton swabs, shower cap, hair dryer. There is no brush), refrigerator, water, kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar are in the room. The only disadvantage (again, for whom) is that there is a disco going on until 12 at night and everything is very audible. So if you're going with the kids, then ask for a quiet room.
The room was cleaned quite often. Towels were changed several times in 8 days.
4) food. It's a bomb, space, delight. I haven't seen such a variety for a long time, although I've been to many places. Everything was in abundance and everything was very tasty.
5) Animation. Seva, Nurik, Keita, Alpha, Sasha and the girl (unfortunately I forgot the name). What great guys. There have always been a lot of different activities and games by the pool. There was no time to be bored. The evening program is different and interesting every day. The guys dance a lot. Polina puts on the dancing. 6) the sea. The hotel is not on the first line. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. But for me it's more of a plus, because there is an opportunity to walk. Otherwise, you can turn into a seal.Hotel buses often travel. There were always enough sunbeds at sea. There is a bar on the beach with drinks and food. A beach towel is provided free of charge. But if you want to change it to a clean one, you will have to pay $ 1.
7) Fitness. It is there) a good gym with different simulators. Of the cons: there are no mats. If you want to do exercises on the floor, then you need to ask the animators for a mat during the day or take a beach towel with you. The key can be taken at the reception. Everything is free. The main thing is not to lose it. Otherwise, a fine.
8) Wi-Fi. Free of charge only in the lobby at the reception. And it's very weak. For $10 for 1 week, you can buy and use it throughout the hotel. As for me, this is a very strange decision of the hotel.

A good hotel for a family holiday. Wonderful animators will not let anyone get bored. The food is excellent, meat dishes are always available. A barbecue restaurant is generally a fairy tale!!! The beach was a little battered by storms, but not catastrophically. We really liked it. They checked into a room more than we had booked, but without any additional payment on our part. The Internet is free only in the lobby, but we took a paid one, it always flew.

We were at this hotel in September 21 09 19 . I recommend the hotel super to everyone. Meals for 10 . the territory is large and there is a lot of greenery . The animation is super.
