The hotel resembles a Turkish sanatorium: modest rooms, but good and varied food.
The rooms are very modest, old, but everything worked, at first they were cleaned regularly, but then they stopped, but you could always ask for clean linen and towels.
There are 2 swimming pools, not far from the sea, but we did not like the bay, we went by car to the neighboring bays. The territory is beautiful, as usual there are a lot of cats in Turkey.
We bought on a special offer and were in the car, we really liked everything, especially the food.

The rooms and buildings of the hotel are old, but very cozy and quite clean, renovated.There are joints, but without it, nowhere in my opinion))) The Turkish food is a little rich, but almost everything is delicious! The pools are clean, the water constantly flows over the edge, 1.5 m deep, there are pools for children small 35cm. There is a wheelchair, wheelchair paths everywhere. It's actually a good hotel, the rooms in the old buildings are so-so, and initially I gave them three stars because of them, but remembering our vacation, I can't remember anything bad besides that. There is a lot of food, satisfying and for any eater! Alcohol is not varied, but it is not gibberish. We drank wine, it's bottled here. The animation is all in Turkish and for Turks, and mostly Turks have a rest. But where hasn't ours disappeared) Thanks to the guys from the hookah bar on site for allowing me to connect to their speaker. They organized Russian discos, where even Turks danced)

We've only been there to change clothes, take a shower, and sleep. The rest of the time - walks, excursions, the sea, etc. That's why he's on vacation, so he doesn't have to sit in his room like an idiot!!! The rooms are nice, clean, everything is provided during the day. The food is just great, a wide range, everything is fresh and varied, the local pastries are awesome, the Turks themselves and their families choose this place to relax. And they're probably not stupid, they know the hotels in Marmaris well - they won't choose a bad hotel. There are 3 swimming pools, a large dining room, and a dining room on the veranda, with plenty of space. On-site bars, animations, courteous staff. A 5-minute walk to the sea, everything is nearby - shops, bus stops near the hotel. I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. The territory of the hotel is large, 10 minutes to the sea ... there is no private beach, you can use the sun beds of the bars if you buy drinks. The sea in Marmaris is simply gorgeous! A nice resort town, with waterfront bars and other resort delights. Now about the hotel. Firstly, children's camps or sports competitions are held there all summer, also for children. Imagine 50 to 100 children away from their parents! Everything is calm during the day, and in the evening the coaches don't care about the children! The children's mayhem begins, but there is an exit at 23 o'clock the bus from the hotel takes you to the street of bars, but it is not a fact that arriving at 03.30 that the children will sleep! This is one of the nuances. The second disadvantage is that there are no air conditioners in the hotel during the day, waiting for check-in or check-out in the heat is still a pleasure. If you want to extend the room for at least an hour, if you check out late, then the money is charged per day! The third disadvantage is that there are no air conditioners in the dining room either. The fourth disadvantage is the rooms and the beds in them! Well, the main thing is the sea! The bathroom is terrible too. The elevator works every other time.Alcohol sucks! I'm resting today for the 8th day, tomorrow I check out (06/26/24g.) I liked the hotel, it pulls on my 4. Three beautiful pools, sun beds are always available. There is no beach of its own, but there is a city one, and there are many 1-line hotels with sun beds and umbrellas, if you want, you can buy at least water or cola from the hotel bar and you can lie all day, if not, then you can put a towel on and sunbathe - no one will say a word. Wi-Fi is free everywhere, there is an excellent signal, although there were a couple of short interruptions. The rooms are not 5 ⭐, but they are normal, the bed has an orthopedic mattress, the air conditioning works perfectly. Cleaning was not ordered when soap was needed, tual. paper, shampoo-they asked for and gave it for the future.There is no special cleanliness, but the guests are piggybacking in the corridors, throwing garbage, cleaning seeds, the same thing every morning. The food is great, there is always enough for everyone. If you go to the opening or closing of the meal, you can safely eat without waiting in line. The beer was pretty good, the wine was heavy the next day, I didn't like the gin, I didn't try the crayfish. 6-7 minutes walk to the sea, the view from the beach is picturesque, the sea is warm) Service on request) Asked to change the linen - it was changed. The hotel is for those who do not expect special comfort and aesthetics. If the priority is the sea, the budget is limited or you just don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel - this option is suitable.
The entire review is based on the experience of living in Building B at the end of August 2024. There are 3 buildings in total. They say Building C is the newest, but mostly Turks are settled there.
Positive:
- large territory, 3 swimming pools and lots of sun beds - there is enough space for everyone;
-a varied diet, including fish, vegetables, etc. You will not stay hungry;
- 7-10 minutes walk to the sea. This is a plus, because the hotel is located in a quiet location, there is no traffic and crowds of tourists on the promenade nearby.
Minuses:
- absolute lack of service. The answer to all requests is "5 minutes" and that's it. There is no regular cleaning, we have never had our bed linen changed in 10 days at the hotel. The towels were changed twice and each time after our third request in person;
- the absence of real photos of different buildings on the site. The photo usually shows a photo of the case C and, apparently, a long time ago, but it differs from A and B. Therefore, real photos of the case number B are attached to the review;
- there is no private beach, so for 2 sun beds and an umbrella you need to buy something at least 300 lira at the beach bar.
There is nothing to say about animation. Sometimes there was water polo during the day. There was nothing else during our vacation period.

If you have fundamentally good rooms, then this hotel will not suit you exactly. We lived in rooms 1512 and 1514 , the view is very beautiful on the mountains, the room is under the roof itself, the ceiling will be too low for men, the rooms are just dead, towels were not changed, they also took mine and had to wipe themselves small, a trip to the reception did not bring results. The dining room is also damaged, it's not pleasant to sit inside, but we ate on the terrace or balcony outside. Of the cons, that's all. I had a rest in Pineta from September 19 to 26, 2024. I've been going to this hotel for 10 years, I love it. Who writes terrible reviews, why are you doing this! Yes, the hotel is old, but very cozy. The territory is very large and well maintained, 3 swimming pools, mini bar. The staff is friendly, some have been working for many years and have become friends. Cleaning every day. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, which is not unimportant. The food is good, you will not stay hungry, especially delicious sweets. We checked in immediately upon arrival, at 10 a.m., although we were supposed to at 14:00, no one was in a hurry to leave either. Marmaris is gorgeous, 10 minutes to the sea, you can go to the free beach or have a drink on the sunbed. I won't trade my Bootie for any other hotel.

The worst hotel that looks more like a Turkish children's camp!!!! It is teeming with Turkish teenagers who do not let you sleep at night, swimming in the pool and running along the corridor. Out of spite, they turn on the TV at full volume, shout, the hotel staff does nothing in response. There is no discipline, unsanitary conditions, the pools have never been cleaned, because people swim in them around the clock. Dirty carpet everywhere, bathroom with plumbing fixtures from the time of the construction of buildings with mold and all the relevant "charms". The restaurant looks more like a barrack with dirty plastic tables and food underfoot. At the reception, they speak only Turkish, in which case they immediately stick a phone under their nose for translation. Hotel guides from Fun&Sun are rude and do not help with relocation and solving any problems, the worst service!!!!!!!

We have been staying at this hotel since 18.08 and today we are leaving on 25.08. The hotel is certainly not 4* or 3*. This is a guest house for those who need to wash, sleep, eat and travel by themselves. He's not worth the money they want for him. Very old and dirty. Air conditioning is only available in the rooms. They are nowhere else! A bathtub with a toilet causes a feeling of disgust, as do towels. The whole hotel just needs to be washed, at least. I have never seen such an unkempt and dirty hotel, although I have been traveling for a long time and have seen a lot of things. During the week, our room was not cleaned, only towels were changed once and toilet paper was added. This is definitely not a hotel for those who like to stay in the room and on the territory of the hotel. We did not meet the children of athletes, the vast majority of vacationers are Turks, weddings are held on Saturdays. There is no sound insulation at all. We were lucky to have neighbors. On one side there were two Turkish women who were very quiet. On the other hand, there was an elderly man, also a Turk, who had the only drawback, he smoked a lot on the balcony. But, there are also advantages - a good location, you can walk or drive to the center, the beach is 5 minutes on foot and it is excellent, shops are within walking distance. The staff is friendly, I did not notice that tourists from different countries are treated differently. We arrived in the morning and were immediately checked in. Mattresses, pillows and linen are normal. Internet and smart TV are available in the rooms. The air conditioner in our room broke down twice, it was repaired promptly. Once, while walking from the reception, while waiting for the elevator and walking to the room, the master was already standing at the door. The food is good, quite varied. We had fun with excursions and long walks, so we spent little time at the hotel, only at night. We had a great rest. So weigh all the pros and cons of the hotel, draw the right conclusions and your vacation will not bring you disappointment.

The ticket was for three 2 beds, we went to talk, brought and put two more mattresses, there were no other rooms or just did not want to give (it was Eid al-Adha holiday), towels were also for two, the third set was asked at the reception. The representative of the tour operator with whom we arrived did not decide anything, for which it is not clear. The territory is large, 3 pools.The food is good, the choice is huge, but there are long queues. The holiday ended and we felt a buzz, but not for long, Turkish families left and their children were replaced by athletes who filled the entire space, it was impossible to get into the pool and so it was until the end of the vacation, some left, others drove in, made noise and ran until 3 a.m. The sea is about 7 minutes long, we bought drinks at a cafe on the beach and could lie on a sunbed. You can close your eyes to the room, enjoy the sea, nature and food, but finding crowds of children in the hotel with people who want to enjoy their holidays and unfortunately cannot.

The pools are clean.The drinks are excellent (all from bottles).

A cake in a variety of fruits-melon, watermelon, plums, apples, oranges.
In general, we were satisfied!
We ordered an excursion to Dalyan by ship on the Internet (Raduga company, price $ 25 per person), we also liked everything.

We had a rest at the end of June at this hotel:1. We checked in before 14:00, at 11:30 half an hour after we arrived.There were no towels, they asked for them and brought them right away

3. The food is delicious, no questions asked.Even with a full load (teenage athletes stopped by for training camps for three days), there was enough for everyone and they constantly brought out dishes, fruits, sweets, etc.

We arrived by bus, 30 people, half of them asked to change the room - they all refused. Of alcohol, there is only vodka, gin, wine and beer. During the week of our stay, the room was never cleaned, although we went to the reception every day and asked for cleaning. One day, a pipe burst in our bathroom. The mixer was replaced, but even after that there was no cleaning.

As for the room, you can live, the equipment works fine, there are questions about plumbing, but in general it works. In terms of cleanliness, I would like the best, but in general it is tolerable. In rooms for 3 people, there are just two mattresses instead of a bed. The corridors have dirty Soviet-era carpet. After what I saw, I was horrified and immediately went to the receptionists at the reception. At first, they said that they could not help in any way and there were no more rooms (although many rooms, as it turned out later, were vacant). Then they promised to move me the next day. I approach the next day - the administrators are hesitating, unable to stand it anymore, I turned to the director of the hotel with a request to help - they gave me a room in one minute. The reception staff does not fulfill the requests of tourists, you need to approach and achieve something every time, already nervous.
They gave me another room, already better, but that one is clearly not for 4 stars. Oh well. What made me hysterical were the cockroaches. They are so big that they drive into wild horror, and they come out of the ventilation pipe in the bathroom.
Regarding room cleaning: the maids only change towels and bed linen.
Another big minus: on the first day of arrival, there was a crowd of children who filled the entire territory of the hotel, playing ball, and God forbid they would still hit someone's head. Fortunately, I found them only on the first day. There are a lot of Turks themselves, who came apparently from villages and villages, as if from a hungry land, because the huge queues in the dining room were simply exhausting.
As for the food, the food was more or less delicious. The food, of course, is monotonous, but you can stay full. On the plus side, watermelon and melon were served for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
The other little things are a poorly functioning air conditioner, eternally breaking door handles, and the absence of Russian-speaking administrators.
And, well, the most important thing is to swim in the clear sea, you must definitely buy a drink and you can lie on the sun beds. The free beach is squalid and dirty. The sea is cold, but you can get used to it.
In general, think many times before coming to Marmaris and this hotel.

We had a family vacation in June 2024. We arrived after lunch, so we checked in right away. They gave me a room in Building A. This is a nightmare! I've never seen such numbers! During our vacation, there was a camp at first, the children left - they took a break for two days and the Turks arrived! There were even more queues in the dining room, and dirt too. They collect their own food, litter everywhere, in the pool they constantly collected garbage, then cups, then ice cream papers. The only people I feel sorry for are bartenders and waiters. Here they were, poor devils, working! It was all cleaned up. There is no tea in bags, there is no tea for lunch at the restaurant either, there is only in the morning. The coffee machines work every other time. The glasses are not washed.

This hotel is not a 4*, it's a 2* stretch, but no more!

It seemed that we were in the Artek pioneer camp, and there were very few vacationers like us, mostly teenagers. There are no questions about check-in, we were issued and sent for lunch, after which our room was ready and we were handed the keys. There are three buildings, a lot of rooms. The room is quite large, about 30 square meters, with a balcony. There is only one large towel for each guest, there are no towels for the feet. There is carpet on the floor, and it is quite clean. There is a TV with a Russian channel, good bed linen, a piece of soap and shampoo for each in the bathroom. The plumbing is very old, it was leaking somewhere behind the sink, so after using the faucet in the sink, the bathroom floor was filled with water, it was slippery. The door to the room is simple and flimsy, as it used to be in the pioneer camps. But the room is generally not bad, spacious. The food is fine, we had everything included. The choice of dishes is large, everything is hot. Meat, chicken, stewed vegetables, pasta, lots of fruits, cold snacks, desserts. The atmosphere in the restaurant is again a pioneer dining room, but everything is neat, white paths on the table, waiters serve forks, knives, quickly clean dirty dishes.
