We love this cozy hotel. We've definitely stopped here 4 times already. The location is excellent: near Mount Babadag, the Lycian trail, Oludenis, a few minutes to Fethiye, the sea - there are a couple of stops on the minibus, but it didn't bother at all. The staff is polite and friendly. There is plenty of food: fish, meat, different side dishes, plenty of pastries, vegetables, fruits are always plentiful. The rooms are clean

A great hotel for such a price especially! Very clean, beautiful green area, clean pleasant pool! The food is 10/10 ! Ephesus beer, beautiful pink wine! Even the coffee is not disgusting! There is a Russian-speaking man at the reception! The room was cleaned, linen and towels were changed! To the sea 5 minutes by dolmusha 37 lira, to the street with shops 5 minutes on foot, to the Lycian trail and the mountain as well! The hotel is mostly English, there are few Russians! We took an excursion to Kash and really liked it! 1600lir Misha ( Russian-speaking agent ) has an office in Nizhny oludeniz ! Sun beds for 400 liras in the blue lagoon 750/2 ! Beautiful nature! It turned out to be a great vacation! Yes, and the staff is very friendly! Thank them for a comfortable time!

Lovely hotel: green, convenient location. The rooms are not new, but everything is clean and well maintained. All-inclusive meals are generally a rarity at this resort. The choice is certainly not like on the Antalya coast, but there is everything you need: vegetables, meat, rice, soups and alcohol. The staff is very friendly, there is a Russian speaker.

The 3-star hotel fully justifies its category. The hotel is not new and the rooms certainly need updating, but overall everything is good. The food is delicious, thanks for the gifts. There is a selection of hot dishes, salads, fresh vegetables. It's more modest with desserts, but it's not important to me personally. I really liked that there was a watermelon for lunch and dinner. In the heat under 30 is very useful. For breakfast, scrambled eggs or pancakes were fried alternately. Thanks to the young man who stood on a hot frying pan. It was fast and cool.
I didn't use the pool, but it was a success with the guests. In my opinion, there is a lot of chlorine.
In general, it is very decent for this money.
It's a long way to the beach, but we rented a car, so we visited all the nearby beaches: Blue Lagoon, Kidrak.
I liked Kidrak better.
Moreover, it is necessary to go away from the entrance to the opposite part of the beach. There is sand and very small pebbles at the entrance to the water. The water is just as warm in the blue lagoon, but not so stagnant that even ducks live there.
It would be convenient if the hotel had a shuttle to the beach.
I think it would increase the demand for guests without a car.

You should immediately understand the purpose of your stay at this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, in my opinion, the only unpleasant thing was that there was a smell of sewage from time to time. But, we have solved it. This is a common problem in Turkey due to the lack of a siphon.
We were by car and we needed the hotel just to spend the night and have breakfast. If you will be without a car, then most likely the hotel is not very suitable, because it is far enough from the beach. But, you can always use a minibus, the minibus stops right at the hotel.
Cleaning was carried out every day, which I was very surprised by.
The Lycian trail starts next to the hotels, which can be easily reached on foot. You'll have to get to the rest of the places.
We chose this hotel according to several parameters:
1. The price. Compared to the lower part of Oludeniz, the hotel was super cheap
2. Parking. There is always a parking place near the hotel. In the season, there is nowhere to park in nizhny Oludeniz at all, you will be very lucky if you find free parking
3. Breakfast, so as not to think about where to eat on a budget (in Oludeniz it is not on a budget). The breakfast was quite decent for me, but if you are used to 5-star hotels and luhari meals and it is super important to you, then you definitely will not like it here.
4. No parties. In the evening, there is some kind of animation, but we did not hear it, because the room was located in the far part
5. Air conditioning and shower. The air conditioner was cold, maybe not much, the shower was working. The hotel provides only soap

A small hotel with very outdated furniture in the rooms. There were only 2 sockets in the room, one of which was located above the bed exactly in the middle between the pillows. There is a lot of food, fresh, but not very tasty and without variety. We got to the beach by dolmush. There is also a shuttle service, but it is paid, includes sun loungers. One of the advantages is the responsive staff, a good swimming pool. We liked the location: near the Lycian trail, we went for a walk there, and the center of Oludeniz with bars and shops. It is also possible to easily reach Fethiye and the ghost town by dolmush from the hotel.

Pink Palace (Oludeniz)
It is located 3.5 km from the sea.We walked down, but there was only one road, a car.Noisy, the curb is narrow, dirty (for an amateur).It's impossible to climb.But!Minibuses run every 3-5 minutes.The cost is 30 liras per person.Drive 5 minutes to the final one.Minibuses run from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.There are no problems getting there at all.You can get a transport card at the vending machine on the beach (it is cheaper with it, it is easy to replenish).Fethiye is half an hour away by minibus (on the same minibuses).Once every hour and a half, minibuses go to the picturesque bay of the village of Kabak (we also visited there).There is a cable car and the Lycian Trail within walking distance from the hotel (it's hard to walk in the heat, but the views are fabulous).Russian is almost not spoken in the hotel.He's standing on the road, on the mountain.Very small, cozy.The staff is very pleasant and polite.The food is good.Mostly Turks have a rest.There are Poles and Russians.Wi-Fi is caught, but with failures and more often at the reception.A dog runs around the territory, visits a restaurant.The rooms are modest and old.There is rust and smudges.But everything works.There is air conditioning, hot water.The towels are old.Very nice Turkish women clean at the request.Swimming pool and sun beds.Table tennis.There is a lot of greenery around.Chickens are running around.There is no animation.Pleasant Turkish music is playing.The food is always fresh, there are plenty of tables, there are no queues.They save on fruits.Beer is not intoxicating, apparently diluted.Pancakes or omelets are fried for breakfast.Lots of greens and vegetables.There is a bustling street of night discos and bars about a km from the hotel.Nearby there are shops, tour desks, car rental.For active and not very demanding people who like to watch new things, move, this is a great option.The place is fantastically beautiful.From there, without excursions, we independently reached the city of Kayakey (ghost town), Saklikent gorge (minibus to Fethiye and there transfer to a minibus to Saklikent: 30 min + 60 min; 30 lira + 100 lira one way); Kabak village, Fethiye (embankment, tombs, market), cable car to Babadag and a specific section of the Lycian trail.A lot of activity and impressions in 7 days, not to mention the stunning sea and sunsets in the bay!

Great hotel. For 3 stars, it's just super! Clean, the garden and grounds are beautiful, the reception is cozy. The room is spacious enough, but there were 3 beds / 4 beds for one, there is a balcony on the 1st floor, there is no need to climb the stairs, but the view is a little worse, the closet is too small, I used one bed for a suitcase, the bathroom is small, in a double turn, I almost knocked out with my elbows, I would have a little more The bathrooms were made at the expense of the room area. The drain was messed up several times, did not overlap, the water in the taps is barely warm at night, hot in the morning and in the afternoon there is a good pressure.
There is one socket at the head of the bed, which is not very convenient, one at the mirror. The air conditioner for heating worked well, not noisy. There are two 0.5 liters of water in the mini fridge upon check-in.
Next, there is either a cooler at the reception or in the bar in glasses. Bottles only in the store. Everything is delicious in the restaurant, the sweets are good, the olives are super, turkey, chicken, lamb, they built an oven with me, they started making pizza, too many and a variety of cold appetizers and salads with a local flavor, a shortage of meat dishes. Unfortunately, fish and seafood were not served in 9 days, although I asked repeatedly. All drinks are hot and cold strictly from 8 to 22.
I didn't swim in the pool, it looks clean, the temperature is the same as in the sea)
There is a coop/turkey house behind the pool.
Wild boars screamed under the windows, I saw foxes, hedgehogs, in general, the diesel is boiling, everything is fine.
Stop right at the hotel, which is in Fitie, which is on the beach 20lir.
Right at the hotel you can say the foot of Babadag mountain, from which you can jump on a paraglider, I recommend an unforgettable experience from $ 75 to $ 180, depending on who you take it from) a little lower than the hotel, the Lycian trail goes to the mountains, a little lower the funicular to the mountain for 225 rubles.
Special respect to the Russian-speaking guy at the reception, works in the afternoon, solves all issues and always with a smile)

We had a rest in May 24. It was very nice and cozy, although it was obvious that the hotel was "tired". But, you know, I was in hotels with a higher level, but "without a soul." Everything is at home here, as if you have returned home to your own people. Everything is sincere and friendly. The food is delicious, there are few people, there is not as much noise as in large hotels. So we want to go back there.

I had one in mid-June, for $18.50 per day with breakfast, I liked it. The breakfasts and dinners are very tasty. The location is good, on foot to the funicular and the Lycian trail, to the sea by minibus 5-7 minutes for 20 lira, do not rush on foot - this is a very bad idea, I almost threw away my skates. To Fethiye -20 liras, 20-25 minutes. Bus stop , shops are all nearby. The hotel is cozy, polite and nimble staff, there is a Russian-speaking employee. The room is pleasant, clean, the refrigerator worked, the bathroom is in good condition, the bed linen is new, the Wi-Fi is good, you can talk and watch movies, I was lucky to catch in the room too, because I was next to the reception. There was no minibar, although it was indicated in the reservation. I arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., and was immediately given a room.
I give it 4 stars.
When you finish buying dinner, drinks are not included in the price. Tea is paid (!), well, my)) , I ride around Turkey, in other 3 hotels 1 glass of wine is included, and tea and coffee are unlimited. Maybe in 2023 everything has changed, of course.
The sewer is drained under the window all night, it stank and the constant sound of water draining, I kept the balcony closed, but it was still annoying If I stayed for more than 2 days I would have asked to change the room.
In terms of cost and service, this hotel was the most profitable, I shared it with my fellow travelers and advised them to visit it.
There will be no trash here, as happens in parks, you will not meet crazy and conflicting tourists.

I stayed at this hotel in early October, the reality exceeded expectations! The attitude of the staff towards the guests is excellent! There is one Russian-speaking guy at the reception, he always helped in any way he could, the owner is also very pleasant, usually in the morning he replaced the guys at the reception, everyone is friendly from the cleaners to the girls at the bar. I liked the food very much, I was in the fours, where it was not so tasty. Yes, there are not many fruits, but desserts are always available. Considering that I only had dinners and breakfasts, the price for accommodation is more than affordable, we do not have such a price/quality ratio in the south. I liked the location, and to go to the beach on dolmusha / 40lir/, but you can walk around to see everything that is in the area, and the prices are more humane than at the bottom of the beach. I highly recommend it!

I was at the hotel from May 21 to June 3. I always looked at him because of his excellent, close location to the Lycian trail. The price is also always adequate for "all inclusive " . I arrived in the evening, after a pleasant flight with Turkish Airlines. I was met by the governor Navruz. A very good-natured young man. I helped two ladies with their suitcases and provided good rooms. I actually had a wf in my room. At the WF hotel, only at the reception and by the pool. Navruz also saw me off at night on the day of departure. Special thanks to him. Despite the low star rating, the hotel is very hospitable, there is delicious Turkish food, the hotel's territory is very green with an abundance of flowers and lemon trees. The advantages are the excellent staff, the green area, the food. I also liked being in this hotel in the heat, the territory is not as hot as in Oludeniz, for example. One of the disadvantages for me is a weak Internet connection. But this is for those who need the Internet for remote work. I thank all the staff of the hotel 🩵 I will be happy to come again. 🌺

It was in September 2022. Everything is fine on ***, even better. The room is clean, the linen is fresh, the kitchen is normal for my picky taste, everything is always freshly prepared, often pleasant compliments for dinner. The location is just great, Ovachik 5 min walk, lift to Babadag too, the city 15 min minibus. Get a transport card and you will be happy. The evening manager speaks excellent Russian, and the host, by the way, too. They will help in all matters. I will definitely come back again.

We were at this hotel from July 7 to July 20, 2022. The hotel makes a very good impression. The room is clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony. The territory is small, but well maintained, lots of greenery. The food is good for 3* especially. The standard breakfast, lunch and dinner are hearty and always varied. Even my fastidious child appreciated the mashed soups! And this is very important! Of the cons, I was unprepared for such a busy highway under the hotel. We got to Eid al-Adha and there was a constant traffic jam from morning to evening, we even had to walk. And the air conditioner in the room is hanging right at the head of the bed. If you leave it on overnight, you can wake up with bilateral otitis media! And you can't leave the air conditioner on during the day and leave, because all the electricity in the room turns on from the key and turns off automatically when leaving...

We were there before the season closed. At 19.00, the wedding began in front of the windows of our room. A real Turkish wedding, with dancing, a crowd of guests and kebabs that smoked like a fire. And we have a child of 7 months. At first, they promised us that everything would end at 23.00. We took the child sleeping in a stroller to the embankment to walk and wait. Although we weren't going to. And at 23.00 we were told that the wedding would last until 00.00. The request to give another number was refused. But when we made a scandal, my husband went to motivate the wedding guests to behave more quietly, the room was found in 10 seconds. That's the attitude towards guests with a child. And, by the way, blankets could be washed, at least sometimes.

The hotel is nice, not big, cozy. Super helpful staff and managers. They speak English (Google translator to help those who do not know). You can get to the sea by minibus, 5 minutes - 4.5 liras, the interval is no more than 10 minutes. The city beach is large, wide, large pebbles and sand, only sun beds and umbrellas are paid, 15 rubles each for the whole day. The food at the hotel is decent, fruits are seasonal, every day.
