The place is great, the territory is well maintained, entertainment every day (well done animators try), there is enough food for everyone, even if you go later. The food selection is extensive and varied: cheeses, sausages, meat, its own pastries, crayfish, sweets, fruits, fish. There are plenty of places in the dining room, too, if it's not important for you to sit on the veranda, sometimes you have to ask for appliances. Your own beach: there are always 1-2 places, as many prefer to occupy pools (so there is not always a place by the pool). The staff is friendly and always happy to help (although no one speaks Russian, I had to communicate in broken English, but at least practice). There are a lot of things for children, especially evening programs (songs, dances, trampolines, etc.). Here the drinks from one bartender are very tasty, but alcohol is not about anything at all (I took double and clean, but it's no use), but you won't meet drunks. The rooms are quite good, although it could always be better. Straight strong 4*. Wi-Fi is everywhere and even on the beach (sometimes it disappears in the dining room). It's not close to the city, but it's not far away either. In general, we are happy with our family vacation! Good luck to them and further development!

We had a rest at the end of August 2022. A compact hotel on a solid 4. Convenient location of rooms in two-storey houses. Quiet, you can get some sleep. The animation was not much noticed. Food - you won't stay hungry, but you won't make a fuss either. I was amused by the daily queue for food. You came late, you won't try everything. Very tasty watermelons, always fresh. I strained with the rest of the fruits. The staff hardly speaks Russian. Communication in English. Mostly locals have a rest (2/3 of all vacationers). We didn't feel any negativity. Be careful with the slides. The child slipped on the step and tore his skin on the iron corner. I had to get stitches. The sea is warm. The entrance is quite gentle. A sandy, but dirty beach. It was not possible to fully enjoy the sea because of the jellyfish. Small, burning ones. They didn't leave any traces , but it was very unpleasant. In general, if you do not expect something supernatural, it is a pleasant enough hotel

Very beautiful and well-groomed territory, cleanliness of rooms for 4, animation for 4+, great attention is paid to children, the beach is clean, comfortable, we were in July 2022, a lot of algae washed up, but the hotel staff diligently cleaned everything. One of the disadvantages for me is that the dishes were washed by hand in bars. There are three swimming pools on the territory:for toddlers, bigger children with slides and deeper.In general, the impression of the hotel is positive, it corresponds to its stardom. According to the food, seasonal fruits, seafood (I mean shrimp) were not in July, fish, chicken were always on the menu, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, arugula, tarragon were on the vegetables. Soups are different every day, but one. The diet menu was also present.
The hotel does not have a Russian-speaking manager, only English and Turkish.
We liked everything, we can come back again)

We had a rest with our spouse at Club Tarhan Serenity 5* from 01.09 to 12.09.2022. The first impression was very positive, the territory of the hotel is made in antique style, very well maintained. Two-storey houses with new furniture in a modern style, the audibility is incredibly strong, in addition to low noise insulation, wooden slats on the wall are located at the head of the bed, which, with every movement of the bed, hit the wall, creating additional noise, neighbors personally prevented us from sleeping very much. There is really no room cleaning, the floors are wiped with a dirty cloth soaked in dirty water, there were no problems with towels in the room, they were changed regularly. What can I say about beach towels, they are in considerable short supply, they look pretty shabby, if they knew, they would have taken their own. The beach area is very small and dirty (in this, I believe, the vacationers themselves are to blame, who are unable to carry a bull or a tube, etc. to the trash), the sun beds are motley and also battered, as if they collected leftovers from different hotels, the entrance is sand, occasionally there are stones when entering, there were jellyfish that strongly They sting, but they don't leave any marks. The beach is periodically cleaned only from algae washed ashore and no more. We haven't rested on the beach yet because of the large number of stray dogs that lie next to the sun beds and under the sun beds. Dogs and cats do not cause harm, they are very kind, but from a hygienic point of view, their free presence throughout the hotel was not pleasant. We rested on the pier, the water is cleaner there, but we still did not understand whether the pier belongs to the hotel or whether it is a public area. There are several sun beds on it, as a rule, there are not many people there, the pier is old, sun beds too, vacationers leave garbage there as well as on the beach, which is carried out to sea by the wind and washed ashore. The stairs on the pier are not very comfortable, you need to make an effort to climb. There are many different fish, sea urchins. What I didn't like very much is that there is absolutely no security and lifeguards on the territory of the hotel, on the pier and in the pool on the territory of the hotel you can see a large number of teenage Kurds (local Gypsies) who jump almost on the heads of each other and other vacationers, they reacted aggressively to the remark of one or two hotel staff and the situation was not changed I don't quite understand why you need to worry about your health and property while on vacation, being on the territory of a 5-star hotel. From alcohol in the hotel - beer, gin, wine, raki (Turkish aniseed vodka), sometimes whiskey appeared. The food is monotonous, everything that remains from the previous day is mixed into cold snacks the next day, baked/ stewed vegetables predominate, meat and fish in their pure form were tight, seafood is out of the question, they were not seen at all. The fruits were: watermelon, peaches, apples. The food is mostly COLD, even at the beginning of lunch / dinner, the food heaters do not work, the queues are large from the very beginning because everyone, of course, wants to eat warm food. We did not encounter a shortage of dishes, as we always went to the opening. There are really tubes, glasses, and tube packages floating in the pools, but I repeat, the vacationers themselves are to blame for such a mess. There are not enough staff. The animators are local Turks, only one spoke all languages, some do not even know English, only Turkish. We didn't see them during the day, the evening animation was very boring, the hotel is definitely not for young people and not for parties. The animators offered a paid trip to a local club. Personally, we did not have a phone in our room, how to run in an emergency from the last line to the reception, which often also lacks staff - it is not clear, we were faced with the fact that there was a conflict at night between foreigners living below, there was a fight, children screaming, crying and throwing objects, to contact someone-either one of the employees, of course, failed to call security, we also did not want to go down to the battlefield, risking our health, we tried to stop at a safe distance from the balcony. The Internet and television on the last line of houses catches very poorly. I would never have returned to this hotel. The sea is warm, beautiful, the sunsets are breathtaking, supermarkets with cheap food prices are close, a local market with everything you need, a lot of cafes and 15 minutes to the city center by minibus. We fell in love with the sea, the city and the good nature of the local population. Next time we will look for another hotel on this coast. The hotel does not pull at all for 5 stars.

Nice hotel, polite staff,excellent cuisine,warm sea, there is a bar on the beach, a snack bar is also excellent. There is a market nearby where they sell delicious tea and some good things, there is an ATM next to the market. The bus stop is not so far from the hotel.

OF THE CONS:
1.every day at 5:30 in the morning, prayer begins in the mosque next to the hotel, everything is VERY audible through the loudspeaker!It ends at 6 a.m.
2. THE CLEANING is disgusting, they are very poorly cleaned, or you can say they are not cleaned at all, the pastels are filled and swept-that's it!hygiene products are not given)you have to go to the reception to ask, then they bring, if you leave money on the table, then they will also be "cleaned"!It's not pleasant
3. the rooms are renovated, but there are jambs (in the form of a peeling ceiling, a shower that constantly leaks into the room (maybe we got one)
4. the food is normal, but almost every day it is the same, with fruits it is tense, except for watermelon, which is given only for dinner
5. constantly dirty glass-glasses, plates, plastic are simply washed under running water, of course they have a stream, but hygiene has not been canceled
6. according to the reviews of others, I can also say that the beach is dirty, and the pools too, the packaging from the tubes is EVERYWHERE!Cigarette butts too
ADVANTAGES:
1. Friendly and HELPFUL staff!(not cleaners, cleaners are very unpleasant and very bad-looking people who do not have uniforms and walk like ragamuffins in dirty T-shirts and pants)😂
I needed a car, I asked the guide-our GUIDE could not help in any way (he was apparently not interested in this), I went to the reception and there my question was solved in 5 minutes, the next day I rented a car!(without deposits, without the Russian penalty, which in 99% of cases does not work in Turkey)and it would be cheaper if I did it through another online aggregator!
2. the territory is made in antique style, everything is beautiful, 1 line by the sea,CRAZY sunsets, cool photos are obtained on the pier
3.a nice pool (with small jambs),a good children's pool, there are 3 slides for children.
4. ANIMATION from morning to evening, guys (local people who work there)Well done, they constantly lure someone, then to aqua, then to bingo, then water polo and much more. -👍🔥(leading separately top!speaks and understands all languages)

Cool, clean, boring. I rested there at the end of September, it was windy for a couple of days. But then the sun and warm air put everything in order and you could relax. The area is pleasant, you can take a little walk before going to bed. The food is monotonous.

I do not recommend it. We had a rest in September. The food is not tasty, monotonous. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Dirty tables, floors and partially dishes. There are many dogs and cats on the territory of the restaurant and the beach. The beach is very poorly maintained, cigarette butts, empty bottles, broken sun beds are available, mattresses on the sun beds are in disgusting condition. The beach is very small, algae is always on the beach, in the morning they will collect everything by rowing, and the beach itself was practically not cleaned. Beach towels are all old, torn ones come across often, I had to review several pieces to choose. The room was as narrow as a tram, three meters wide and about ten meters long, the towels in the toilet room were with strong hooks, room CLEANING was minimal. The sea, mostly in algae, was calm for a couple of days, it's still nice, but so...... Animation is not about anything. We barely waited for the end of the rest.

We are having a rest at this hotel. The rooms are small, you will run after the staff to change towels and clean the room, but such races will not bring much result, we despaired, she took out the garbage. We have repeatedly asked the reception to clean the room. Forget about shampoos and gels! Only his own. There was a small jar at the check-in, that's all. In general, the territory of the hotel is good, but this is the only plus...! The animation is monotonous. Meal. This is a separate conversation. There are always queues. For 12 days of stay, one type of fish, chicken and turkey. Beef a couple of times. Of fruits, centennial oranges, peaches, watermelon (always delicious), plums. Desserts are monotonous, there are no delicious ones. I signed up for a massage. Both times the Turks were re-recorded for my time. There is still a special attitude towards Russians here. It is not conspicuous, but it has a place to be. And they will always prefer a Turk, a German or a Pole. And they don't even hide it. And that's what they say. About 20% of Russians rest, and they love others. Quote: my heart is open to everyone, but it just so happens that we prefer others. About the beach. Drain the sewer system. The stones just dig into the legs, there are jellyfish that sting. Draw conclusions.

Vacationed with my daughter in June 22. The rooms are new and modern. The hotel is a club hotel. The sea view is beautiful. On nutrition, I would add fruits, it's not enough. The sea is gorgeous. The spacenter is super, I recommend it.

If suddenly someone was told that it was a five, then it is not so. It's a foursome. There are few staff, little food (there is no choice at all, which does not end), employees do not have time, which is why there are huge queues, by the way, as well as at the bar - alcohol is constantly running out (not local) and you have to constantly wait. Sooo many people were settled, there were two choices: either to stand in a half-hour queue in the heat to eat, or to come at the end and eat "leftovers", but there was almost no queue😂In short, it's not worth your money from the word at all. The only thing that pleases is the local dogs (homeless conditionally), affectionate and kind to the point of horror, be sure to feed and stroke, if you go, they will repay with kindness and love, it is checked.

The hotel is not 5, but 4. We rested in September.If you take the overall picture , it 's beautiful , if you already look closely , then the hotel is really tired . Very tired . But the food , though monotonous , is good. The territory is large and beautiful. Of course , the beach is dirty . Apparently there is not enough staff , because the territory is large . The staff, although they do not speak Russian, is very pleasant and the guys at the reception understand English) ... there is nothing to do outside the hotel , but it 's good that there was a market 15-20 minutes away , good bed linen can be bought very cheaply there . If we take the overall picture and don 't find fault , then we had a good rest .
