We waited for two cups of coffee for 40 minutes, and three couples arrived after us, where people ordered hot food, and even they were served. They reminded us about their order, and there were no attempts to rectify the situation on the part of the staff. They didn't even apologize.

We visited a year ago, I really liked it. This time we went purposefully, but it was a complete disappointment. Breakfast is mixed up and served with a long delay to the cold coffee. There are no attempts to smooth or compensate, just wait.
