So this institution is dying, as usual in Kyzylorda. When we first opened, everything was fine, the service, the kitchen. But it takes some time and that's it. The service is so-so. The service is generally zero. The kitchen is already lame too. The administration is sitting like a mouse somewhere in the corner. I think they're starting to save on salaries. Therefore, competent staff leaves. As a result, the owner of the establishment makes it worse only for himself. You need to keep the brand, otherwise you will have the same customers as your service.
