Food is fine. No menus in English, available menus are falling apart. Took 15 minutes to call the server. No sugar on the table, ran out of napkins.
Disappointing. Another location in Keruen shopping mall is excellent

Incredibly delicious cuisine! We live in this residential complex and it is very convenient to stop by for coffee and lunch. Very clean, very polite and helpful staff! I've never seen anything like this in Moscow! There are high chairs for children, by the way, they are also clean! Special thanks to the waitress named Nelly!

It's a wonderful place. I highly recommend visiting. The service is unobtrusive. You really feel like a guest. The coffee is great. Believe me, there are not many places where you can drink a cup of black coffee, I do not know for sure which country of the grain, but it tastes very tasty and resembles Arabica from Ethiopia, and it is naturally processed and brewed in a very good professional machine.
I'll definitely come here next time. This particular place can be noted as a plus - here you can see the triumph of the architectural splendor of the capital!

Great place, had breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is extensive, the food is excellent, clean, the waiters are polite, wi-fi is fast, they work from morning until late at night, the place is convenient, the hotel is in the same building, the taxi arrives 4-5 min. There are a lot of people, almost all the tables are occupied during the day. Well done. I recommend.

But it turns out that the children's room has the same name. A table, a couple of chairs and a couple of toys. The child got bored after a couple of minutes. I was in Kazakhstan for the first time. Based on recommendations from the public, I found this place for breakfast. All the days I lived in Astana, I came here for breakfast. I noticed the cafe on the first evening of my acquaintance with Astana. Not far from the central square, where there is a Christmas tree, there is an ice rink, almost next to the "pyramid" - the cultural center of peace and harmony, in short, there is a cafe so that you cannot pass by. And my husband and I did not pass, but went in to celebrate the receipt of visas to the United States. We ordered delicious dishes and desserts for this occasion. Everything turned out to be of excellent quality. And one more nuance: the chair was too low for me, I asked to be replaced with a more comfortable one, and the girl who served us immediately solved this problem. While we were waiting for our order, I was looking at the visitors. They were mostly families who came to the cafe with children and friends. So the atmosphere in this cafe is full of children's laughter, joy, love and well-being.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, you can sit with pleasure, no one is in a hurry, the waiters are very polite. All the food and drinks are delicious. We ordered steak salad here on different days (you can specify the roasting), ramen with beef (it was spicy), ramen with dumplings (satisfying), croissant with salmon, Danish hotdog, Austrian breakfast, brownies - everything. The only thing that was "three" was a salad with shrimp, avocado and herbs - there were too many cucumbers and they were already soft.

One of the most pleasant impressions about the city was formed thanks to the team of this cafe! You guys are great! On the second day of arrival, we refused to go anywhere else, because it was insanely delicious! We got there for breakfast while we were waiting to check into the hotel and everything was brought to us quickly, the portions were large, and most importantly, everything was very tasty! And then we already came for lunch and dinner! We were greeted by friendly waiters who surrounded us with maximum care! Everything we took was great! Every time we tried something new and every time we were delighted! I wish the guys prosperity! It is a huge effort to keep such a cool quality with an extensive menu and a large number of seats!

A delightful cafe! Amazing cuisine! Usually I'm too lazy to write reviews, but the "Languid cheeks of a bull with mashed potatoes" made me take the time.. And "Ojahuri"?!!. It's sooo delicious! We were in Astana on business, lived in apartments in the same building, so we had breakfast here several times. The coffee is delicious, the breakfasts are for every taste, the desserts are fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly, the service is fast. I also liked that the room is large and the arrangement of tables is convenient, no one interferes with each other and you can always find a secluded corner.

And so, by the will of fate, we ate in this cafe for almost a week.
I liked everything - a large and varied menu, large portions (I attach photos of different dishes). And most importantly, everything is very tasty.
The cafe itself is quite large, there are places on the street. There are a lot of people in the cafe almost at any time, but there are always empty seats. It is more difficult to sit down on the street, but if you wait a little, then you can eat there too.
The cafe has an electronic menu, and there is also a separate dessert menu, you can ask. If you are a tourist, then there is WiFi, it is quite fast and does not require any confirmation.
The order is delivered fairly quickly, even during rush hour.
Of the disadvantages, I can note the following:
During rush hours, the waiters may not be able to cope (they asked for a glass of water 5 times, the waiter said I'd bring it and safely forgot about it).
The menu prices do not include service - 10%, while tips are also expected.
In general, if you convert prices into rubles, then you can eat 2000-2500 rubles for two people. Delicious and the portions are large.
P.S. Lemonade with strawberries is my favorite!)

We lived in an apartment hotel, which is located in the same residential complex with a cafe. First they came for the cakes, took the takeaway. The next morning we came for breakfast, the next day we had lunch, then we had dinner. And every evening they finished with an incomparable pancake cake. The food is amazing, everyone took different dishes, everything is delicious. The prices are very pleasant. The waiters try their best, they serve quickly. We noted only one minus for ourselves - we didn't like the coffee at all, neither Americano nor cappuccino. Maybe the coffee itself is unsuccessful or just unusual for us.

In this case, it's a deaf administrator who turns up the volume of music at breakfast to the maximum and tears your poached eggs apart with the sound of light jazz.
Overall, it's a good place.
Croissants are some of the most disgusting in the world. These are basically not croissants, you can't call local rolls in the form of croissants that way. Bitter, withered. I want to cry when such croissants exist in the world. The French Foreign Ministry must declare a note of protest against this institution, for such croissants!
Coffee is sour like apples in the country in childhood.

They didn't leave a tip, and I didn't want to pay 10% for the service. I admit not the experience of the waiter, young.
