I didn't expect that I could get into such a coffee shop. To be honest, it was just an aesthetic shock. The waiters are dedicated to themselves, there is no control from the administrator. They are not customer-oriented. I've been to other locations on Lenin and Auezov Streets, and I've never seen anything like this. There's no limit to my disappointment. It's like I came to eat for free... Somehow I begged for the dishes (plates for salads). In the end, they brought only 1 for two and a dessert plate, and it was as if it had just come from the sink. Tea with berries was brought without a strainer. I was very sorry for the money I spent. And the worst part was that I was ashamed in front of a friend I came to sit with.

the establishment is well located. the advantage of this cafe is that there is a children's area, clean, well-groomed. the toys were recently updated (although for me there were good toys before that) the hall is clean. tables for a different number of people. It's a more peaceful environment here. there is a certain sluggishness, but I did not notice it in relation to myself during all this time. the admin who handled it is missing. the food is served quickly and delicious. portions always look delicious.

Dear freelancers, be warned that the time of table occupation is limited to 90 minutes, the system of additional payment has not been worked out (for example, if you order two drinks on arrival, and order another drink an hour later, then it is not clear how it works, based on feedback, the time does not seem to be updated). But it is also worth noting that if the cafe is 30% full, but the sofas are occupied (and at least two more sofas are available), then you may also be asked to vacate the space.
I have visited several branches of Coffee Boom in Almaty and periodically stay too long. When there are really no places, I usually go out myself, but so that they ask for it at 30% occupancy... This is the first time
As a rule, I can sit for 5-6 hours with an average check of ~ 6500-7000 tenge (2-3 additional payments). If this is really not profitable for the coffee shop, then it would be better to immediately warn on arrival.

A wonderful cafe, very tasty, cheesecake and pistachio roll are just something. I was there 2 times, the second time the soup was brought without meat. They could not comment in any way.
