I took delivery, the second time from this branch. The first time was beef stroganoff, we often take this dish in the cafe itself, 2 pieces of meat and half a mushroom were put on delivery, the rest 80% onions in cream sauce.
Today: the burger is claimed to weigh 400g, in fact the weight is 323. Okay, weight, I love burgers, let it be delicious. Those who love burgers know that a good bun is fresh, it is glossy, elastic, there is a store-bought bun that is already crumbling. Sauce? The usual store-bought ointment and ketchup.
There was also borscht in the order. There are two pieces of veins in the photo and there is no more meat, well, there is no meat at all. There is no fat on the veins, it is not particularly surprising ... such a watery borscht in the canteen opposite 800tg…
I called this branch, I heard that the weight of the burger is stated in the raw cutlet, and it also shrinks during cooking. My order history at coffee boom is over, I don't like expensive canteens.
