Today we visited the Coffee Boom cafe. No one met us at the entrance, the administrator was busy with someone else, but it's not scary)) They found a suitable table for themselves, undressed and sat down. After a couple of minutes, a friendly waiter came up and offered a menu. The menu is very extensive - it pleases, but! You get a little lost from such a weighty folio. Unfortunately, the waiter did not orient himself, did not advise anything, only after some time came to take the order. We ordered two hot dishes and coffee with dessert. She specifically focused the waiter's attention on the fact that the main dishes should be served first, and after dessert and coffee. Literally 5 minutes later, a sweet girl with a charming smile brought me the ordered latte. What were they listening to? Our waiter came up with apologies... I had to forgive)) Then, after 15-20 minutes, one hot dish came up.... after another 20 minutes, the second is hot... Oh Mai Gat!! And all this with charming smiles and good day wishes!!! And, by the way, they asked if it was possible to serve a second coffee?))) Yes! It's already possible!!! And after that, don't forget the dessert!!! And now we have our second coffee!! Gorgeous frappuccino! But without dessert))) Just 15 minutes and DESSERT!!! It’s magic!! Wonderful hot waffles! It's a pity that my first coffee is completely cold... And, of course, the impressions of the dishes themselves were blurred due to such a chaotic presentation ...
The bill was brought quickly, calculated and immediately lost interest ...
I would like to note the pleasant atmosphere of the cafe, the interior, New Year decorations and music. A weak and ill-conceived service could not spoil all this ...
I put 4 * with hope for a bright future of this cafe and the belief that the waiters will be instructed on the rules of serving dishes!
