Baitursynov Coffeehouse is morally outdated, fresh repairs and better lighting are needed, because it's dark like in a hookah, old shabby sofas, I want it to be a place for both work and rest, but for now only whispering with girlfriends in the semi-darkness.
And we also need to expand the menu, desserts have been the same for several years, there are no croissants or sandwiches for a snack on the menu.
I have no complaints about coffee - it is classically good.
