We were on a weekday in the middle of the day, 09/13/2022. The service is very very slow, provided that there were very few visitors. No one made an order in front of us, and only one person followed us. The order was a latte, flute White and two ready-made cheesecakes, cooked for 10 minutes. The coffee was barely warm at the end, and the cheesecake was served in a broken plate. During our visit, the next table was not cleaned, which is almost 25 minutes, I think for such a small coffee shop, during a period of minimal flow of people, this is unacceptable.

We prepared espresso tonic and cherry lemonade for 10 minutes (there was no queue).
The readiness of the order was announced only after clarifying the readiness on my part. Of course, the ice has already melted.
Cherry lemonade is not bad.

They didn't let me go to the toilet with a child! The toilet is on their code, just like in Europe))
The toilet is only for visitors, everything is clear (although it's not clear, we were there yesterday, we seem to have the right, but, alas, no)
And I asked, I tried to explain what I really needed - a young girl, absolutely empty eyes - no, that's all. This is the first time I have such a situation in Minsk
It is clear that I do not set foot there, but I do not recommend it to all of you, attitude towards people is the main criterion of the institution
And I didn't really like the coffee yesterday, by the way. So, I especially do not recommend it.
And the owner should think about it, something is wrong with the staff.

Change the magazine stand to a larger one for the same large magazines. The whole impression was ruined, the stand fell down, coffee spilled, and the clothes are now dirty. Yes, it's just the decor, but the little things make up the place you want to go to.

The most disgusting thing that can be done in the service sector is a toilet for visitors only. All the whiter when it comes to coffee shops. This is an indicator of service and attitude towards people.
I live 7 minutes from this place, but it's unlikely that I'll ever come back as a client. Because in such a piquant situation, when you don't have time to go home, but you really need to, they told me with a sour face: "The toilet is on check!"

The coffee is not very good, the milk is overdone. Cheesecake is difficult to spoil, so it was not bad. The staff is very tired and the feeling of working with a favor (I don't need that much thanks), give the person a vacation or teach the guests to smile. It's very dark here, but the music is good. And why are prices smeared on parts of drinks and on food?!?!?! Should I ask the barista for each one?!? You have a good location and the interior is nothing. Please work with the staff... If it wasn't for the service..I would have come again..but alas ...

We took pasta with blueberries and halvic raff on almond. As a result, the coffee was made with regular milk, and THE PASTA TURNED OUT TO HAVE THE SMELL AND TASTE OF ONIONS!!! What kind of joke is this, it looks like pasta, tastes like a kfs burger with onions....
The coffee was redone, but the macaroon was opened at home, so it was not possible to ask what kind of miracle it was on the spot
