My favorite is the Swiss Breakfast. Very tasty and atypical =) I took off a star for lack of stability: some day it may be cool to serve and everything is delicious, but you come another day the coffee is not delicious, the bread is over-dried, they carry everything for a long time. Maybe it depends on the shifts. But overall, I like it here

It is this branch in Bukhar Zhyrau that is very small and the tables are not comfortable and not cozy at all. It is better to have a branch on Abai in the Zhetysu microdistrict. A weak three to the branch in Bukhar Zhyrau.

The bill was brought, we paid, the waitress said that the cook apologized. But they don't have a compliment from the cafe or a complaint book for such cases. We came to have breakfast, chose a coffee shop based on reviews. They brought bread with mold, they said sorry to my remark, there were no compliments from the cook or anything like that. When asked to bring a complaint book, they replied that there was none. It's a pity that a chain restaurant with a not-so-low price tag actually turns out to be a second-rate eatery. I hope the management will read this and take action.

I read the reviews, I came. I ordered breakfast with hash browns and salmon. Wildly disappointed, I didn't even eat. There are very few fish and its freshness is very doubtful, instead of poached eggs, it's just boiled on top. Hash browns themselves have nothing to do with the name - potatoes mixed with egg, which is raw inside because of its thickness. If you are looking for a delicious breakfast like me, this place will not suit you.
