The barista teaches me how to talk to her and tells me that I need to learn manners. The menu says syrup, in fact it is not. Argumentation : we are a hurry coffee shop. The question arises why such a position in the menu? She refused to take the order because she didn't like that I wanted vanilla sugar, not vanilla syrup. 0 customer service, she also considers it normal to continue outraging when the customer has disappeared from her field of vision. She didn't take the money and didn't give out the order. She introduced herself as Alexandra and assured me that she was the manager. At that moment, she also started filming me on camera. It's a good place to sit and work. The coffee is delicious, the beans are from good roasters like tasty coffee, even like I saw Welder Catherine. There was a decaf funnel for a while! Which is almost impossible to find even in Moscow coffee shops.
