The coffee is very tasty, but it always depends on the barista. If you arrive too early, don't expect smiles. The service is usually good, the tables are always clean and the air conditioners work. There is always a choice of confectionery and meat sandwiches. The atmosphere is more working than peaceful.

In a coffee shop on the ave. Independence, 6 introduced a "special" regime for visiting their toilet. After repairing the toilet, according to numerous complaints from visitors, because the toilet was just in an ugly state, the staff decided to just bother less with cleaning (this is from their words). The staff lets you into the toilet only after 10 minutes of being there, and then if they see, according to them, that the visitor is "sick of it."I was not careful not to know this and visited the toilet, after which I was publicly rudely reprimanded by an employee who is almost three times younger than me.I would like to draw the attention of the employees of this coffee chain that such actions grossly violate Resolution No. 102 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of 2015.

I bought frapuccino from them today, the drink should be cold, but it was warm because they put 3 small ice cubes that did not play any role, there was almost no topping, and it did not taste quite what it should be, I do not know maybe this shift just does not understand how to make it. The place chosen for its convenient location and pleasant design greatly disappointed the staff. In fact, this is the FIRST place where I was refused the choice of a specific instance of sweets from the showcase, citing some internal procedures and the order of layout. In other words, the smell of a kind of naphthalene "what you give, you eat." Only the offer to issue a refund through the intervention of a higher-level manager (the most adequate in the team) allowed us to finally get what we wanted.

A solid 3 for the service. The competence of the employees is present, but not in sufficient quantity. There are no problems with coffee, although apart from the fact that they handed me my drink in a sticky cup, there were no more problems. But only with drinks! The donut was given away, the sandwich was heated for 10 minutes, until I came up and asked what was going on. As a result, my sandwich was heated twice more because it was cold.
Thanks at least for the free coffee 0.2.
