In the morning I took a coffee, as always it was just wow, I decided to go to the barista girl at lunch, since I know that she always works until 16-17, it's worth taking a break (there were 10-12 minutes left before the end, not critical), I thought I have to freshen my face, I go to the bathroom, and there's a picture like from a terrible dream, honestly…The barista girl is standing, breathing deeply and clutching the sink, shaking and shaking, I immediately ask what happened, how does she feel, but she doesn't say a word and falls into my arms, is the employee's normal condition??? I brought her to her senses, walked her to where I could, called her to work, I come in later, and she's already smiling as always, cheerfully making coffee, helping guests with the selection and application (there are questions about it, but I think it's not just at this coffee shop)
Talked to her a little, very tired, according to the impressions of the person I haven't slept or rested for 2 months. I worked in catering for 10 years myself and was a barista, waiter, receptionist, plowed like a horse, so I think my thoughts don't let me down. She often stands at the computer and at the car in the morning, while answering messages to someone, if she performs any other duties besides making coffee, perhaps she is the administrator of a coffee shop, then give the person at least 3-4 days to work remotely or at least sleep, maybe a bonus. I hope it reaches the higher management of the network. I wanted to write it all in a book of complaints, etc., but I understand that it will be more trouble for everyone. To the question "why? After all, there is still a whole 17 minutes before your closing" there was no real response (again, "it takes time to close"). As far as I know, any institution has its own work schedule and is obliged to do its work exactly before the closing time. I do not think this is correct and I ask the moderators to pay attention and deal with this issue. Perhaps someone is in vital need of coffee 🫡
