Бариста просто забыл сделать кофе, хотя очереди не было совсем, чек пробила, оплата состоялась. После меня в очередь подошло трое человек, в итоге все получили свое кофе, стою жду. Подошла к стойке, спросила как так получилось. В ответ услышала значит кто то забрал ваше кофе, так бывает.
Но как можно было забрать то, чего не было. Никто не подходил. Про меня просто забыли.
Кофе в итоге сделали, и то он был еле теплый. Но не было уже сил просить переделывать. Настроение пропало и вместе с ним желание посещать вашу кофейню. Извинений не было и ошибки своей бариста не увидела.
Ужасно это все неприятно...
