The only thing I wanted was for the menu to be written larger (although my eyesight is fine), but in dim lighting it is difficult to make out the font (especially the composition of the dish) and I would also like to see a picture of the dish on the menu brochures.
The place seems to be cultural. Good repair. Clear. But the dishes are somehow rustic and not always delicious. Salads with an incomprehensible dressing. Meat is sometimes easier to fry by yourself and is not very juicy and pleasant to the taste

Dancing and celebrating some kind of holiday is the best place in Mogilev, it's definitely fun, the music is great, the service is excellent. Food 7/10. Besides, the dinners are very tasty.
I visited the institution as part of the Gastrofest 2024 festival. I liked the dishes presented. Everything was served promptly. Each course was accompanied by an interesting story.

The service is at a "height", the used plate stood under my nose until the next dish was brought, while in one hand the waiter held a plate with steak, and in the other he tried to pick up the used dishes, a fork with a knife for steak was served right in the plate), and not brought separately)! And the serving of rolls generally killed), you pay separately for soy sauce, wasabi and ginger!! Who invented this, this is a marketing ploy, au, administration, please explain?!! And teach the staff to smile at the guests!

The lunch menu is very adequate in price, the output of the dish is reduced by at least 2 times, the quality corresponds to the price. Shurpa is the main ingredient of boiled carrots, julienne is liquid and not particularly tasty. I took tartare from the usual menu - it was incomparable, delicious and the design was on top, the price corresponds to the dish, the level of the capital. The coffee is great, the dessert is good. I lowered the rating for the lunch menu by 1 star.
Good evening. We rested in the Basement more than once. In the restaurant, bowling, billiards, karaoke. The food is incomparably delicious. I don't remember the name exactly "veal cheek with sauce" just melts in my mouth, pizza, green salad with mustard sauce.
A great place for family celebrations, dates and just to go in for a meal because the Basement has everything to make this or that event take place at the highest level. There is a delicious and varied cuisine, stylish interior and responsive staff, as well as live music. We came with a friend to have fun - there is billiards and bowling. In a word, come and check it out for yourself!

Visually, there was a feeling that it was yesterday's, not even morning. How can it be in such an institution? I can't imagine. It's fresher in the chain eatery than in the Basement. We were very surprised. Every time I come to Mogilev and come to the Basement, there is a different presentation, prices, feelings. There is no predictability. Three hours after the Base - Van Gogh - a completely different feeling. The base has room to grow. Bowling is a separate plus.
We visited this place 5 times and all 5 times the prices in the receipt and in the menu are different, the last 2 times they said that there would be a new menu tomorrow. Well, well)
Reservations in this restaurant are accepted, probably from memory. On Sunday, we made a reservation for Tuesday, and confirmed it by phone. When we came to this place, there was no reservation, such a beginning already spoils the mood of being here. The laziness and inattention of the staff is thrown onto the guest and they sit down at the table with a favor. You can book a table in advance, and upon arrival you will still be in an awkward position.

In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Mogilev. Everything is the same here: the price, the quality, the attitude of the staff, and the choice of leisure. Of course, everyone's tastes are different, but personally I really like salads, bruschetta and, of course, aged beef steak in this place. In between meals, you can go out on the dance floor. The repertoire will satisfy any music lover. So that the evening does not turn into a continuous gluttony, you can play a game of bowling (here a light reconstruction would not hurt), billiards or check your vocal skills at a karaoke club. And in summer, on the veranda of the "Basement", even in the hottest weather, you feel wonderful, thanks to the modern cooling system.
We stopped by for a beer with friends. The beer is cold, the snacks seem to be fine. I liked the terrace. In the evening, it is very good to sit in the fresh air.

We came to a half-empty hall on Sunday at 2 o'clock. They chose what to order, and the waiter did not go for 20 minutes, until I myself went and asked to take the order. Then they brought us blue, ugly dirty "leather" napkins for plates, for God's sake, there was nothing on these leather napkins: crumbs, greasy stains, and just dirt. We were waiting for the waiter to change, again casual service - 15 minutes of searching for the waiter with gestures and glances and again I go to where the waiter and the administator were standing, I asked the admin to come up to evaluate our napkins, well, thank God the administrator replaced them with yellow ones without any problems)) maybe you can see less dirt on them and that's why they gave them, I don't know. The service is at zero, only the administrator understands, well, seriously. I had to catch waiters from other tables to remind them to bring my dessert. The interior is beautiful, yes, but it spoils the look of dirty tables opposite, when people have long left, and for 40 minutes the table after them is dirty, I repeat the hall is half empty, at that time there was a children's program, so there are not many people. We came to Mogilev for the first time and visited this institution, of course we were born of the high professionalism of the staff and chefs! We would like to express special gratitude to the employee of this institution, Vika Teplyakova ))) 🙏🤝 and to the chefs, too, a low bow for such delicious food ... the restaurant is very cozy and comfortable.. Of the minuses-for each person, I had to pay for the entrance and for the musical accompaniment for 5p + 5p, for each bottle of wine (bought at the bar) for 3p (cork fee), wine with screw plugs, they opened themselves, it is not clear what this fee means)))). Strong alcohol was brought in a day, they promised to put it in the freezer and serve it covered with frost), as a result, they drank warm, then one of the guests, closer to midnight, the security did not let him in from a smoke break, they say, not quite sober, refresh yourself for 20 minutes, do you need to be sober in the restaurant????? Further on the service, at the beginning it seemed nothing, by midnight the dirty dishes and empty bottles were cleaned themselves, as the guests dispersed, they moved the food themselves so that they could sit more comfortably, while the waiter approached and convincingly asked them not to touch anything themselves or they would be scolded))). In the kitchen, the tartlets were with some kind of raw pate, carpaccio with almost no spices and as if twisted in a meat grinder, hot meat and vegetables from the grill are not bad. I don't seem to have forgotten anything, my conclusion is to come drink beer with a barbecue, dance, yes, but to celebrate the celebration - no, no and no again.
