Friendly hosts, with whom it is a pleasure to chat, a gorgeous yard with cats)Spacious clean room with a huge bathroom, air conditioning, kettle, large TV.Good breakfasts, you can ask to bring them to the room.Registan is 6-7 minutes away by car. On the first day, the owner took me to the best (according to my feelings) pilaf in Samarkand absolutely free of charge).We recommend it.

From here you can walk along the entire street, see the neighborhood, there is ice cream, cafes, cauldron pilaf, samsa from tandoor, many establishments directly opposite across the street, with adequate prices, I have never eaten so much meat every lunch and dinner as here)))

A cozy courtyard, friendly hosts, but a shared room...not really, 6 bunk beds,men and women together, there are two toilets combined with a shower, so there is always a wet floor, one does not close, everything is audible, do not relax) but the beds are comfortable, the area is good, there is delicious fast food nearby and a good "basket" store where you can buy cheap food

Designed in oriental style, elegant decoration of the rooms. But! The room is dirty, the bed has not been changed! The hotel itself is on a private territory, family-type. Far from the center (not within walking distance), although the opposite was claimed. The address is confused, the taxi does not always find the one specified for public access immediately. As a budget tourist, my credulity has cost me dearly!

Впервые останавливались в мини отеле, пришли к ним "без приглашения" случайно ночью, ближе к 11 , после того как не понравился забронированный отель. Администратор, он же и сын хозяина, очень компетентный молодой человек, на русском, на английском разговаривает, помогает со всем чем может, и советами в том числе

По состоянию на сентябрь 2022 есть ряд недостатков:
- по факту вход не со стороны ул.Наврузи, а со стороны ул.Усмана Юсупова;
- кухня не оборудована, готовить не получится;
- стирка платная;
- в нашей комнате селили и мужчин и женщин, это норм?
- уличный шум в комнате очень хорошо слышен;
- санузел без шторок для душа - сырость дикая;
- в комнате на 12 чел - 6 розеток - этого мало.
Из плюсов:
- уютный дворик;
- приятный завтрак.

Хороший небольшой отель. Нет вывески, вход за воротами, поэтому лучше звонить, когда будете рядом. У каждого номера отдельный вход, думаю, что летом во вдоре будет здорово.
Всё достаточно просто, но уютно! Wi-Fi работает неплохо!
Отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные завтраки и кофе из гейзерной кофеварки.

Местоположение удачное, на тихой улице, где много местных кафе и магазинчиков. Номера все новые, сантехника и ванная комната в хорошем состоянии. Нет теплых полов, зимой в ванной очень холодный пол. Зимой завтраки на отдельной веранде, где тоже холодно. Но завтраки вкусные и персонал заботливый
