A management that does not know how to communicate healthily is the main and most significant disadvantage of this place.
Kolibring is run by people who, under the slogan that they are building a community, are trying to create their own fan club. They fail to do this over and over again, because there are good reasons to avoid communication due to manipulation, lies even in the smallest details, annoying solicitation of attention; bullying of residents who previously expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided; due to daily violations of boundaries, including the boundaries of the body; inability of management to accept criticism of their actions, which greatly complicates life in the house. Daria and Nikita (Daria's boyfriend, works as a manager) are trying to build a personal dictatorship, not a horizontal community. The business owner calls the Colibring "her toy" and believes that she is the community. For her, people are just objects that should satisfy her needs. Daria and Nikita say that they are open to communication and are ready to resolve conflicts, but people are evicted for criticism of the facts. I have lived in this house for quite a long time and have observed this situation several times.
The advantages are a large house with a hot pool, sauna and grill, plenty of common space and cool activities organized by the residents. There are two large TVs, and you can order delicious food from the chefs for an additional fee. Cool residents come here, and strong friendships are formed in this place due to the fact that many of the guys are pleasant and educated people who know how to communicate.
If you stop by for a couple of weeks or 2-3 months, you will most likely feel comfortable if you stay for a longer time. There is a high probability that you will not be able to close your eyes for a lot of things, and it will become unpleasant to be in space.

I lived here for a year and a half. From a household point of view, the house is good - there is everything you need. You can meet some really cool guys among the residents.
On the downside: the administration (business owner Dasha and her boyfriend Nikita) demand to follow the rules and values that they themselves do not observe. They allow themselves to engage in toxic behavior, although at the same time, if you criticize them for it, you will be evicted, despite your declared openness to criticism. If you want to be taught morality and ethics by people who have no place to put brands on your own money (overprice, by the way), this is the place for you. Otherwise, think twice before buying into a beautiful picture on Instagram.
