The hotel is a reasonable price-quality ratio. 3 nights cost me a bit more than ~$100. Don’t expect a superb breakfast for that money but you do not leave the hotel hungry in the morning. Cheese, sausages, porridge, vegetables, cottage cheese, pancakes sometime, boiled eggs. Instant coffee, tea bags and biscuits. The food is not delicious but definitely eadible. Rooms are fully equipped with all you need: a chair, a table, a bed, an electric kettle, glasses, a TV. Good internet. Good water pressure in bathroom, though the water mixer is unpredictable - providing you time from time with too hot or too cold water. Good quality of the mattress, maybe even too hard for me. Very polite staff with obvious energy to help you. No goo supermarkets close to the hotel. But there are small shops where you can buy basic things like water, diaries, fruits. General impression: I would stay at the hotel again should I come to Astana with the same business purpose.

Great hotel! It's a great place for the price. There is a landmark nearby in a 10-minute walk - one of the main mosques of Astana. The room is clean, there is a huge bed, there is so much space in the room that you can dance! The room has a bathtub, not a shower, which is very nice. The only drawback is that the hotel is located a little in the private sector, you can't do without a taxi in the evening, it's a little embarrassing.

I liked the design, specifically the lighting of the room and the presentation, it turned out to be original.
However, the Suite did not have some basic necessities:
Spoons for shoes, a special cloth to keep the bathroom floor dry, sponges for shoes. There was no duvet cover, which is very strange, instead there was a large sheet that was not double.
The breakfasts turned out to be quite modest, there was no service to help with breakfast in any way, and by the way, there is no bathroom, there is nowhere to wash your hands

An ordinary hotel. It's normal for the night. I came for a day. The room is neat, everything you need is available: towels, bathrobes, slippers (one-time puny ones), a hair dryer, a kettle, a bottle of drinking water, two glasses, a dental kit. There was nothing else from hygiene items, but I didn't need it. I can't say about breakfast, I didn't get there (from 8.00 to 10.00). I wouldn't live longer. Simple.

But there are nuances) incredible audibility - it seems that the woman in the next room is talking on the phone with me. Don't count on breakfast - it's just bread and boiled eggs, conditional cheese, inedible "doctor's" and apples. It is impossible to drink coffee in the hotel, it is some kind of mega-quest every time. And the overall impression is spoiled by the fact that on each floor something is broken off and glued to tape, a nail is suddenly hammered somewhere, a stain on the coffee table in the hall and such trifles at every step🤷

Yes, the carpet in the corridors is not new, but it is clean and it is clear that they tried to solve the problem creatively) The breakfasts are normal - not Hayat, but there were no expectations either. The staff is very friendly.
Not far from a beautiful square with a mosque, my grandmother had a place to walk with her two-year-old grandson in the morning.
It would be nice to add coffee for breakfast, at least instant.

I am writing my review about my stay at this hotel. A reservation was made on 04.01.23-12.01.23, paid upon arrival, after which he asked if I could check out earlier, if in this case they would return - yes, yes, you can do everything, we will refund everything! And so, my plans changed, 06.01.23 plans changed and I told them verbally that I was checking out tomorrow morning (07.01.23), what to do with accommodation, because I hadn't even lived half of it - they said (at the reception) they would clarify with the management. At the same time, I made a request to change the dates in the booking and wrote them a message. As a result, I ignored it, I made another request to change the dates and another message, but nothing happened, then I contacted the customer service at the booking, they tried to contact the hotel, but they did not respond (they tried to contact them twice and nothing! They did not answer me live at the reception, and then, at night, they said that they would not refund the money, they say, they would not return it (as a result, on 07.01.23 early in the morning I checked out, they did not return anything to me, they said that they were evicted, but the reservation continues to hang (the hotel does not respond to either my requests or customer service requests( today, on 09.01.23, I write every day, and I have already been in Moscow for 2 days, but at the same time I continue to "live" in the room🤦🏻♂️ administration and customer orientation are the worst thing I have ever seen ... it's a shame straight (the hotel itself is not a three-piece, rather a two-piece, there is no refrigerator, no bedside tables there are no cabinets, no shower sets, no iron, nothing, shelves and towel racks are boiling in the bathroom, windows are whistling and blowing, and in general the finish is three-fold, but acceptable. Breakfast is meager, but it is there, if you come to the opening (08:00), it is not a fact that you will get hot scrambled eggs or porridge.
I will recommend a hotel to someone - no, I will stay again - also not, if it were not for the customer-oriented situation, I would recommend it, but keep in mind. You can draw conclusions from yourself - avoid it!
