Nice gym.! There are various simulators for all muscle groups. For beginners and intermediate level of training, that's the thing.!!! I'm taking an unlimited subscription for the second year. A martial arts hall was recently opened in this gym next door. I'm also going to take a subscription there. The owner of KomonJim (Vlad) is exploring his topic and developing the hall in all possible senses.!!!

Of course, it is better to train with a coach because the results are much better, plus you do not need to think about the technique and training plan. I fell in love with this place at first sight, good exercise equipment, excellent trainers, the atmosphere is friendly, when you enter the mood rises, there is a room for kids, a huge range of fitness bars. Pros: excellent renovation, locker room and exercise equipment. Unfortunately, the advantages end there.
Cons: there were no normal coaches, and there are none. After the change of the top, new far-fetched conditions appeared for previously purchased subscriptions with an obsessive offer to pay extra. There are also a lot of questions about ventilation, if there are more than four people in the hall, then it becomes really difficult to breathe.
I came here only because of the proximity to the house and the profitable subscription, which has now turned into a pumpkin. As a result, I decided to drive several kilometers to the old gym to a qualified coach rather than attend this misunderstanding.

The most problematic room that I know!!!
Dust, dirt, especially in the toilet, and the shower has an age-old plaque of dirt on the tiles. The simulators are old and rattled. The staff does not know how to communicate and changes more often than the weather. There is an eternal repair... with all the wipers. First, new equipment is imported, after a few months they are taken away ... in a word, "mess"

A fairly spacious gym with new pleasant exercise equipment. Excellent ventilation, it's always fresh inside, although I didn't go there during rush hour. The changing rooms have all the amenities, lots of showers, toilet, hair dryer. Except that the lockers are not full-length, but there is a hanger for outerwear.
