In September, we came to Pavlodar as tourists, rented an apartment for 4 days in Comfort+ on Nazarbayev Ave., the payment terms of course struck us - like if you change your mind about living, the money is not returned!!! When we checked in, we were sick of the stench and dampness of the bed linen, it's like you don't have to respect your guests so as not to wash the linen and towels, but just rinse them in water. We're a married couple and we ended up in some kind of den... or a shelter... Tin of course, the whole vacation was ruined. All photos are attached!!! If it wasn't for the payment terms, we would have moved out right away. Guests of the city - it's better to check into a hotel, at least there is someone there to show) and here there is a completely contactless check-in, the key is safe near the door.
