Before the pandemic, she was a frequent guest of these apartments. I liked everything very much, especially the silence, privacy and the opportunity to cook on my own. There are enough positive reviews about the apartments from that period. On my last visit in October 2022. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The first negative point is that it became very NOISY. This applies to the vacationers themselves and the staff, who, for some reason, considers it possible to stop moving furniture from 8 a.m. and talk loudly in the halls of the floors when cleaning the apartments. The staff does not think about the comfort of living for their guests. In my understanding, comfort is primarily silence and the absence of annoying sounds in the form of moving furniture.
The second thing that really upset me was the bonding beds. I had to ask the staff to correct this misunderstanding. I am not a moody or spoiled person. But when you turn over in your sleep, you can hear it two floors down and up. Not to mention having sex)))) on these beds!!!!
On the positive side, I can note that a washing machine appeared in the apartments, for some reason. An oven would be better.
To summarize, I can say that there were a lot of little things that interfered, irritated and did not contribute to a normal rest. They are not global, but it would be better if the staff paid more attention to these little things. After all, the main thing is in the details. The price of accommodation has become much lower, but this has affected the quality of accommodation due to the large flow of people who want to relax and feel the "COMFORT" of living in apartments.
It is a pity that the favorite vacation spot in Calella has ceased to be a favorite.
Despite my negative feedback, I wish the hotel staff success and prosperity.
Clean, spacious apartments. Good sound insulation. The furniture is serviceable, the shower does not leak. One room did not have a latch on the door - the master repaired it instantly. Parking is expensive for €10 per day, for only 6 places, so you need to book strongly in advance. But there is a public €1 per day 7 minutes walk away.
