Really great and cozy place! All stewards very pleasant and gentle. You can ask any man for anythink you need and got help. All furniture is very solid. Rooms clear and it keeps clear by stewards. Located near the metro station and have very usefull supermarkets closely.

1. This is an old hotel. A simple maintenance doesn't happen. As an example, some scratches on the room's frame door could be easily handled, but no personal care for it.
2. The service standards are at a low level:
2.1. In the room there was only one towel for 2 people (twin beds). Our friends also received only one towel in the room.
2.2. The same situation was with slippers - one pair for each room. I guess, the hotel staff had an idea that we can share.
2.3. At the reception the young Front Desk Manager was rude in his communication when I asked to make the music in the lobby less loud while we were there waiting for our check-in time.
2.4. In the "restaurant" the rude waiter kept asking me in a rude manner for the breakfast payment: we were paying every morning, this time the one who was paying in our group went to his room for a short moment. I explained that he will be back in about 5 minutes and will pay, but the waiter continues to pursue that I need to pay now. The restaurant guests could hear him well and this situation was completely outrageous. We didn't check-out from the hotel and for sure planned to pay.
The second waiter is very slow: when I asked to bring tea during the breakfast, he just kept cleaning tables, until I asked him again. On other days he was also slow with the service.
2.5. You can't buy something to eat and sit in the lobby with it: you will be in a rude manner asked to leave the lobby. This was happening at dinner time and despite the fact, that the hotel didn't even have a dinner proposal for the hotel guests.
2.6. Our friends had bad smell on the room for a few days and couldn't move to another room because the hotel was full.
3. The breakfast is the worst I had in a hotel: every day instead of some meat choice was hard liver - the cooking quality was low. There is a strange breakfast time, only from 8:00 am to 9:30 am - no longer.
One time we took lunch. It seems that the kitchen had a leftover food. We got rice and potatoes on the same plate, overcooked meat (with burned spots on it). The vegetable salad was without any dressing. It took some time for me to wait for oil after I had asked the waiter for it.
Another waiter brought ice cream, but didn't know that it was the ice cream, when we asked which dessert they had for lunch.
4. The mattress on the bed is bad quality - old and hard. If you are sensitive to it, consider paying to another hotel.
5. The pool working hours are also strange, not for a guest service: from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm - a break time and then it is working only until 5:00 pm. If someone arrives for business reasons and works until 6:00 pm, you won't be able to use the pool.
Strongly do not recommend to be in this hotel, even if you are just coming "for sleep".
Few nice staff members didn't make a big difference in front of all those points.
The hotel is quite normal, the breakfasts are hearty, the staff is friendly, cleaning was carried out every day, of course, encouragement, in the form of a chocolate bar " Alyonka", everyone is pleased. The area is crowded. Mostly visitors from Pakistan. Nearby, there are their markets, where they work together and have fun and relax in the evenings. A big plus is the proximity of the Union metro station, and a large number of supermarkets and restaurants.
Positive:
- near the metro
- the availability of triple rooms (for us, this was the main criterion)
- an inexpensive area for migrants (there is an opportunity to buy food and things at more humane prices)
- free Wi-Fi
- working mini fridge
- there is a hairdryer
- there is a kettle and mugs
- we were given two bags of cheap tea (for three people) and some sugar
- they bring soap and shampoos
- it's very mediocre, but they still clean the floors.
- there is a small pool on the roof (but it is not heated - very cold)
Cons:
- there are no slippers
- there was only one towel (when they asked, they gave three for the bath and one for three for the hands, but they didn't give one for the feet at all. They have also never been changed during the entire stay)
- the air conditioner is very cold, so they tried to open the window at night instead of the air conditioner, but the guard came running and asked them to close the window.
- the blankets are scary, like in the Soviet army
- the bed linen has never been changed, but for some reason it was filled with an envelope every day...
- there is a TV, but it does not work (gray noise on all channels), they said that they had some kind of problem, but it was not solved (probably it was not solved)
- there is no drinking water - only to buy in the store
- there is an iron on request, but it is very dirty and scary (as well as a board for it)
- we broke a cup and were charged 25 dihrams for this (although I think for their jambs in the form of a non-working TV and lack of slippers and towels, we could not charge anything special, despite the fact that in the nearest store you can buy a beautiful set with saucers for 6 people for 15 dihrams)
We stayed overnight in 2024. One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro, it was possible to go to many beaches (with a bus transfer). One of the disadvantages is to get to the beaches for an hour or more. There are many grocery stores and all sorts of good prices near the hotel. The hotel staff was very polite and pleasant. We cleaned every day, although from time to time the employee tried to arrange to postpone the cleaning to another day :) The room is a little old, but everything was comfortable, beds, mattress, linens, shower - everything was comfortable, even though it looked so-so. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. There was a buffet for breakfast, and lunch was brought by the waiter according to their menu (without the possibility of choice). For me, the food is not much different from what I would like, nevertheless, almost everything was delicious. We tried to be the first to arrive at the buffet, so we sorted out everything delicious quickly and put it sooo slowly. So something might not be enough (for example, fruit), nevertheless, we have never been hungry. My bottom line: for the money that we paid for this trip, we are very satisfied!
Nice hotel, clean, cleaning every day, good sound insulation, refrigerator, kettle, rooftop pool, on-site restaurant where you can order food in the room as well. The staff speaks Russian , there is a convenience store with everything you need within walking distance, the metro is a 5-minute walk away - this is the main thing, it takes 1.5 - 2 hours by bus to the beach , 10 metro stops to the Marina area beach.
The hotel is not bad, the room is clean, the staff is attentive. The food is average, the choice for breakfast is small, there is no alternative to lunch, only what they give. In the last couple of days, there was not enough food for breakfast, as there were more vacationers. We were waiting for a place to sit down at the table. Overall, the impression is normal. A big plus is that the Union metro is nearby, you can go anywhere in Dubai.
When choosing a hotel, I was guided by the location and price category, so that it was inexpensive, because we planned to spend the night at the hotel only) We went on vacation together with our daughter, she is nine years old)
The location of the hotel is actually very convenient, near the metro green and red lines, the rooms are clean enough, but the rooms are simple, do not expect any frills for the money)
There is a bus stop,
a shopping center, all kinds of eateries, shops, a Day Today store right next to the hotel, So the location is very convenient)
We took a room with breakfast, so the breakfasts are disgusting, Not only was there no food at all by the end of breakfast, except bread and sandwich butter, but also the breakfast itself had some porridge, very rarely some pancakes, well, there was nothing to eat there) We went to breakfast once or twice and did not go there anymore, we ate in other places.
Therefore, if you are going to this hotel, it is better to take just a room without food at all, and eat elsewhere there are plenty of them nearby!
We are currently staying at this hotel, one-night stay. We visited it 6 years ago, then everything was great and the attitude and food were very tasty, a buffet for breakfast and lunch. There is no buffet now, one waiter brings dishes of the same type to the whole room, it is impossible to eat them (I will not go into details). They will give you a glass of cold water for lunch. I'm sorry that we paid for the tour with meals at this hotel.
They gave me a room where you can smoke, which is really great considering that in Russia, in principle, you can't smoke in hotel rooms) the only thing was there was no ashtray, but never mind) they clean the room every day if you want. The downside is terrible audibility. As for food, there is quite a meager buffet (breakfast is always omelet or scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, fried zucchini and pumpkin are very tasty pancakes and very tasty tortillas. The ONLY meat for breakfast is chicken liver , she 's had enough for a year ahead . Lunch is always 4-course (not Swedish) vegetable salad , soup either mashed or without meat, and hot pasta with potatoes and fish in batter or chicken in breadcrumbs, all in sauces and spices that are not very familiar to us .. dessert didn't come in either ((in general, you can eat if you wish) the pool is not heated for some reason ... very cold water .., if it were heated, we wouldn't get out of it because in principle it is more or less decent. The staff is very polite and considerate.
Nice city hotel. Near the metro, bus station, supermarkets, cafes, shopping center, boat crossing. The cleaning was done every day, the staff was polite.
I was there last year and this year. In the same numbers. The difference is very big. It's like I've been to different hotels. If last year I would have given a grade of 4- or 3+. This year it's definitely 2. It's even possible with a minus. There are three legs in the bed, one is missing, swinging. The toilet seat is cracked. The hair dryer is not working. The watering can doesn't really pour. They didn't want to fix anything, they just moved to another room. But, that room is for non-smokers. And since I smoke like a steam train, there was no way out, I stayed in the room. They didn't even congratulate me on my birthday, they didn't make any discounts, of course there was no present. The only plus is the location, it's definitely 5+. A couple of minutes and you're in the Union metro. There is a shopping center and many shops nearby. I don't recommend it with children, if you just spend the night, then it's fine. There are better hotels for the same money.
We stayed there with my husband for more than one year. It was once a good hotel in the economy segment. I was very disappointed the last time, I was really tired. All those old bedspreads and carpeting didn't make me happy. But its location is very good. There is a metro station nearby, Three shopping centers within walking distance. The bus station from which you can get to the Dubai village. Parking is free for hotel guests, which is important. Gulf of Deira. So you can take a walk without going to the center.
Excellent, helpful, courteous staff. Daily cleaning, cleanliness
Good location, 3 minutes to the metro. If it weren't for the tired old furniture and plumbing, it would be great.
We liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is daily. Of course, it's a long way to the beach, but it doesn't spoil the impression of the hotel. But a little redecoration would be nice. It's quite COMFORTABLE for its class.
In general, the hotel is not bad for 3 stars, near the metro and the market, the place is good. We had a rest in December 2024, a construction site nearby, barely for half a year somewhere, a whole day of noise. The windows are dirty, almost nothing is visible. The TV is not working, the pool is icy, like a baptismal font after a bath. Breakfast is very meager. My husband's doctor was not congratulated, they brought a cake in other hotels. And so, in general, you can live.
We stayed at this hotel from 01/31/2024-02/06/2024. Standard room: quite spacious, double bed with a good mattress, TV with 1 Russian-language channel, air conditioning works very well, bathroom with shower and a huge mirror. There have never been any problems with hot water. Slippers, towels, shower gels, tea, sugar, cream - everything was replenished in a timely manner. The window, like everywhere else in the UAE, did not open. The room was cleaned every day and quite well. Water is not provided in the room. Some outlets fit our plugs, but not all. Also in San. the node has a hair dryer. The room has a large wardrobe with lighting and hangers, as well as a table with chairs, a refrigerator (the mini-bar is empty). There is also an electric kettle in the room. A tourist tax of 10 dirhams per night is charged upon check-in. On the 8th floor there is a swimming pool with sun beds and a Jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel has a tour desk, the prices there are 2 times cheaper than those of tour operators, and the tour guides are even better and faster in some ways, mostly speaking English, but for those who do not know it, an online translator will help. You can take a ticket to this hotel without meals and buy breakfast on the spot - 35 dirhams, lunches are a little more expensive. You don't have to buy more, there are many different cafes around the hotel. In general, the main and main advantage of the hotel is the location. There is a 24-hour Kaduli store across the street from the hotel, where you can buy water and everything for a snack. On the other side of the hotel there is a Karifur supermarket, where they sell ready-made food. Price-quality standards. In the same shopping center on the 2nd floor there is a very good Chinese restaurant, the price is not very expensive, the portions are huge and very tasty, the only thing you need to ask, without pepper, otherwise the dishes will be impossibly spicy. They make cool cocktails next to this restaurant. Also across the street from the hotel, from the Kaduli store, just down the street there is a good 24-hour cafe. Everything is fresh there too, everything is from the heat, from the heat, the portions are huge, the prices are inexpensive. There is a metro station near the hotel, at the same station you can switch to another branch, which is very convenient. Al Mamzar beach can be reached by bus C28, the stop is next to the metro, everything is within walking distance. It takes 40 minutes to get to the beach by bus. All attractions can be reached by metro. Marina Beach can also be reached by metro. There is also a Day Today supermarket near the hotel (similar to our Fixed price). You can change money at a good rate in the same Carifure on the 2nd floor, there is an exchange office called Al Ansari Exchange. To sum up, the Comfort Inn 3* hotel can be safely recommended to active tourists.

The location is great, it's 3 minutes to the metro, next to the cafe on the 2nd floor you can buy yourself a ready-made excellent inexpensive food, next to the inexpensive Indian coffee where we took a whole grilled chicken for dinner for 26 dirhams and they always gave a lot of tortillas, mustard, a box of fresh vegetables and pickles.
Opposite day tu day and a supermarket where there are 3 dirhams of grenades.
Only breakfast was included in our hotel, the breakfast was excellent! Omelet with tomatoes and liver is delicious!
The service is perfect, everyone is friendly, the bed linen was changed every day, the room was cleaned, the room was always clean. There was always a tour vendor at the entrance in the morning, inexpensive
In Abu Dhabi, we paid 210 dollars for 4 people for a whole day in a comfortable car. The driver was a tour guide.
Ps. But there is one disadvantage when checking into the hotel, we were charged a tax of 100 dirhams, although we paid it in the package without tax, they did not want to check us in.
A great hotel in my opinion. Clean, warm, friendly staff.
The location is great, close to the market, fast food outlets, metro, and supermarkets.
And there is also a beautiful riverbank in the nearby shopping center
The COMFORT INN Hotel. Breakfast: A Yuppie-type drink who lived in the USSR remembers this chymose, liquid water-milk-based porridge, second-pressed tea, omelet with green tomatoes from yesterday's unfinished lunch, leftovers and finely chopped, fried zucchini, potatoes and eggplant, beans in tomato sauce, bread rolls and muffins, sour cream, instant liquid coffee liquid is not al Arab. And most importantly, I want to emphasize that chicken liver with onions and bell peppers is served every day. This liver makes our liver feel bad. That's it. You didn't get any butter, cheese, fried or boiled eggs, or even sliced sausages in 12 days.
Lunch: glass of water, uncooked vegetable salad (cucumber, tomato, and Chinese cabbage) Thin soup of mashed potatoes of one hundred to one hundred and eighty grams, tomato, potato, mushroom. For the second course, fried potatoes, curry rice. Fish and chicken were served alternately, and stewed meat was served once. It's not a buffet, the waiter served it for forty minutes. Dessert is on demand, many people do not wait for it, ice cream is on the table.a spoon or 2 slices of sliced watermelon.. On a table for two in the lobby near the reception, they put 2 napkins and serve 2 slices of bread fried in a toaster, you need to ask for more bread and wait a long time.
The room was requested on the 5th floor, but was given on the sixth, a non-smoking floor. The TV in the room is small and flat, it shows two channels, no matter how I set it up. One shows sports, and the other shows walking around a black stone. The sockets are not European, you need an adapter, everything is loose and does not hold a phone charger, the furniture is old and worn, but 4. The windows in the hotel have not been washed since the hotel was built. The air conditioner is working well, but the noise of its operation is audible. The bathroom and toilet are 3. The service is excellent, bed linen is changed every day, cleaning is done normally without complaints. The Wi-Fi is disgusting, I contacted the connection three times, although the distributor from the router is located outside the room door. Our room number is 617 near the elevator and you can hear the neighbors slamming the door even though there is a door closer.
Above all :The transfer to the beach was canceled due to the coronavirus and the hotel still does not provide it. It is a long 50-minute drive to the paid Al Mamzar beach by C28 bus with a price of 3 derham or to Dubai Marina Beach by metro from Union Station to DMSS station for more than an hour standing in a packed carriage. The trip to there is expensive. The beach is free, but they charge for a shower to wash off the sand. So you can't go to the beach from this hotel. Therefore, many visitors use the rooftop pool of the hotel. There are always sun beds, a soft pad, towels are provided, a lawn is sitting, but the water in the pool does not warm up. The warmest water in the basin was measured at 20°C in late February and early March, and it is no warmer in the Persian Gulf. But there was enough sun, of these 12 days it rained and there were cloudy days.
We can say that we had a good rest, because at home in Russia, in some areas, the weather was indecently cold, and in Norilsk, where the thermometer showed minus 43 °. There is something to compare it with. 🤣
The reviews were scary, but the location and price prevailed. I was pleasantly surprised. The room and the hotel itself are clean. No foreign odors. Friendly staff

Located in the Deira area, generally normal, not far from the main attractions,2 metro stations nearby, the hotel itself is so-so, I always go to rest in three-star hotels, but they were clearly better than this, very poor food selection,2 "compartments" for buffet meals, is it possible to eat too much? There is a construction site next to the hotel, according to other reviews, it can be understood that for exactly six months, because of this, the windows are very dirty, the noise is constant. The pool on the top floor is not heated, it's not even cold, it's icy, like a font. The air conditioners are dirty, and the faucet in our room was broken. In general, if you consider that you only need to come there to spend the night, then it's normal, but if you want to spend part of your time relaxing at the hotel, then I definitely don't recommend it!
He lived here for a month and a half on a business trip in 2022. The staff was polite, the wifi worked average, some of the furniture and plumbing were tired, but in general everything is good for this price. Near the Union metro station, a large shopping center and a bunch of cafes. There is no laundry, I took my things to Landry in the next block
Of the advantages, only the location near the supermarket and the metro.
The food is monotonous and tasteless. Service for two. Towels are not changed for several days, the bed has never been changed in 11 days.
If you only expect to spend the night in this hotel, then it will do.
A good economy class hotel. The rooms were cleaned, towels were changed, breakfasts and dinners were quite excellent: there was liver, chicken, sausages, potatoes, rice, pasta, desserts, tea, coffee, water, drink - I think it was very good. The staff is always friendly. The location is excellent: metro, bus, shops, cafes, everything you need and at inexpensive prices. The nearest beach is Almamzar- we went where the entrance fee is 5 dirhams, there is a good park and a great beach, a shower, a locker room all this is included in the price sometimes they even let us through for free)). About 30 dirhams went by taxi to and from the beach in one direction, you can group with vacationers from the hotel and chip in a taxi conveniently and inexpensively. The vacation was great, I recommend the hotel.
A good family hotel in the economy segment. We stayed there five times. Captivates the location. Near the Union metro station. three shopping centers within walking distance. The Gold Market and the spice Market are two attractions of Dubai, also within walking distance. Bay Creek Embankment. Bus stops. Al Mamzar Beach is relatively not far away. And the airport, but not so close that the noise from the planes disturbed at night.
Very conveniently located. Near Union station. From where it is very convenient to get to any area of Dubai. The service is delicate, unobtrusive service. The rooftop pool is clean. The furniture and linen in the rooms are old, but this is not critical. I came to rest on the shores of the Persian Gulf, and not to lie in a room under kinders. I haven't tasted food. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, for every taste and budget.
Five minutes from the red line of the metro, which is good news. We rented a hotel without food, I can't say anything about food. There is an inexpensive supermarket across the street 24/7. The service is good. The staff is polite and knows the word well) The rooms are a little old, of course, but we just came to sleep in them, we walked around all day.
On the 8th floor there is a swimming pool, open from 8:30-13:00 and from 15:00-17:00
The price/quality ratio is very good.
A good location, everything is within walking distance, a huge plus is that there is an underground parking, the rooms are cleaned every day,
But only the hotel has aged,,,, or just this time the room was unlucky
In general, a good city hotel, with a view of the buildings, located in the Deira area, if you are not a fan of perfect cleanliness, who first of all go into the room and start looking for the hair of former visitors, then the hotel will suit you.The staff understands only English, On the first day there was a little bit of a damp smell, then it seemed to disappear or we got used to it) repairs and furniture are tired, but the bed is clean and fresh every day. One day it was raining heavily, and water poured through the windows, a mini flood, returning in the evening, everything was already cleaned up. The air conditioner works without temperature control, probably broken, cold air is blowing, so it's either cold on or hot off.We were tourists who only came to sleep, so all this is secondary. The main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the metro, a 5-minute walk from where you can go to any part of the city, and the almost complete absence of Russians in the area, this is also a plus😁There is a small pool on the roof that works from 9 to 13 and from 13 to 17, a useless thing especially with such a schedule.
The hotel is located at a distance from the main attractions of the city, from the beaches, But! There is a supermarket opposite the entrance and a great evening boutique complex where you can eat well dishes of different cuisines, preferably Oriental food, pancakes, and so on. The hotel itself is boring inside and the rooms are a bit old. The dining room is small, the rooftop pool is small. It is relatively convenient to take the metro around the city if you buy a silver card.
The price and quality are consistent. A clean room. I do not recommend taking breakfast. Across the street to the left of the hotel, a very tasty and not expensive, cozy cafe. Convenient location of the hotel near the metro
A very terrible hotel, the staff is also very rude, there are not enough dishes in the kitchen, the hotel has a terrible smell everywhere, for this price you can find a normal hotel
There is no breakfast. There are no dinners. If you have bought a breakfast and dinner tour, then it will not be there (dinner) The furniture is old. The pool is icy. We visited in January of the 25th year.
A normal hotel for your money. Once it was good, now everything is old. The location is great. There is a bus nearby that takes you to the beach. Inexpensive cafes and shops around. Metro 150 m.

An old, modest hotel, cleaning every day, replenishing tea and sugar daily, a kettle in the room. Near the metro, bus station, currency exchange, shops carifor and day tu day. The staff is helpful
Real 3 stars and that's it. If you want to have a budget vacation in Dubai, this is the hotel for you. I gave 16 tr. for 3 nights for two. Near the metro station, in the center in 15 minutes. There are small markets and cafes nearby.
The hotel is very low level. The rooms are very dirty. The only advantage is the proximity of the metro. The staff did not respond to comments and did not try to fix problems in the room. The safe, which was in the room, cannot be used. They are not responsible for the safety of valuables left in the room, but they can provide a storage box for a fee. At early check-out, they do not provide boxes with meals with them, as they do in other hotels. The breakfasts are very meager, the same thing every day. From meat, only chicken liver. (Always). Instant coffee, which had to be stirred with a wooden stick, because teaspoons are not provided.
This is not the first time in this hotel. The previous one was 5 years old and was this year from January 9th to 17th.
The hotel has changed for the worse. The number was given to the side where the construction work was carried out. Patience ran out when they unloaded the car with fittings ... until almost 3 a.m.They were relocated only a day later. Food.more than modest. After you vacate the room at 12, they no longer feed you lunch, although the transfer was at 18-30. Napkins by the piece, toothpicks too, if you ask.
The room was cleaned, but towels were left for two - one for the face and one for the bath. Now there is no transfer to the beach. Plus, this is the location - near the metro, bus stop (went to the beach). No matter what, we are happy with the rest. So, always take a good mood and humor with you!
The staff is smiling and positive!
It's small, old, but the price is the same. There is no variety of food for breakfast and lunch. One of the advantages is a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi on the roof. But it's better to take something more expensive. The tourists at the hotel are mostly Russians. Good sound insulation of the rooms. There are no Russian channels. The Internet is weak, but there is.
Very convenient location, daily cleaning, friendly staff, clean. The only negative is breakfast until 9 am.We didn't always have time, because we returned from excursions late and wanted to sleep longer
Before buying the tour, I looked at the reviews and they were not very good, when I asked the travel agent, she said that there were no bad reviews from their tourists, but she didn't know because she wasn't, and people apparently aren't picky at all, who didn't write bad reviews…
In general, do not believe that everything is fine there.. we settled in and there are a lot of stains and drops on everything we can, gray towels, gray sheets and pillowcases ... the smell is specific (dampness along with the smell of some kind of means)
I complained to the travel agent, they talked, they offered us another room, but it was absolutely the same.. You should have seen curtains there, it's a separate kind of art in general
Everything is very old, there are not three stars, but 2
I probably put three stars for the fact that after the complaint, we cleaned every day and the towel was changed every day and friendly managers ... but no tea was updated, nothing ....
The metro is close and convenient, but the beach is far away ..
In general, believe me, if you are picky about cleanliness, then this is not the place, I would give them 2 stars, not three ....
The first photo is attached-declared by the travel agency)) the rest is reality))
