A beautiful thoughtful residential complex harmoniously integrated into the environment with cozy enclosed courtyards. One of the best in Minsk. Very backstage and cozy. But most importantly, this is the case when the management does not care and it is important to delve into every detail. This can be seen in the choice of finishing materials for facades and common areas, the polite well-trained professionalism of the sales office specialists (they organized the fastest possible visit to the registrar and clear support of the transaction - everything is on the case, they did not waste my time) and an instant solution to minor nuances that I noticed when accepting the apartment. You guys are cool!

A good developer. The prices are of course different. The complex is gorgeous, it is clear that the developer has invested his whole soul. You just have to come in and see for yourself. The houses are rented out and you can enter each apartment. My friends bought an apartment and were satisfied, the territory is fenced, everything is under the barriers. Landscaping, a place of recreation for adults. Tatarsky Park is nearby. The developer himself solves all issues related to the complex, maintains it. I was also told that he has been on the market for 30 years. I checked, it's true. I don't have money for an apartment in the complex, but I would love to buy an apartment there.

Comfort Park residential complex - the complex itself is beautiful, BUT the sales department is absolutely incompetent. Regina does not pick up the phone on time, does not respond to messages, and shifts all responsibility to customers. It is impossible to build any dialogue and get specific information. There is absolutely no pleasure from an expensive purchase, only nerves due to poor service. All the nuances must be found out on their own or through interrogation.
If you buy an apartment in this residential complex, then only through realtors, so as not to contact the sales department. Just one disappointment. Employees need to improve their skills and learn how to communicate elementary with people.

Why doesn't the developer talk about the entrance fees to the cooperative and monthly payments when buying an apartment? House maintenance is expensive, definitely not for this residential complex. The piece of iron is nearby, there is no view of Timiryazev.
