Today we visited the vet clinic with a French bulldog. We had an appointment for sterilization.
I want to express my huge, sincere gratitude to the doctors, the surgeon and the anesthesiologist!
Everything was explained clearly, everything was told, the baby was left at home after the operation for several hours until full recovery. We received the dog in the same excellent condition as we brought it! Thank you so much for your help! Yarik was pleased with your company, I hope you are too. Doctors are different... We have been contacted twice. The first time they left under a positive impression, and the second time they were shocked. The animal had obvious lichen, and the specialist doubted for a long time... She worked without gloves... Everything is over, everyone is healthy. The appointment was correct. Be healthy, everyone! This is the only doctor who identified the cat's disease and prescribed treatment that helped her (over the year we visited different clinics and doctors and many said that eye surgery was needed, but in fact the reason was not in the eyes). In order to see a large stray dog at the entrance, which they apparently fed and which they could not pass by. I call the clinic, "this is not our dog, we will not do anything." Treated with ophthalmology. the kitten's problem is that the doctor took Vorobyov (they were twice), looked at everything carefully, explained, did not impose unnecessary tests and manipulations. it was necessary to pierce the course of antibiotics later - they helped with the medicine, they told everything intelligently. the kitten's eyes were eventually saved (although we were already preparing for a disastrous outcome). the clinic's services are not the cheapest in the city, but they do not save money on health. I will contact you again (castration is ahead :))

We can only thank God that we did not get into this "institution". Now it becomes clear why reviews on the web are disappearing. An emaciated kitten, who was taken from terrible conditions and from monstrous owners, was brought by an elderly woman with a wand (compression fracture of the spine). But the "doctor" Zaitsev really wanted to show off in front of the lady administrator (what kind of professionalism is there when the priority is to spread the tail), so he chose a destitute animal and an elderly man as the object of his self-affirmation. Instead of working on obvious mistakes and problems with the organization, APOLOGIZING AND CHANGING For the BETTER, the "doctor" Zaitsev chooses a bullish showdown strategy, and the director, instead of working with the staff, indulges the low level of the "institution" and sends ridiculous and depressing unsubscriptions as answers to the complaint.
Only one episode so perfectly characterizes the level of the "clinic" -
- when the "clinic" sends the WRONG address, you drive around the area for half an hour, call the "administrator" twice, and she lazily and in two phrases tries to get rid of you, not even listening to where you are, demonstrating complete unwillingness to help. When you explain to the administrator in a CALM tone (there is an entry that was most likely hastily deleted) that sending the wrong address and brushing off the client is unprofessional…
- and when the "doctor" Zaitsev jumps into the conversation, who, due to the obvious lack of visitors, has nothing to do, begins to be rude, to pretend to be a "knight in shining armor" and a "gentleman" - the lady must be saved! let's show off in front of the girl, arrange a showdown in the area, show who's the boss here! He begins to squeal that he does not want to get rabies, he will not accept an animal without vaccination (right there, with us, they brought a yard unvaccinated cat, which the "doctor" accepts without question)
- and when, realizing that THIS excuse is no longer rolling, but in front of the girl I really want to show off (apparently, this is Mr. Zaitsev's idea of work), he begins to accuse exhausted visitors of "opening doors with his foot" and in a "scandal", still expressing all his dissatisfaction with life (but to us It is a pity that Mr. Zaitsev did not appreciate the conditions and functionality when choosing a profession) - after all, somehow we need to get out, I am in charge here, I am the luminary of veterinary medicine))), therefore I will kick an elderly man and a destitute kitten.
I want to thank the "doctor" Zaitsev, the "administrator" and the head of the organization for such an eloquent episode, which is an excellent characteristic of the level of service and qualification of personnel, thanks to you we got to another, excellent clinic, which is all right with the address, organization, culture and professionalism, and the animal is alive and healthy.
