I recently visited the cinema and was very pleased with the time I spent. The cinema halls were very cozy, with comfortable chairs and excellent sound. The staff was polite and ready to help in any situation. The range of films pleased me with its variety, and I was easily able to find a film to my taste. The location of the cinema was convenient and easy to find. I definitely recommend this cinema to my friends and acquaintances.

On August 27, I took my relatives who came to visit from Kazakhstan to Compass Cinema. We bought tickets to the first hall for the Deadpool and Wolverine session (the session time was scheduled for 19:40). Not only was another movie set for us at the beginning and we spent 15 minutes on it, but the Deadpool screening was disgusting (the picture was dark and blurry, it was impossible to see anything in most scenes). Why did your service drop so much? Do not forget, you are not the only cinema in the city and you should keep the bar at the proper level so as not to lose your customers. It's a good, fairly spacious hall. The sound is deafening only at the beginning, during the ad display. The chairs are normal, but not as comfortable as in the VIP lounge. In general, the hall is close to the standard, nothing beyond the norm.

I do not recommend 3D movies, especially if you were in normal 3D. The glasses are kind of dark, the film seems to be not colored but dim, there is no effect of a 3-dimensional image, the glasses were not comfortable for all this. The seats are also not comfortable, but nobody liked it!

We went to the VIP lounge for "spider-Man no way home." We paid 80 thousand for the ticket at that time. As a result, the screen was so dark that it seemed we were watching the screen. At the moments when it's night in the movie, nothing is visible at all. I approached the employee, she said that the recording of the film was like this and allegedly it was not the fault of the cinema. I believed it. Recently we went to "Doctor Strange in the multiverse", it was no longer a VIP room. The situation turned out to be the same. Absolutely nothing is visible, and considering that it was also in 3d glasses, it was again so dark that I watched almost the whole movie without them to see at least something.
I highly recommend not going there for such grand premieres. The quality of the cinema has greatly spoiled the impression of the film!
