In a nutshell ...
there is an undeservedly forgotten word of Soviet times - hooch (hooch). Here is a brief description of the management of this... the inn.
For novice independent travelers, a reminder - be sure to pay attention to the cancellation policy... That's exactly what we got caught on, otherwise we would never have gone to this hole.
The main requirements were: air conditioning, kitchen, wifi (required for work).
What we have in the end:
The air conditioner is technically there, but only it is, let's say, "a little" outdated, as a result it was easier to ventilate (at 32-33 degrees in the shade), but when it worked, it very harmoniously drowned out the noise of planes landing at Rome airport every 40-50 seconds.
Technically, there is a kitchen, but only the hood drives the air into the same room, and not outside, it is impossible to cook, because we remember that the air conditioner is still an "assistant". The refrigerator is a separate topic - it flows constantly and without stopping, half of the products were soaked twice
Wifi is technically available, but you only need to enter data (name and password) regularly and the speed is such that you can only open text files, sometimes a miracle happens and you can fully work.
A few more sketches about life:
it is impossible to sleep on beds, at the slightest attempt to turn around in a dream, neighbors wake up. Yes, we got out of the situation and just put the mattresses on the floor, but there was a danger that ants would take us out of the room (they are the main ones there).
The cleaning fee is 45 Euros, but judging by the condition of the floor in the room, the task of the cleaners is to add dirt as much as possible, because the street is cleaner. There are cigarette butts on the balcony, there are almost cobwebs in the corridors, and an incomprehensible stench in the elevator.
There is soap, 1 piece per person for 4 days... the cheapest and smallest. There are towels, but they have holes. I don't even remember changing the bed in 4 days.
There is a shower! But washing in it is a whole quest, if you managed to adjust the water, then you need to show wonders of skill so that during the ablution process you do not close the water (accidentally touch different parts of the body), because the cabin is very "big", and then adjust the water again ...
There is a pool! But it starts work at 12:00, it is cleaned until 12-20, and then... they check the availability, yes, of bathing caps. No hat, no pool!
That's why we call it Euroville, but it doesn't match the Italian ones. In other places where we rented accommodation, there was an adapter, but not here, and we are not the only ones who faced a similar problem, because all the sockets are broken and loose (chargers can still be plugged in, but a laptop ...)
Do not think that this is a dream, other visitors are also laughing, apparently also mistakenly booked and not those who managed to refuse (their frozen horror can be read in their eyes - where did we get to ...).
And what a "beautiful" view from the balcony of an abandoned warehouse of building materials!
It was the fifth place during our vacation in Italy and the worst. It's hard to think of anything worse. I would be calm if it were cheap housing, but it is one of the most expensive in its segment, and also pay for light and water (well, we knew this from the beginning).
Our advice is to avoid this institution!!!
