Although they did not deny that the microphone in the laptop is physically serviceable. Despite promising to solve the problem on the same day, this did not happen, and the result was a broken microphone. I also want to note the insufficient knowledge of the staff, who do not inspire confidence in the client and try to "sell" unnecessary services. They did not dare to take responsibility for the problem, but they took the money with pleasure. If it were possible to put 0, I would put it.

Terrible service. I brought a fairly new laptop in December 2021 (at that time 1.5 years in use) with a problem in the fan (periodic hum of the cooler). We tested for overheating - there were no critical temperatures.
Last week I brought a laptop to replace the thermal paste + check the cooler, since periodically there was a small crack anyway, then it disappeared again. There are no spare parts for my model in stock (if you change the fan).
As a result, the thermal paste was replaced (for this you need to remove the entire cooling system), a fan was photographed, which can only be ordered from Aliexpress, since there are no details! When issuing it, they informed me that if I still change the fan (if I order it from Aliexpress), then I will need to change the thermal paste again (this time I already paid 60 rubles for its replacement).
I turned on the laptop after the service the next day - the sound as if a motor was running (there was no such sound before with such a frequency).
Nevertheless, I decided to come back and clarify whether this is normal, while at first one consultant said the same thing about the fact that you addressed this problem (there were no such sounds when I brought it to the service), therefore, it buzzes))), then the second ran up to help and they said the same thing in a circle, did not receive a clear answer, left with nothing but the hum of the fan.
But!! If there is no part and in any case you will have to change the thermal paste AGAIN after replacing the part, you should not get to work, spoil someone else's equipment (not cheap - an asus laptop was bought for 2000 rubles 2 years ago) and take money in double, that is, 60 rubles for 1 replacement of thermal paste, then another for replacing the fan and again, the same thermal paste.
At the moment, the fan is humming non-stop and it is impossible to work on the computer until the part is replaced.
We have been serviced in this service for many years, there are no questions about servicing, all services are performed efficiently and on time, there are small installments, but the price tag bites

Who does not know - thanks to this system, the store / service remembers all the information necessary for the best provision of services to you. - You will be recognized by the call, they will see what and when you applied. After a while, they will call back and ask how the equipment works and solve any questions that arise.
Everything is legal and guaranteed.

At the expense of "overpriced prices". - "Overpriced" say "masters" who can assemble themselves and understand the "hardware". For them, there are direct sales of components, for which a warehouse somewhere and a delivery service are enough.. And this is a service aimed at the average user. And he pays rent and s/n to the craftsmen so that you can come to a well-known place any day and time and get a qualified solution to the issue by buying equipment or a service.
And then, to deal with the issue of prices in principle.
1. Everyone always has a choice. And we are always responsible for him. If someone says that there is no choice, then there is one anyway. He just doesn't like the possible action, because it's easier to be a victim of circumstances and blame someone than to grow through his ignorance and difficulties.
2. Maybe it's not the prices that are too high, but your salary is too low? And then who is to blame for this? - See point 1. Or do something to earn more.
3. Answer the question: can a high-quality thing/service be cheap?
4. Do you remember that a miser pays twice, or even three times? Have you had such an experience? For me, yes. And more than once.
5. You always have a choice. Compare prices and the attitude and quality of the work / product with other places and do as you see fit. I do not recommend using the services of this company. Prices are inflated, both for components and services. Components, even taking into account delivery by courier service from Minsk, are cheaper than they are. According to the services, I encountered them when I passed a set of processor and memory motherboards for testing. The problem was that the computer did not boot, the components were new, and suspicion fell on RAM. Unfortunately, there was no one I knew who could check it out. Everyone had outdated chipsets with DDR3 or DDR2, so I had to go to this company. I thought that the issue would be resolved quickly, since to check my version, it was only necessary to rearrange the memory strips to other compatible motherboards. But the manager stated that full testing is needed and memory testing takes a very long time.To be honest, I did not understand why it was necessary to fully test the kit, as well as long-term memory testing, since these procedures would make sense if the computer worked with errors.
But I had no choice, since the components were new and I was pressed by the deadlines set by the law on consumer rights for exchange. Noticing how the manager's eyes gleamed with joy when I agreed, since it was a new chipset and a new processor that he had not yet encountered, I warned them, they say, guys be careful, if a defect is detected, then I have to change the components according to the consumer Rights act. As a result, after 2 days, the manager called me and said that the problem was caused by RAM, and then added that 1 leg of the processor was broken off. I was shocked, literally 10 minutes before I took the components to them, I examined the processor just for bent legs and no problems were found. Okay, I admit that if the leg had been somewhere in the center, it would have been possible not to notice, but it was the most extreme first leg and it was impossible not to notice it during examination. I really regretted that I did not take a picture of the processor before giving it to them. Realizing the futility of arguing with them that it was their fault, he asked if there was any way to fix the defect. To which I received the answer that it was necessary to find a donor processor, pay over 30 rubles and talk to the master whether he would agree to solder the leg. Oh, how, not only do they not admit their guilt, they also want to make a good profit on it. For the sake of interest, I searched for price tags in Moscow for such a service, from 350 to 500 Russian rubles. Thank God the leg turned out to affect only the built-in sound, as I found out from the socket circuit, so I just inserted a wire.I pressed the processor and everything works fine to this day. So draw conclusions about the professionalism of the staff and decide whether you should contact them
