Beyond all praise! It's a lovely hotel. Delicious food, a large and beautiful swimming pool. I really liked the on-site SPA. I went for massages and treatments every day. The beach is nearby. The staff is great! Very friendly! Thank you very much!

The location of the hotel is very good. On the 1st coastline. The hotel is located slightly away from the busiest part of Yasmin Hammamet, but at the same time close to the port, the elegant promenade, the Cartage Land entertainment area, and the main shops. There are many other hotels nearby, it's nice to just walk, take a walk, look. The hotel itself is also very beautiful, lots of flowers, flower beds, a large swimming pool. As for the beach and the sea itself: well, this was not particularly impressive. I want to say right away - a very wide beach line. It is a long walk from the edge of the wooden deck along the sand to the beach canopies and sun beds. It was very annoying for many people. But for me, this is a matter of perception: well, let it take a long time to walk on the sand, consider it as an additional exercise with a load on the calf muscles and ankles. There's nothing to get fat on. But what is really annoying is the abundance of uncollected camel poop in the sand and in the sea. There are also black algae floating in the sea. On the other hand, there are no jellyfish in such a polluted sea, even at the peak of the breeding season. I know because I often come to Tunisia at about the same time of the year (end of June-July), but to different hotels. Where the sea is clear as a tear next to the hotel, there are so many jellyfish that you cannot enter the sea. There are 10 pieces per square meter. So choose which is better: a dirty sea with algae, or a clean sea with jellyfish. Thanks to the beautiful territory of the hotel, there are practically no rooms with an ugly view from the window. This is very important to me. I always pay extra when buying a tour package for a sea view. But this is one of the rare hotels where even the view of the entrance (where the tour buses unfold) and the side views of the garden are also very beautiful. As for food, I have never gone hungry. I love seafood, and it's quite decent here. And freshly caught fish, and shrimp, octopuses, mussels. Soups. Vegetables, fruits, sweets, cheeses. You can put together any side dish for a hot meal, even a very fancy one. I've never understood the whiners who are always whining about nonsense: they stood in line for ice cream for a long time, then the burger was wrong, then there weren't enough donuts. On alcohol: so everything is as usual. Local bottled and bottled wines, beer. They also pour alcohol in bars. The staff is polite. There are occasional shoals, but it happens in any hotel. You just need to not get hysterical, but try to calmly solve problems. My room was cleaned every day. Clear. Bed linen is changed once a week. Towels on request, i.e. as they are thrown on the floor. I did not have to change towels every day, for 11 days of rest, they were changed 2 times at my request. The norm. The rooms are a little dilapidated, they are asking for repairs. But in fairness, it must be said that this now seems to be a global trend. Starting in 2021, I see exactly the same "tired" numbers everywhere: in the Emirates, Turkey, Egypt. I observe it personally, not from pictures on the web. This is the reality of life. You just have to accept it. Well, or pay 4 times more expensive, then you will live in hotels with a fresh, chic renovation. As for the SPA. Also, everything is as usual. Over the past few years, I've gotten into the habit of doing this: flying on a night flight from St. Petersburg to Tunisia. At the hotel already at about 6-8 in the morning. Check-in after 14-00 hours. In order not to suffer, lying on a sofa in the lobby of the hotel with a sore head after the flight, I change into a swimsuit and beach clothes, and go to sleep on a soft couch on the beach in the relative coolness of the morning in the shade under a canopy. Then breakfast. And then - HOORAY!!! SPA salon. I order a full procedure: washing in the hammam, peeling, massage for 60 or 90 minutes, mud wrap. Then relax with tea by the indoor pool. And at about 14 o'clock, all refreshed, mashed up, rested, I go to the reception desk to get the room keys. I watch compatriots in the lobby waiting to be settled, curled up on sofas, swearing, with a headache, who arrived on the same flight with me, and I think: Why are they so angry? In general, I think this is a very nice hotel in a very good location: the optimal price-quality ratio.

Nice 4-star hotel.
The hotel is not big, but well maintained. There is a seaport with beautiful yachts.
We had a rest in early June and not all the bars were open yet. The season was just beginning. The food, the service is good.

A good hotel, a great location, the food is quite varied. The arrangement of tables with dishes is not very successful, as this creates a queue for dishes, but in general the issue is solvable. The sand and the sea are nearby, you don't need sun beds for the pool (unless of course you want to sunbathe), you left the room, went down the elevator and you're by the pool. The water both in the sea and in the pool heats up by 13-14 hours (I had lunch and I can swim). Of course, the service is not good, but overall it is good. There is little entertainment for children under 3-4, but the main thing here is the sea :)

A three-star hotel. Faucets are not working in the rooms. There is mold in the bathroom. The safe is not working. If the room is on the ground floor, it smells very damp. There is no kettle in the rooms. You need to go to the bar yourself to get water. The dishes in the "restaurant" are dirty, there are often not enough plates, you have to wait until they are washed. There is always a queue for food. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. There is a swimming pool. But the beach is terrible., dirty. It is not equipped, the shower with fresh water does not work, the sunbeds are dirty, there is no bar on the beach. You need to go to the hotel for drinks. The beach is not cleaned. Sand mixed with thorns.

Everything is just wonderful! The rest was a bang! I had a rest in 2019 at the end of September. The weather was gorgeous. The staff is friendly, hospitable and always ready to help! The room got without any extra charges on the second floor with a view of the sea, pool and bar! If you come with a positive attitude and do not pay attention to something "outdated" there, then everything will be cool!)

The hotel is large, cozy, the rooms are large.
of the cons: a camel walks on the beach and shits all the time, the beach is cleaned once a day - in the morning, this is not enough, there is a lot of garbage. There are always dirty plates in the dining room. There are no clean plates at all, beach towels are given out, but in order to take them you need to get up and pick them up before 8 a.m., if you did not have time, you were left without beach towels. The food is many and varied. There are fruits. The beach is close, the pool is large, there is a bar right in the pool. Animation for 1️⃣ out of 10, Wi-Fi only at the reception. There was a blockage in the bathroom, they asked to eliminate it, it seemed to be done, but the water did not go away anyway - it stood ankle-deep. Take shower gel, soap, shampoos and other hygiene products with you – because there is one liquid soap for everything from the cheapest series, which flows constantly from dispensers that stand in the bathroom and in the shower.

We were in the second half of May. Pros: the sea is just outside the hotel, I highly recommend the SPA at the hotel, the food is varied and very satisfying, the staff is friendly, many speak Russian. Of the minuses, the hotel is not the newest, the elevators are slightly tired, Wi-Fi in the lobby and up to half of the rooms. Since we were at the beginning of the season, there was no animation as such. In general, the hotel is not for young people. I almost forgot-there is a warm, indoor pool-free of charge.

It's the worst vacation I've ever had. Upon arrival at the hotel, they asked at the reception..chocolates and having received them, we were given a room on the 3rd floor, although we ordered the 1st and asked for it. They didn't give it. The room was very dirty, the bathroom handles were lying on the floor. The balcony door did not close, the balcony was empty. Later, two days later, chairs were given. The food is over-peppered. It was impossible to eat. She took the table by putting her glasses on.. I lost my glasses.. Instead of the beach , the camel walking place is all in yyyy .broken dirty sunbeds and the most terrible thing is 7 dogs attacking incoming vacationers. Mostly they were local.we didn't go to the beach. The reception turned away if we approached. The elevator broke down and no one cared. It was hard to get to the room. Obviously, the complaints reached the top and a commission came in which they even signed the names of the dishes, and so we didn't know what it was pereperchennoe and otvoatelno. The guide to our indignation got up and left ignoring us. The rest was a nightmare

Beautiful hotel, beautiful indoor and outdoor pools with Jacuzzi and sun beds in the water! The dining room pleased me. The rooms are good, except for the bathrooms and in many rooms the air conditioner does not work. It is not close to the sea to walk along the sand, but it is like on the territory of the hotel. An average hotel for its price.

August 2023-hotel for 4- the hotel itself is outdated- rusty taps, greasy furniture seats, etc., the fitness room is in terrible condition- the exercise equipment is old, broken, yoga is just warm-up exercises, everything is in working order in the room, they clean well, the Internet is only in the lobby. Coffee, tea, drinks, water from 10 to 22 - unlimited. Try the spa (hammam, massages). The beach does not belong to the hotel, but to the city, so it is rarely cleaned, I would like it to be cleaner, the food is chicken and lamb meat, mackerel, tuna and some kind of local sprat (there is no sea bass, dorado, shrimp, and even dates, as if we are not in Tunisia, where they trade for this). Not tasty butter (some kind of margarine). There are queues for food everywhere, if you want to eat properly, then come to the opening of the restaurant. Delicious rice, ice cream, chocolate and watermelons, seasoning in dishes that can cause heartburn (!).Check-in after 2 p.m. They don't populate it before. You can relax for a week, but no more - it's boring for young people, there are no discos in the evening. Good excursions to Carthage, Sidi bou Said. You can go out into the city, but it's a little dirty around. In general, the country is poor, so choose expensive hotels.

The place is good. The food is delicious, if only they could learn how to cook pilaf, otherwise they cook so much rice, carrots and beef, but they could do everything together, as in Central Asia, and it would be great. It's a pity there are few Russians, only Poles and the British. There was one family of Ukrainians, they were quieter than water.

I am currently in this hotel, the first impression is disgusting, at 10 o'clock in the morning they did not give me beach towels and said that they simply did not exist. There are no free sun beds either by the pool or on the beach. There are many vacationers in the hotel, but they cannot fully provide services. When checking into the room, it turned out that there were no towels in it either, they turned to the girl cleaning the rooms, she also said that they were over, as well as beach towels. Later it turned out that the toilet flush button did not work in the room, the hose of the shower watering can was torn, the liquid soap dispenser was broken. And the safe doesn't work. they asked to change the room, but we were refused.

Getting into the room is a quest, corridors as long as a Chinese wall, toilets for midgets. Sausages instead of pillows.
Because of the music and karaoke, it is impossible to fall asleep, even wrapped in a pillow. And the beach... yes, behind the fence...it does not consist of sand, but of garbage and camel shit. All 7 family members signed up.

Dear guys, hello! If you want to spend money, then not in this hotel and not in Tunisia in general. Hammamet is a very small and dirty city, with nowhere to go and go. I'll say this about the hotel itself, if you want to get nervous, go ahead. Of the conditional advantages, everyone smiles sweetly, but does not help in any way if there are problems, good food, but fruits need to be washed before drinking, the benefit of bottled water on site at every step and without restrictions, the pool is large and there is enough space for everyone, constant animation for various water exercises and some kind of water games, there is alcohol too, but of the swill class, the rooms are decently cleaned, but the linen on the bed has been changed only a couple of times in 14 days. Among the serious disadvantages are problems with a non-working condom, a very dirty beach with the remnants of the vital activity of a camel running right there with its owner, who, as if on purpose, drives this two-humped one between the sunbeds. The rest is at your discretion, but there is nothing to do from the word at all, the hotel is not for children and endless mud outside the hotel.
