Rooms are poorly cleaned, standard rooms are not large with a balcony, drains at night, linen and towels are not changed, the territory is small, there are not enough sun beds. I can't say anything about entering the sea, we swam exclusively from the pier. Beach towels need to be handed over in the evening so that they can be washed overnight, because there are not enough towels. Alcohol is only locally produced, there is a poor choice, which of course contradicts the stated concept of the hotel. Ice cream was not given, as stated. We managed to visit the Ala-Kart fish restaurant (fish), I do not recommend it, they served something similar to fish soup, a disgusting mess, and fried Dorado fish. The food is tastier in the shared restaurant. The rest of the restaurants were already closed after October 12. The hotel has 80% of the tourists from Russia, the staff is polite, but they speak Russian poorly. The hotel does not correspond to the stated concept, it pulls 4.

In general, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is pebbly, the water is clean. In October, there are still a lot of people at the hotel, you have to take sun beds in the morning, the water is 25-24, the animation is excellent. In November, the occupancy rate is less than 50%, there are no queues, there are enough sunbeds, the water is 23-22 degrees, animation is limited without inviting artists, there is no Turkish night anymore.
