We give 1 star for almost all types of service, especially disappointed and enraged by the restaurant "alyakart", if it can be called a restaurant. We reserved a place for two people a week in order to have a quiet dinner, but an unpleasant surprise awaited us upon arrival, we had to share a place with another couple. After that, there was a terrible serving and serving of dishes. We did not tolerate such a bad attitude towards us, we just left, later we found out that the couple who sat with us did the same.

This hotel is an honest 2+ stars, not even 3 and certainly not 5. We were traveling with a group of friends, and for everyone it turned out to be the worst hotel we have ever been in.
We had a spontaneous trip, trusted the tour operator in choosing a hotel, and certainly could not expect that 5 stars are now so easily assigned, despite the hotel standards.
The building is very old, the room stock is worn out, everything in the rooms is worn, scratched, stained and unpleasant to be in. There is not a single hanger/hook in the bathroom.
Dirty plates in the restaurant. Plastic cups.
In general, the atmosphere is decadent and tasteless. Barely live Wi-Fi for a dollar a day in 2020, seriously? And beach towels for an extra charge! :)
On the plus side, the staff is trying, the reception is more or less, the waiters. The food is a little greasy, but delicious against the background of everything else. As a result, we moved as quickly as possible and saved our vacation, but the impressions will last a long time. Stay away if you want something more than Tagil.

The hotel is well cleaned!on the last day, even the safe was cleaned!Documents were stolen.

We rested at this hotel from 06/26/2021 to 07/5/2021. I did not like the rude people at the reception, the food is the same every day, the animation of three people was boring, the territory was very small, there were constantly not enough sun beds, the rooms were tiny and old, the towels in the room were not changed even when they were thrown on the floor, complete disappointment 😔

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff! The food is excellent, a large selection of various dishes, for every taste! Amazing animation, battery people! There is a point and a water park nearby! It's a small area, but it's enough to relax! The beach is pebbly, but there is a pier where you can sunbathe and jump into the sea! The sea is the purest! I recommend it!

We had a rest in September 2020. The hotel is old, stable 3 does not pull for 5. The food is different, but unfortunately it does not reach the level of 5 stars. The rooms are small, cleaning every day, in 9 days the towel was changed 1 time (selectively). The sea is clear, large pebbles. Drinks are a separate topic, from 10 o'clock you can drink whiskey from the bottle after opening it, at 10.30 already diluted. Beer, local wine, as well as whiskey. Of all the bartenders, only one knows how to make a cocktail (do not go to the girls in the bar for a cocktail any more), just take lemonade it will taste better. The territory is small, everyone is rubbing against each other. Nearby within a radius of 1 km. there are shopping malls (consumer goods). On Fridays, there is a moving market, it's profitable there, bargain (a baby robe made of bamboo, the first price is $ 40, bought for 10), etc. There is no boring entertainment. We won't go there anymore.

A cool hotel, we went in early November, it was still very hot, left a lot of impressions, a beautiful and large territory, a great beach, everything was cleaned and changed in the rooms every day, super food, very polite and prompt staff, they love children. In general, there was already a little longing for the county that it was already necessary to leave. Departure was at 4 o'clock in the morning, breakfast was prepared with us, the transfer took everyone in time. I don't understand at all where the negative reviews come from, probably, as always, people who are better off staying at home. In general, super, I recommend it!!!

A good hotel, daily cleaning, excellent food and for every taste (boiled, steamed, fried). The sea is close, there are small pebbles on the territory of the hotel. Sun beds under a canopy. We had a very nice Turkish night, fireworks, fireworks, baked a huge delicious cake. The animation is excellent both during the day and in the evening.

The hotel is about an hour's drive from Alanya. Despite the pompous entrance and the Ottoman-style lobby, the hotel is essentially very budget-friendly and modest. The territory is small, but there are a lot of flowers and greenery.
The positive sides:
- a varied buffet in the main restaurant (the volumes are two times less than in other fives, but there is absolutely everything: for breakfast - scrambled eggs, omelette, cheeses, sausage, sausages, buns, donuts, pancakes with lots of toppings, Greek yogurt - natural and with filling; for lunch and dinner 2 types soups, grilled trout, mackerel, salmon, liver, meat, chicken legs and wings, lots of greens, salads, pastries, side dishes, desserts of 15 types;
- excellent hammam (friendly staff, professional massage therapists, a wide range of treatments, discounts on services and products);
- the pier on the beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas;
- there are services of a photographer (but $ 5 for 1 photo);
- availability of a shop at the hotel (textiles, sweets, coffee /tea, jewelry, interior items, natural cosmetics, products for beach holidays).
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- pay safe and Wi-Fi;
- pebble beach;
- beach towels are provided once for the entire rest period (replacement for a fee);
- sometimes there is only cool water in the morning and evening.

We rested with my husband in early September , the hotel is old inside , the rooms are in poor condition and dirty , the food is disgusting , every day the same as the dogs were fed , the pool is not clean , there are never free sun beds and the pool is closed at 6 o'clock , there is nowhere to walk meter by meter , alcohol is all burnt , beer seems to be with vodka , the waiters are good only because of them one star , the reception is rude!! The phone was stolen at the hotel, but the reception did not call the police and said they would look at the cameras, and the cameras turned out not to work for them, write another complaint to Rospotrebnadzor about this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel!!! Animation is paid everywhere! Ultra everything is included for a minute , but the hotel is like 2 stars

Menu for 3ku (super all inclusive?), alcohol was not drunk at all, I recommend bringing my own, salads with a whiff, the beach for 3ku is small, the coast is rocky, sun beds need to be occupied from 9:00 in the morning! The service is in your hands, it all depends on your tolerance, perseverance! To get a beach towel, you need to undergo treatment (services are imposed 2-3 times more expensive) by a spa employee, if you want to change the towel (it became dirty) pay $ 1!!! We went to the store at the entrance to the hotel, horse prices are 3-4 times higher than in Alanya (Turkish cigarettes are a prizident in mag.hotel $ 4-24l in the city $ 1.2-8L, Coca-Cola 1L. $ 3-18l in the city $ 0.8-4L!) All excursions from pegasus are divorced (even if you get discounts) for this money it is better to organize your own trip from the hotel there is a bus to the city costs 1$-6 liras per person!!! The hotel does not correspond to the status of the top five in any way!!!! Not by any parameters. Either remove a couple of stars or match the status. So: the staff is not friendly, if they smile but it is strained, they do not work with vacationers at all!!!! I can evaluate the food like this- they piled up food like in vain and you gentlemen vacationers are eating. It's terribly unpleasant. The menu is neither varied nor delicious. the territory is very small, there is nowhere to walk, and if you leave the hotel you will have to walk for a very long time to the nearest bazaar.
They save on everything here!!!! Replacement of beach towels is paid, Wi-Fi is paid.
The hammam is generally a separate story. I can't say that I didn't like it, everything is on the level and the massage is excellent, but then annoying workers impose massage courses for a sooooo low price.
There is one pool with two small slides.
In general, this hotel is able to leave the most unpleasant impressions about your vacation. So if Turkey is anything but concordia!!!

The hotel clearly does not deserve a 5* with UAI service. The territory is small, the beach is tiny and not equipped. The pier was so lazily put into working order that for 10 days it was never possible to use it, we went to the nearby Galery hotel. Fabric canopies over sun loungers are missing or torn in half of the cases. The aunt who bakes tortillas works exclusively for tips, so she "picks her nose with her finger" most of the time) Drinks are only local, cocktails suck. You can only drink wine and beer, the rest is disgusting. Good coffee is paid, ice cream too. Even in the Lobby Bar, drinks are served in plastic dishes. The safe is paid. The mini-bar is replenished free of charge only upon check-in. Wi-Fi is acceptable only for a fee, free and not available only in the Lobby. Beach towels are provided free of charge only once, the exchange is paid. There are interruptions with hot water. The elderly maid is not attentive at all, even with tips) Thanks to the hotel Reception staff for providing a room with a wonderful view! We are not picky about food, so we were not hungry. They ate mostly fish or grilled meat with vegetables. The hotel has 2 Ala-kart restaurants (Turkish and Mediterranean), but you can only sign up for one. Which do not have menus, but are served at the Snack bar, it may not be in season at the beginning of May, of course) In general, I definitely do not recommend anyone to come to this hotel as a 5* on UAI!!!
