A gloomy building, it blows cold, the architecture of the building is awkward for me, it is also not safe inside, slippery floors and tiles, be careful here.
I was at Dima Bilan's concert in this building. The building is beautiful. Well, Dima, of course, a hundred times) Was in the fan zone right in front of the stage, so I can't say anything about the audibility of sound in the seats. It wasn't cold, it was hot) The excited fans shouted and sang. Therefore, I don't really know about the weather in the building either. Yes, and it was August. The 15th. The temperature is +30. The interior is very beautiful and spacious. A great place to attend concerts. I only go to Bilan!)))

A very nice building for a conference, but the cafe is disgusting
One of the largest halls in the capital where concerts of pop stars, conferences from TOP companies and the public sector take place. Comfortable chairs and a view of the stage, good acoustics.
The entrance to the car parking is problematic, the exit is even worse, icy! Parking meters out of 6, 3 are working. At the expense of the hall, expensive seats in the stalls on a horizontal plane, almost nothing is visible to those sitting behind. The review is better on the ground at a cheaper price. It was drafty and cool in the hall, many people put on a hood and thereby further aggravated the view from behind those sitting. The sound was turned on quietly, I don't know if it's just for this concert or all the time. The background noise did not cover the sound from the speakers. The evening was not a success...
I was there at the concert, I liked the fact that it is not necessary to buy expensive tickets, absolutely from any place a good overview

I was at the Rasmus concert. Like it. Security is working clearly and quickly. There were no problems with logging in. However, when they came out of the concert with broken voices, water was too expensive.
