If there are problems with recording and an unexplained error occurs: most likely, the phone number or address has already been used (I tried my friend's number and address, everything worked out!) They accepted it without any problems, they made a certificate for marriage, and they did it on the same day.
Friends, we are not small children, before going to the consulate, I personally read a lot of information a million and one times so that there would be no problems.
I took the cash just in case, Googled the location, prepared all the specified documents.
Everything was clearly accepted by appointment, I had to wait a little while until others had some problems. My documents were accepted quickly, as there were no complaints. They wrote out a check and sent it to the bank (I asked where the nearest one was, they said, beyond Terra City. I walked for about 20 minutes. I arrived back on an electric scooter in 5 minutes)
The certificate was already ready when it arrived with the payment, and it was accepted without waiting in line.
No one was rude to me and everything was civilized. 👍
Thanks to the staff, seeing how many people make mistakes, they have a very difficult job. While waiting in line, I listened to a lot of conversations between the consul and clients (they all had the same mistakes, they bring documents, and the last name has not been changed since the wedding for 3-4 years)

The first time I had to contact the consulate, and it became the Russian Consulate in Antalya, In the evening before departure (departure the next morning at 11:30), they found that their passport had been lost. There was a "traveler's nightmare", a passport was lost in a foreign country. But thanks to the professional work and the great responsiveness of the consulate employee! we were able to process the documents and not miss the plane to Russia! We contacted the consulate by phone on Saturday after 20:00, and provided that it was no longer working hours, we were advised on actions in this situation, we were sent to a meeting after entering our situation and the next morning! At 8:00, on Sunday! On a non-working day, we were already waiting at the consulate with a package of documents for registration of a certificate for departure ! We were very pleasantly surprised by how many responsible, responsive, sensitive staff I work at our Russian Consulate in Antalya ! And especially the employee, A.A. Deev, It is very wonderful that the consulate cares so much about its citizens!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Consulate. I was determined categorically, having heard enough negative reviews. Yes, in front of me, literally a couple of employees behaved arrogantly and frivolously with visitors. I consider this behavior inappropriate in relation to people who have asked for help. But as for me, all the documents were completed on time, the communication of the staff is delicate and intelligent. Special thanks to Biryukov V.I. It is doubly pleasant to receive the first Russian document for a newborn daughter from the hands of such a person. Such employees should be looked up to.
