The most positive thing about this building is the employees themselves. They will explain everything in detail, they are always friendly. Getting into this building is quite a quest. You can't expect to be inside — the whole queue is outside. You should always be on the lookout, because the intercom may suddenly call those who need to pick up ready-made documents. The pedestrian path in general on this street is narrow, so a large queue prevents pedestrians from passing. It seems to me that there are always queues here. I applied to the consulate in the summer, so I can't imagine how to wait my turn there in the fall in the rain or in the cold winter in the wind. I also can't imagine what to expect for people with health problems or in general for those who are tired: there are no benches
I was at the consulate in Brest for the first time, I can not compare with Minsk, everything goes quickly and quickly, the employee suggested without unnecessary questions, anyone who has ever contacted the consulate will understand, I have had to apply many times in 30 years, and in general, many thanks to all employees in Minsk and Brest, good health, good luck and to help each other!!!
Thanks more to the staff of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Brest!! Regularly faced with difficult situations, they have not lost patience and responsiveness. They respond specifically and without delay to requests and provide all possible assistance to those who apply. I wish there were more such services in the country!!
