There were mixed feelings after visiting this consulate. I've been there several times and it probably all depends on the shift. Let's start with the cons: firstly, a rude attitude towards people, it seems that they personally came to their home uninvited and at the wrong time, secondly, I think they are biased against some people, thirdly, the eternal problem of recording, without recording you will not be allowed anywhere and in general everything is You're living on the street, in a difficult situation, or whatever happened to you. I understand the staff that it will be a complete mess without coupons, but there should be a queue without an appointment for a consultation, because it is unrealistic to wait for an answer by e-mail, to get through to them again and again.
Now about the advantages. I really liked that for families with young children, the attitude is completely different. It's nice to see that the issues of documents are solved better if you stand with a one-year-old baby, no one is rude to you anymore, does not try to kick you out. I also want to mention one woman, unfortunately, I do not know her name. She goes out to consult people outside the consulate. Thank you very much for your humanity, patience and smile. You were there the day I received my documents and it seems to me that you were sincerely happy with me, knowing my whole path.
I know that there is a large influx of people right now, but please be patient, especially with the elderly!!!
Propaganda of lies from the Chekists, Moscow has closed all consular departments in North America and the EU, and hacked smartphones are sold in the Russian Federation, so it is impossible to sign up for an interview in these countries - an information concentration camp for those who want to leave the country.
Attentive staff, pleasant atmosphere, everything is at the highest level, solve issues quickly and professionally. It's just a pity that you can't pay for services on the spot. The bank branch is not very close.
