The petting zoo at the Titan shopping center evokes mixed feelings. On the one hand, the idea of providing an opportunity to communicate with animals is interesting and attractive, but in practice it has not been implemented as successfully as it could be.
One of the main disadvantages is the limited space. There is not much space in the zoo, which does not allow you to fully enjoy communication with animals. In addition, not all animals can be touched or fed, which is a bit contrary to the very concept of a contact zoo. Visitors, especially children, may feel disappointed when faced with the situation that not all animals are available for interaction.
It is also worth noting that access to some animals is only possible if accompanied by staff. This can cause additional inconvenience, as you have to spend time searching for them, which ultimately reduces the total time spent at the zoo.
In general, a petting zoo can attract attention and interest, but due to limited space and insufficiently clear rules for interacting with animals, visiting it can leave a neutral or even disappointed impression. I hope that in the future the zoo will be able to improve conditions and expand opportunities for its visitors.

We visited the contact zoo today. Only positive emotions and impressions) Funny rabbits, guinea pigs, goats... They gave me a chinchilla to pet, the sweetest animal. The room is quite comfortable, pleasant music and friendly staff. The children were satisfied 👍

We were at the contact zoo today. The place is very cool, the animals are clean, well-groomed, the rabbits are generally fire- so plush, you start feeding them, they stand on their hind legs and climb right into your lap. The staff is also very friendly, they let us pat and touch everyone they wanted. In general, I recommend it for a great time.

We came to the petting zoo today, there were still 40 minutes left before closing, as the employee reminded us, there was a promo code that expires on June 1, and the promo code is valid only on Mondays and Tuesdays, that is, today was the last day of the promo code, we told the employee the code, she crossed it out, after which we wanted to make a payment by card, she said that the terminal was not working and we needed cash, which we did not have with us, and if we had gone to withdraw it, there would not have been enough time to walk around the zoo, it is amazing that the employee tried to make us guilty of this situation and did not try to resolve this situation in any way (for example, we could offer to come another day, because it's not our fault that the terminal is not working at all), we were dissatisfied with the service and had no desire to return here at all!(

We liked the zoo. You can visit goats, lambs, and rabbits on your own. Accompanied by staff, they visited raccoons, foxes, and noses.
Yes, some of the animals were sleeping, but I don't see a problem with that. Someone woke up, someone slept on) The staff was polite, smiling, and did not refuse our requests. There was no sharp unpleasant smell. I would love to go to this petting zoo again.
We took a promo code on cream, and it came out about 17.5 rubles for two with 1 cup of pet food)

Positive:
1. You can go into the aviary to sheep, lambs, rabbits (a little scared);
2. The staff were friendly and gave petting lizards and a little goat;
3. A child of one and a half years old was interested.
Minuses:
1. I would call it a "Semi-contact zoo", because most of the animals are in cages and it is not possible to touch them;
2. The employee at the checkout was not happy with the fact that we did not buy a cup of food for animals and defiantly threw us a check;
3. The hood is not working, all windows are closed;
4. The price on weekdays differs from the weekend.
In general, you can go once. It is better to go to an open zoo outside Minsk or near Baranovich 👐

We visited the "contact" zoo on a day off. The impression and mood were already spoiled at the entrance. After checking with the employee in advance whether it is possible to pick up a guinea pig to show the baby, and having received a positive response, they heard a censure expressed in a rude form from another female employee (judging by the rude manner, boorish attitude -she works there as a cleaner). There were no signs that animals could be picked up. At least, that wasn't indicated on the cage at the entrance. The complaint was not made in a polite way: "I'm sorry, but you can't pick up animals from us." But in a rough form and with clarification of circumstances . In addition, there are at least animals that can be really stroked normally:rabbits, goats (wild and unsafe-they almost knocked the child down) and sheep (also unsafe). We bought food at the entrance, but as it turned out, few people (goats, sheep and rabbits) can be fed either. As a result, they paid 20.50 along with the food. You can't call this place a "contact zoo", but you can go to a regular zoo cheaper, see more animals and adequate staff! Add a little money and you can go to the big Minsk zoo and dinopark. There are more animals there, and the staff behave hospitably and without rudeness. But WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT here. For this, 3 stars is the maximum that can be given (and that's thanks to an adequate employee-a guy who answered questions and calmed the goats). Despite the fact that this place is located near us, we do not plan to visit it in the future and DO NOT RECOMMEND it

At the request of the children, they organized a trip to this zoo. I didn't have time to clarify in advance what kind of place it was. Therefore, it was a surprise to me that animals can be fed, petted, and entered into their enclosures. We spent quite a lot of time there. The children received a large dose of positivity. Well, actually nothing. Guinea pigs and rabbits are the main inhabitants of the zoo. A bunch of roosters that are constantly screaming and sheep that can even be petted. There are several Siberian foxes, raccoons and noseheads that can only be accessed with a caretaker. In general, there is nothing to do there. The zoo staff was undoubtedly pleased. Friendly, kind of caring for children. And they will tell you and tell you all about the local fauna.

It's a good zoo, but not all animals can be touched. There is a great lack of fresh air in a room with animals. A cup of food costs 2.5 rubles, and the cat didn't cry enough food, I didn't eat enough. Many animals are quite taciturn, tired or apathetic to the campaign. For a C grade, you can go once, no more.

Actually, the raccoons were sleeping. Everyone else - do not feed, do not enter. Comrades, the petting zoo is called that because there should be little animals that like to hang out with people. And the employee's comments from the series "I would never let my child in my life" are a separate bonus to the entertainment program. In short, there's nothing to do there.

The place is just wonderful! From the meeting at the entrance, to the visit itself. Very cool enclosures with goats. They give it a pat, a puff, and they have an interesting look. To stroke one species, it is advisable to feed the other immediately from the hand, so the smell of some will remain on the hand. They live with rabbits. They're cool too. For some reason, parrots live with a chicken. Perhaps the staff has hope for the discovery of a new species of parrot or chicken. It's still unclear why goats live with rabbits.
