The petting zoo at the Titan shopping center evokes mixed feelings. On the one hand, the idea of providing an opportunity to communicate with animals is interesting and attractive, but in practice it has not been implemented as successfully as it could be.
One of the main disadvantages is the limited space. There is not much space in the zoo, which does not allow you to fully enjoy communication with animals. In addition, not all animals can be touched or fed, which is a bit contrary to the very concept of a contact zoo. Visitors, especially children, may feel disappointed when faced with the situation that not all animals are available for interaction.
It is also worth noting that access to some animals is only possible if accompanied by staff. This can cause additional inconvenience, as you have to spend time searching for them, which ultimately reduces the total time spent at the zoo.
In general, a petting zoo can attract attention and interest, but due to limited space and insufficiently clear rules for interacting with animals, visiting it can leave a neutral or even disappointed impression. I hope that in the future the zoo will be able to improve conditions and expand opportunities for its visitors.
It was the first time, the child likes to feed animals, there is not enough space, and it's true that not all animals can be petted, mainly guinea pigs, rabbits, goats. The staff is friendly. It's not a bad idea, but maybe it's possible to think about expanding 🤔?!
We visited the contact zoo today. Only positive emotions and impressions) Funny rabbits, guinea pigs, goats... They gave me a chinchilla to pet, the sweetest animal. The room is quite comfortable, pleasant music and friendly staff. The children were satisfied 👍
My daughter visited a petting zoo in Titan on March 21.
I really liked it. Cute animals, polite staff. You can have a great time and get distracted at the zoo.
Thanks
We were at the contact zoo today. The place is very cool, the animals are clean, well-groomed, the rabbits are generally fire- so plush, you start feeding them, they stand on their hind legs and climb right into your lap. The staff is also very friendly, they let us pat and touch everyone they wanted. In general, I recommend it for a great time.
We were with the child today for the first time. Animals are calm and accustomed to people. Soft, pleasant music is playing in the room. Animals (not all) you can feed them with vegetables that are served in a glass at the entrance. The child really liked it.
Positive: 1]You can come there with the whole family for Animal therapy 2]There are animals that you can pet and take pictures with them 3] You can pay with both cash and a bank card 4]You can get there by metro 5]There are quite a lot of animals for a small area 6]Food is sold like in the Baranovichi Zoo, who has received admission from veterinarians and nutritionists, even if for a fee.
We came to the petting zoo today, there were still 40 minutes left before closing, as the employee reminded us, there was a promo code that expires on June 1, and the promo code is valid only on Mondays and Tuesdays, that is, today was the last day of the promo code, we told the employee the code, she crossed it out, after which we wanted to make a payment by card, she said that the terminal was not working and we needed cash, which we did not have with us, and if we had gone to withdraw it, there would not have been enough time to walk around the zoo, it is amazing that the employee tried to make us guilty of this situation and did not try to resolve this situation in any way (for example, we could offer to come another day, because it's not our fault that the terminal is not working at all), we were dissatisfied with the service and had no desire to return here at all!(
We liked the zoo. You can visit goats, lambs, and rabbits on your own. Accompanied by staff, they visited raccoons, foxes, and noses.
Yes, some of the animals were sleeping, but I don't see a problem with that. Someone woke up, someone slept on) The staff was polite, smiling, and did not refuse our requests. There was no sharp unpleasant smell. I would love to go to this petting zoo again.
We took a promo code on cream, and it came out about 17.5 rubles for two with 1 cup of pet food)
Positive:
1. You can go into the aviary to sheep, lambs, rabbits (a little scared);
2. The staff were friendly and gave petting lizards and a little goat;
3. A child of one and a half years old was interested.
Minuses:
1. I would call it a "Semi-contact zoo", because most of the animals are in cages and it is not possible to touch them;
2. The employee at the checkout was not happy with the fact that we did not buy a cup of food for animals and defiantly threw us a check;
3. The hood is not working, all windows are closed;
4. The price on weekdays differs from the weekend.
In general, you can go once. It is better to go to an open zoo outside Minsk or near Baranovich 👐
The receptionist was talking shit! The storefronts where the animals were dirty! Although there was a cleaner, she didn't do anything, she went and looked at the animals
I feel sorry for the animals most of all . They don 't have enough space .. think about expanding the space for them!!! It's terrible ((they also want to run and not lie in a cage all day! And if you are also put in a cage meter by meter?!((
And the smell is still present
Autumn is a cool place! Cleanly, there are many different animals. Not all of them, of course, but some can be touched by children. And feed them. The staff are good, polite, professional
We visited the "contact" zoo on a day off. The impression and mood were already spoiled at the entrance. After checking with the employee in advance whether it is possible to pick up a guinea pig to show the baby, and having received a positive response, they heard a censure expressed in a rude form from another female employee (judging by the rude manner, boorish attitude -she works there as a cleaner). There were no signs that animals could be picked up. At least, that wasn't indicated on the cage at the entrance. The complaint was not made in a polite way: "I'm sorry, but you can't pick up animals from us." But in a rough form and with clarification of circumstances . In addition, there are at least animals that can be really stroked normally:rabbits, goats (wild and unsafe-they almost knocked the child down) and sheep (also unsafe). We bought food at the entrance, but as it turned out, few people (goats, sheep and rabbits) can be fed either. As a result, they paid 20.50 along with the food. You can't call this place a "contact zoo", but you can go to a regular zoo cheaper, see more animals and adequate staff! Add a little money and you can go to the big Minsk zoo and dinopark. There are more animals there, and the staff behave hospitably and without rudeness. But WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT here. For this, 3 stars is the maximum that can be given (and that's thanks to an adequate employee-a guy who answered questions and calmed the goats). Despite the fact that this place is located near us, we do not plan to visit it in the future and DO NOT RECOMMEND it
I didn't like the zoo at all. The animals (many) are in very small cages, the conditions are not very good. It's hard to call him a contact, he's more like half of it. The staff is rude and unhappy. The room is small, there are a lot of people. The price doesn't match at all. Very expensive for a place like this
Of course, it's a pity for animals, there's not enough space. But the staff take good care. Clear. There is practically no smell. The staff is friendly. I will come there more than once. A good place to communicate with our younger brothers.
An interesting place for urban people who have not seen or touched livestock. A small village in a big city. There are a lot of guinea pigs, rabbits, and there are exotics. The second time, as I grew up in the village, it will not be interesting for me, but we will come with the children.
The smell of animals and citrus air freshener in the room (the air freshener made me feel sick). Many animals are half asleep. Poor ventilation. I feel sorry for the animals, they live without sun, fresh air and in unnatural conditions.
You can't think of a worse place for animals. No sun, no earth, no grass, no fresh air for them. We came as a family and sponsored it, it turns out that's all. It's a shame that we went without thinking
At the request of the children, they organized a trip to this zoo. I didn't have time to clarify in advance what kind of place it was. Therefore, it was a surprise to me that animals can be fed, petted, and entered into their enclosures. We spent quite a lot of time there. The children received a large dose of positivity. I would like to thank the staff and the administration for such an exciting tour.
I always suggest that my friends come here
I've been here twice myself: in 2021 and in 2024
From the pleasant: bats appeared (they are called differently, but it's easier for me)
There is one fox (more precisely, foxes), there used to be 2
Raccoons are a separate love!
I only wish there were signs: "You can go to this animal, ask the caretakers"
Well, actually nothing. Guinea pigs and rabbits are the main inhabitants of the zoo. A bunch of roosters that are constantly screaming and sheep that can even be petted. There are several Siberian foxes, raccoons and noseheads that can only be accessed with a caretaker. In general, there is nothing to do there. The zoo staff was undoubtedly pleased. Friendly, kind of caring for children. And they will tell you and tell you all about the local fauna.
A good petting zoo. There are quite enough animals, and all are well-groomed, as well as there were no problems in accessing them. The staff is polite and friendly. Thanks to the zoo for the good mood😀
It's a good zoo, but not all animals can be touched. There is a great lack of fresh air in a room with animals. A cup of food costs 2.5 rubles, and the cat didn't cry enough food, I didn't eat enough. Many animals are quite taciturn, tired or apathetic to the campaign. For a C grade, you can go once, no more.
Unfortunately , they were very upset , the animals were all timid , the aviaries were all closed , they could not go to the animals , they only stroked the rabbits and guinea pigs , who also ran away . Drove all over the city for what? Why write a petting zoo if they don't let anyone near 🤷🏽♀️
Well, first of all , it 's expensive . Of course, the children like it, but they are unlikely to go a second time. You can feed rabbits , guinea pigs , and goats . Pigs ... This is a zoo of pigs, the rest are lost, and also rabbits, too many. Raccoons are very tired of eating , they are fed with an escort and someone else there , but I don 't remember much . The staff are polite and attentive. It 's not a zoo for me , but I don 't know . Not a zoo and not much contact.
It's a terrible place! Don't come here! It's just a mockery of animals: stuffiness, lack of proper space, a lot of visitors... As a result: the animals are tortured, constantly sleeping, and the atmosphere is very depressing. I remember the poor raccoon, who constantly tried to escape during the opening of the doors to the aviary.
We visited with the children, everyone really liked it. There are quite a few animals, most of all rodents. Exotic animals include raccoons, foxes, muskrats, and iguanas. There are a lot of guinea pigs, just a lot!))
We have been there more than once, you can feed many animals, touch mainly rabbits, pigs and goats, if you come closer to lunch, the animals will already be full. The zoo is clean, all the valliers are neat, the staff is always polite. It is noteworthy that there is a smell inside, of course, but not acrid, there is not at all in the corridor
A very good place for kids. Lots of guinea pigs and rabbits. There are goats and sheep, raccoons, foxes, birds of various species and many other small animals. Some can be touched, you can go into the aviary to the goats and sheep. I recommend visiting this petting zoo!
It's a cool and interesting place, you don't play with animals every day, but there is an opportunity here, it's very interesting for children, and for adults too)
If you have never touched a rabbit, then you should go there. Rabbits, timid guinea pigs, a few goats. You can go to the noses and raccoons, who, of course, would like to sleep during the day. Actually, the raccoons were sleeping. Everyone else - do not feed, do not enter. Comrades, the petting zoo is called that because there should be little animals that like to hang out with people. And the employee's comments from the series "I would never let my child in my life" are a separate bonus to the entertainment program. In short, there's nothing to do there.
A very good petting zoo for children of different ages. The animals are all calm, I really liked the goats, sheep, maybe because they can be touched and stroked, they do not run away, they do not butt, and all animals are wonderful in their own way. The absence of unpleasant odors is pleasing. The staff is very patient and friendly!
The child liked it very much, did not want to leave. Friendly staff, everything is quite compact. The animals are happy to chew the treats, and the child is happy. I liked the rabbit, guinea pigs and goats the most. In general, it is a great place to visit with children.
Great fun for kids. There are goats, sheep, porcupines, rabbits, monkeys, guinea pigs, parrots, foxes, raccoons, degu squirrels, noseheads. They entered the cages with foxes, noses and raccoons together with an employee. Raccoons are a miracle. There are a lot of rabbits, of different colors. At the entrance, you can buy food and feed the animals.
The place is just wonderful! From the meeting at the entrance, to the visit itself. Very cool enclosures with goats. They give it a pat, a puff, and they have an interesting look. To stroke one species, it is advisable to feed the other immediately from the hand, so the smell of some will remain on the hand. They live with rabbits. They're cool too. For some reason, parrots live with a chicken. Perhaps the staff has hope for the discovery of a new species of parrot or chicken. It's still unclear why goats live with rabbits. You can safely come as a family, a couple, with friends and several times!!!
There's nothing to worry about at all, you can see more animals in Grandma's village than in this place. The animals are tortured, they need to be divided and taken out at different times (two shifts) two from morning to lunch, the second half from lunch to evening, while others will already rest, from such an influx of people, the animals are half-dead, there is a cool cheerful goat, thank you for leaving an imprint and positive memories
It's a very stuffy and depressing place. The animals are not active, you can freely touch guinea pigs only, and with the presence of an employee they are allowed to the Siberian fox, raccoons, and goats with sheep
I do not recommend visiting, it is expensive and not even worth the time
We liked it! The children are delighted, they got a lot of impressions. It is clear that the animals are being cared for and cared for. There is cleanliness and order around.
