I visit the store very often, I am completely delighted about the quality of the product, super collections, super tailoring. There is a very frequent seasonal update of the product, which never ceases to amaze. One of the stores that surprises with its quality! I have been wearing things for many years and have no complaints!
Excellent service from consultants, they always meet you in a good mood and always with a smile, they behave unobtrusively, they always help you choose the size or fit, they always work with an alternative, they give you many models at once for example and at the same time they do not leave you alone with it all, they will help you choose an image for any event. The girls are friendly, thank you for your advice and patience.

The store urgently needs to change the administrator. With such boorish behavior and attitude towards the store's employees, she can't work with people at all.And for the future, the advice to the higher-ranking management is no longer in any store that the seller has to run and importunately ask customers what to offer them. You annoy customers with this behavior
and you don't want to buy anything anymore!!!!!!

A terrible salesman with black hair. Chooses who to serve kindly, and who to POKE and point out in a rude voice. The ticket office is empty for 10 minutes and it serves someone who walks around the hall and chooses half an hour. She even chooses the packaging of the purchase: the girl bought for less, but she was packed in a decent paper bag. For me, with a larger purchase amount, they threw everything into a tiny cellophane bag.

Very annoying service. Look at the cameras, the girls are just following the customer!!! I understand that this is not their "wishlist". Rather, the requirement of the management.
P. S. we made the purchase, the consultant helped. But when they're breathing down your back... There is no desire to enter again.
