Terrible hotel, everything is old and dirty, stains everywhere, stank of cigarettes, dirty plumbing, dirty bed linen, old, pillows are terrible, the only thing that did not spoil the mood is breakfast and service. There is no elevator, we lived on the 4th floor
Unfortunately, Russians are not treated worse than in Kutaisi in any part of the country. The restaurants do not serve. Broken Georgian English is spoken in supermarkets. The hotel is not bad, with a beautiful backyard where you can have dinner with a cheerful company. There is a barbecue area. There is always something to choose from for breakfast. Delicious plum compotes. Fresh cheeses. Sausages. The rooms are clean, not big. But for 4 days we had no change of towels, no cleaning, or even garbage removal.
