Incompetent sellers from the word at all! Low-quality product!

-the level of customer service by the store is a flea market (this is a stretch)

My story:
I decided to buy my first converse, came here, and started measuring. I wear all shoes in size 44, foot 28.5 cm, I took converse shoes of the same size, they are just right, but somehow unusually tight, but not tight, they fix the foot (measured by chuck taylor all star black leather). The female staff members began to convince me that I should take half a size more, i.e. 44.5 (29cm), they say, they wear a size bigger themselves, I began to object that this was wrong, but their "counterargument" was that I had never worn converse and could not figure out how to properly. And while I was thinking, they were talking the same way to other customers, saying that sneakers should be free on their feet... (well, according to this logic, you can generally take 10 sizes more and store a stash of something in these cavities). In general, hearing that they were saying this to everyone, I fell for their incompetence, tried on 44.5 (29cm), yes, they are freer, as if you were already walking in worn shoes, which made me very doubtful about the correct size (for a moment, 29cm in the domestic "Marko" is already 45 r-r which I found out later), but I was firmly convinced that this was how it should be, they say, because the leg was swelling and all that. Even though 44.5 looked big on the outside, the leather on the sneakers bulged like burlap, although there was no such thing on 44, but I was assured that this was normal. In the end, I took 44.5r(29cm) and screwed up.:
1)They're really big and they hang on your foot like bast shoes. As long as you walk slowly through the store, it seems normal, but when you are already walking briskly down the street, you feel the disgusting consequence of the wrong choice imposed by the sellers.
2) I started reading on the Internet, of course, after the purchase, how to choose the size of the conversions. It turns out that if their size says 28.5cm, then they are given with a margin of +0.5 cm, i.e. 29 cm on the insole (in my case, the size of 29 cm was 29.5 cm, i.e. 1.5 cm longer than my foot). And many people generally take a size smaller, but not more.
(We recall the "experienced" consultants who told everyone to take a size bigger, they say, they wear it themselves ...)
3) Not only was I confused, but I was also sold a marriage. My converse was whistling from the first day, I thought it was because of the wrong size, and I tied them tighter and put on tight socks, but to no avail. It turned out that the rubber rim of the sole was not glued to the sole itself on my heel, which caused the air to come out with a whoosh when I stepped. And I walked around like a clown, whistling with my foot, thinking that I had screwed up with the size, until I accidentally noticed this DEFECT while rubbing the sole. Fortunately, I noticed it early enough, a week later.
4). I went to hand over my converse under warranty. I come, show the sneakers, say that I have found a marriage, I want to return it under warranty. To which the sales girl, in a raised tone, almost shouting, replied: "Yes, you picked it up yourself and brought it in because you don't like the size!"
And I once went to them after the purchase, to try on a size 44, to really make sure that 44.5 was not my size, and told them that they were advising the wrong size (by the way, just at that moment they advised the girl buyer to take a size larger than his own, hmm).
In general, I was shocked by the tone of this saleswoman and her conclusions... I was so disgusted that I wanted to punch her in the neck... Yeah, it's like I'm buying cheap sneakers at a flea market for 20p instead of 420p.
I replied to her: "I've had these converses hanging from the first days, all my colleagues at work have heard the whistle, and they can confirm this, so don't talk nonsense." The saleswoman (after that, you can't call it anything else) tried to prove to me again that I tore them up on purpose, but still accepted the sneakers and handed me a sheet to write an application for a refund on marriage. While I was writing, the saleswoman said, "Let me seal them up for you and you'll keep wearing them."
Readers, can you imagine sealing sneakers for 420 rubles??? That's not why I bought them for such a price, so that I could walk around in glued sneakers a week later. Of course, I refused, to which the saleswoman immediately offered to change to 44p-R.
But after such a surreal and disgusting behavior, I didn't want to have anything to do with this store anymore, so I completed the application and took my money, exhaling with ease, because everything ended well in my case.

I bought black sneakers in late autumn, and just a couple of weeks later, the entire sock on one foot got wet in the rain, and it turned out to be a gap between the side rubber and the sole. I returned it to the store, they looked at it, made sure, and changed it to another new pair of the same model. I didn't inspect it, I took it as it is. After that, the sneakers waited out the winter without being used. We've been wearing active socks since the beginning of spring, but we've never been caught in the rain. The day before yesterday, in the very first downpour, the insole on one foot in the sock area got soaked through again, it turned out that there was the same gap in the shoe. This is not my first converse, before that I bought it in another store, which has already closed. That pair of chucks lasted 3 years of active wear 3/4 season per year, the sole was perfectly intact as when buying. I am very disappointed in this store.
UPD so that others do not think that this is a customized review, look for a statement from 11/21/2024 on which a pair with the article number 162050C was exchanged. I've already written it off as "it happens." Not the second time, thanks. I'll just accept that sneakers for 350 rubles will have to be sealed up as market consumer goods.

It's a great store. Me and teenage kids only buy converse sneakers and only here, because in this store I'm sure they only sell the original, so the quality, respectively, is always at its best. And even my husband has already been "hooked" on envelopes. I really like that there is a new collection every season. I bought classic black low-top sneakers in this store in 2022. I really liked it. I decided to take some more. I bought gray ones in November 2024. He started wearing it in April 2025. And oh, the horror-the blue Converse lettering on the insole has blurred all over and is now coloring my socks.
