Nice hotel in the center of Sharjah. A bus takes tourists to the beach at 9 am and back at 12:00 and that's it, if you want to go to the beach after lunch, then on foot. I killed a lunch box for an early departure (2 slices of bread, 2 slices of cupcake, 2 croissants and 2 tiny cakes for two). The pool area is dirty, if you walk barefoot - your feet are black. The pool bowl is small. The location is average, 30 minutes walk to the beach.
In general, this institution does not pull for 4 *, 3 with a big stretch.

The hotel is located in the center. To the beach on foot 25-30 min. There are many grocery stores nearby. The lagoon of this city pleases the most. The view from the window of the hotel and the hotel restaurant is amazing. The service is excellent. We cleaned and changed the towel every day. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant is very customer-oriented. Thank you for your hospitality and cordiality. We'll come back again ☺️
The repair is overdue. The food did not please me in any way.. We took a non-refundable deposit for checking in ahead of check-in time. Water 0.5liters per day. The safe and TV were broken in the room. The air conditioner is not regulated.

The food in the restaurant is meager. We stayed at the hotel for 12 days, ate the same thing. Chicken and fish. Salads have one name. Watermelon for breakfast was rotten more than once. Before choosing this hotel, think 100 times. Especially if you eat with children.

We stayed at this hotel 2 times in 2018 and in 2020.both times in February. Shocked by the hotel.previously, the cleaning and food service were on top (at least by 4) as stated.now it's 2!!!! Let's go to the room:the honey is not lit, the safe does not work, the bodies by the bed, too, the room is dirty! One glass for two, a dirty cabinet by the refrigerator.carpet with orange spots, water was poured in the kettle from past guests, not even rinsed, traces of glasses on the bedside tables and table! It must be so...the concept of hygiene is absent, they asked for a brush in the bathroom, there is even a stand for it (broken truth), and they did not give it...there is mold on the tile in the bathroom....they are obliged to give out slippers and bathrobes-But they were not, only after a few days they were provided....checked on the website, were obliged to provide!!!in general, they asked to change the number, but no! We were refused three times.only on the 4th day they did a normal cleaning, put a pencil (there was nothing to write with), brought a second glass, replaced the batteries in the safe, connected the TV,replaced the light bulb in the light box, repaired the mirror in the bathroom and the floor lamp in the room...in short, this is not all, there is a lot to write.we composed a letter in English with the help of an interpreter (official) addressed to the senior manager and director of the hotel, asked to put a mark on the 2nd copy.by the way, it somehow stimulated them.
