We came to take pictures for the Green Card. The photographer (Sys A.L.) took a picture of us, threw the photo on a flash drive. We came home and decided to look at the photos in more detail, in general, according to the terms of the green card, such photos will definitely not pass, shadows, crooked angle, incorrect framing, Photoshop. Although the photographer claimed that he knows all the rules by heart.
We came back to these photo services the next morning, and the photographer began to prove that he had done everything perfectly. At my request to take a picture of us again or return the money, he almost started shouting and shutting me up, he sat for almost two hours on the photo in Photoshop (although this is strictly prohibited by the rules of the green card!), barked that he was not going to take pictures of us again, since he was too lazy (!) to adjust the light and in general a lot business (although in the two hours that we spent there, there was not a single client). He cannot return the money because "the cash register was removed yesterday," he also does not know where their book of complaints and suggestions is, he told them to call the boss to figure it out for themselves.
It's good that the boss of this place is adequate, unlike the photographer. The money was eventually returned, but only thanks to the boss.
In general, if you need a photo on a green card, I really do not recommend this place.
