We flew in January 25, in addition to being late with our passport, they booked the wrong room for us, they didn't warn us about the deposit, and at the very end, before flying back, they confronted us with the fact that the flight was delayed for 8 hours before departure, our question is: - what should we do? Do we have plane tickets and couplets? They replied, "well, you didn't buy tickets from me," and when we asked them to at least change tickets, they replied, "ask your friends in Minsk." Belavia only changes tickets at the office on Nemiga, and for a second we were on the other side of the world. As a result, we had to find friends ourselves, ask them to go to Minsk and change tickets, and we slept at the Moscow airport for a day. They ruined the whole cool impression with their maximum irresponsibility , I can attach screenshots of the correspondence .
