We initially knew that there would be no water and no food. Therefore, we took a snack and water with us. We flew at night, so we didn't feel any discomfort.
We flew from Turkey to Moscow . The flight lasted 5 hours. No one warned me that even the water is paid on board. I didn't have any cash with me, and cards, you know, are not accepted. I couldn't even imagine in a terrible dream that they wouldn't give plain water on board! As a result, my child cried almost the entire flight because he was thirsty, but the flight attendants ignored our requests to give a glass of water (seeing a crying child!)!!!
The inhumanity is off the scale!

They brazenly waited until the registration was over, did not give any documents, why did they not let me fly away and said that the money would not be refunded and this is my problem! Just ***!!!! There was a delay in Antalya for 40 minutes, the captain apologized, the whole flight took place in 4.20. A lot of legroom, which is not typical for a low-cost airline.
I flew with this airline on October 11 from Antalya to Moscow.The fact that the flight was delayed is another half of the trouble.They were not allowed to land in Zhukovsky because of the fog, they were allowed to land in Sheremetyevo.We have landed, we are waiting for some commission to allow us to leave.We are waiting for 30 minutes, an hour, 3 hours, there is no information from the crew commander, not from the Stewarts.We call Sheremetyevo and ask:Why is it taking so long to decide?And then it turns out that both the commission and Sheremetyevo gave permission to exit 3 hours ago, but the airline REFUSED and decided to fly back to Zhukovsky!!!The plane is packed:children, the elderly, even a pregnant woman.They didn't offer any water, much less food, although they should have.It turns out that the priority of the airline is not passengers and our comfort, but money!I will never use the services of this airline again and will not advise anyone!

There and Back are strictly on schedule. They didn't promise to feed me, but they still gave me some kind of sandwich, plus tea and coffee. In general, there are no complaints!
The staff smiles memorably, but is completely indifferent to the passengers.The flight was without delay. The cabin is clean, there is not even water on board for free.
I used the services of this airline once. The flight went great. The staff is wonderful.

To all the whiners who are not satisfied that they are not spoken to in Russian: STAY AT HOME OR FLY TO SOCHI!!!! Why should a foreign airline be afraid to communicate with you in Russian???? You don't know English - that's your problem! If you are not satisfied with the prices of food and water on board the plane, take a doshirak or a rollton with you, you can chew on it the whole flight and buy water at the airport (only I strongly doubt that it is much cheaper there). Buying vouchers for 300 thousand rubles is not expensive for you, but spending 20euros for lunch is certainly bad money!

Great airline! Everything is clean and brand new inside! The stewardess spoke Russian. They didn't feed us, but they warned us about it in advance. Takeoff and landing went great!
It is impossible to get information from Turkey. There is no connection with the operators. Only the automatic system. My friend bought a ticket in Germany, the system does not see it. I tried to call to find out if there was a reservation. It turned out to be impossible. I don't recommend it.
